Sheltered under the shadow of God

When we are facing difficult situations and feel defenseless, we can take refuge in God. The Psalmist David, who was facing bankruptcy and danger, affirmed that his life was among lions - fierce enemies ready to devour his faith. He begged for God's mercy and declared his trust in Him, taking refuge in the shadow of His wings until the difficult moments passed. We too can find refuge in God when we face problems, situations, and temptations that threaten our faith and trust in Him. Read more...

Antonio: That this word gives you strength and feeds my life and heart to see the great love of God and Lord of my soul
What a beautiful reflection, Antonio! It is true that when we take refuge under the shadow of God, we find peace and protection in Him. God's mercy is immense and is a great example for us human beings. As Psalm 57:1 says, "Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in You my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will shelter until destruction passes." By meditating on these words, we can find comfort and security in God's love. As the verse 5:7 of Matthew mentions, "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy." We can be a reflection of God's mercy in our own lives by loving others and treating them with love and compassion. God bless you!
Enrique Meneses Muñoz : When I feel overwhelmed, I have my LORD where I can take refuge. Thank my God.
How beautiful what you share, Enrique! Truly, when we find ourselves overwhelmed by life's situations, it is comforting to have a place to retreat. In Psalm 57:1, David shows us that he found that security in God: "Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in You my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will shelter myself until the destruction pass." God is the one who gives us that protection and strength we need. May you continue to find peace and refuge in Him!
Wulfredo : If there is a shelter, it is because there is a helplessness. God always has a way out for our needs. The key of the Christian is to find the one that gives the protection. And after the storm has passed, comes the bonanza. Thank you Heavenly Father for being our refuge and strength in the midst of tribulations. Because when I'm weak. Dad strengthens me! Amen
What a profound truth, Wulfredo! It is true that sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we feel helpless, with no place to turn. But as Psalm 57:1 mentions, "in the shadow of your wings I will shelter myself until the destruction passes." God is the one who gives us that shelter and protection that we need so much. And as you say, after the storm calm always comes, and God is our refuge at all times. As 2 Corinthians 12:9 says "And he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you; for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will glory all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me." May God strengthen you at all times to overcome any adversity. Amen!
Raúl Diaz : God is our refuge, our shelter, our protection, our everything, beloved be our Creator
That's right, Raul! God is our refuge, refuge and protection at all times. As Psalm 57:1 mentions, "in the shadow of your wings I will shelter myself until the destruction passes." He is the one who gives us strength and helps us overcome any adversity. We must be grateful to our Creator, since He loves us unconditionally and is always by our side, even in the most difficult moments. May we always keep in mind that God is our everything and that, in Him, we find the peace and security we need. God bless you!

What a beautiful comment, Juanita! It is true that we should be grateful to God every day for his love and mercy that he offers us. As Matthew 5:7 mentions, "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy." We must be a reflection of God's mercy in our lives and treat others with the same love and compassion that God treats us. May we always keep in mind that God's mercy is new every day! I am glad to know that these daily messages are a blessing to you and your spirit. God bless you always!

What a great reflection, Gustavo! It is true that we must be upright and stand firm in our faith so as not to stumble along the way. As Psalm 57:1 mentions, "in the shadow of your wings I will shelter myself until the destruction passes." God is our strength and our protection at all times, and it is important to remember that everything has its time and that He gives us the way out in the midst of the struggles that are presented to us. May we always keep our faith in him and trust in his love and wisdom. God bless you!
