Flourish

Psalms 52:8 • John 15:4

Like an olive tree, planted strong and deep inside In Your house, my God, where my weary soul can hide Through the storm and sun, my roots reach down for grace Not my brittle strength, but Your unfailing embrace I abandon self, find my lifeline in Your hand Trust Your loving heart, in this promised land.

Oh, to flourish in You, my God, my True Vine To remain, to abide, let Your life be mine No branch bears fruit, if it's severed from the stem Only joined to You, can I truly shine, a gem. More than just surviving, I'm alive in Your light Flourishing in Christ, shining ever so bright.

Now I see the truth, I'm a branch, so frail and small Utterly dependent, lest I stumble, lest I fall Daily drawing near, drinking deeply from Your Word Open heart's confession, every whisper heard You're the Vinedresser, though Your pruning makes me sting Every cut's a purpose, more fruit You will bring.

Here in Your embrace, three sweet gifts I find Eternal permanence, peace for heart and mind Genuine productivity, blessing all I meet Joyful participation, family so sweet No more anxious fears, Your promise holds me fast Your transforming power, forever it will last.

Shining bright... in Your love I stay Flourishing, Lord, every single day Abiding deep, in Your grace I remain Forever, forever, I trust in Your name.
