Daniel 9:7 • Matthew 25:45
Yeah. To the King belongs the righteousness. To us... only the shame. Listen to the warning.
We think we are safe if we don’t tell a lie We think we are good if we don't make nobody cry But Daniel looked up from the dusty floor Said, "Lord, we are guilty right down to the core." We point at the world and we shift the blame But we are the ones who should cover our shame It’s not just the bad things that we have done It’s the good things we missed while we sat in the sun.
There is no neutral ground (No neutral ground) No place to sit down (No place to sit down) If you turn your back on the poor and the weak You turn your back on the King that you seek. Oh, what you didn't do (What you didn't do) For the least of these (For the least of these) Yeah, what you didn't do You didn't do for Me.
The King is gonna come and take His seat Separating the chaff from the wheat Some will say "Lord, tell us when did we see? You hungry or thirsty? It wasn't me." But the King says, "Silence, no need to confuse You had the comfort, you had the shoes But you walked right past the stranger in need You kept your harvest and you hid your seed."
Faith is not a secret (No, no) Faith is not a sleep (Wake up!) If you love the Shepherd You gotta feed the sheep. Indifference is a rejection! We need a resurrection of action!
Not for Me. You gotta see the King. In the face of the stranger. No neutral ground. Zion is calling for fruit. More fruit, less excuses.
What do you think about "No Neutral Ground"?
