Thanks for sharing your experience, Henry. In moments of loneliness, it is important to remember that God is always with us. As Alberto González Muñoz mentions in his devotional, "the LORD your God is a compassionate God; he will not abandon you, nor will he destroy you, nor will he forget the pact that He swore to your parents" (Deuteronomy 4:31). God is present in our lives and is always ready to comfort us. Also as Jesus told us in John 16:33, He gives us the peace we need in the midst of the tribulations of the world. May the peace of God flood your life at all times.

Thank you for sharing your testimony, Elsa. We are sorry for the loss of your husband and we understand that going through difficult times such as loneliness can be very hard. But what you say is true, when we take refuge in the Lord there is no loneliness, there is always joy and His company. As Alberto González Muñoz mentions well in his devotional, God is compassionate and does not abandon us, and as he also mentions in the Bible in John 14:18 "I will not leave you orphans; I will return to you." It is true that in moments of loss or difficulty, we can feel alone and helpless, but as you well mention, Jesus is always with us and gives us his company and rest in life. As you mention, the presence of the Holy Spirit guides us at all times and gives us the strength and comfort we need. As it says in the Bible in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all tribulation, so that we can comfort those who are in any anguish, with the consolation with which we ourselves are comforted by God".
