The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. (Jeremiah 31:3)
Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end. (John 13:1)

A love until the end

God loves us simply because we are His. We often forget that love already lives within us as Christians, and we shouldn't see the Christian life as a heap of precepts to earn God's love. Nothing can separate us from God's love, and even though the world can bring us down, the Spirit of God dwells in us. We are a new creation in Christ, and our past is on the Cross that liberated us. We must abide in Him and let Him transform us, so that we produce spiritual fruit and overflow with love. The love that God has for us is immense and we must believe and know it. Read more...

Comments:

Francisco Diaz S.: It was necessary for Jesus Christ to be persecuted, betrayed, executed and die on the cross in order to overcome death, injustice, contempt and rise to a new life to be received on the Father's throne with all the power and glory that the Father gave him. - How is it possible that skeptics ignore or try to ignore this sublime event? JESUS CHRIST is life, is salvation and is the manifestation of the Father's love for humanity. - We are Christians. - Hallelujah
What a beautiful comment, Francisco! Your reflection reminds us of the importance and profound meaning of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentioned in his devotional "A Love to the End," Jesus loved us to the end, as described in John 13:1: "Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, loved them to the end." Through his sacrifice on the cross, Jesus manifested God's unconditional love for humanity. It is truly striking how the love of Christ leads us to new life and salvation. Hallelujah for the redemptive work of Jesus Christ! Let us continue to be witnesses of his love and share his message of hope. God bless you, brother!
Sabino Marroquin Lopez: The love of GOD is infinite for us, we must remain faithful to the Lord, loving God at all times of our lives. Amen.
What beautiful words, Sabino! As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional "A Love to the End," God's love is truly infinite, and nothing can separate us from it, as expressed in Romans 8:38-39: "For I am sure that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities nor powers, neither things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus." It is comforting to know that we can remain faithful to the Lord and love Him at all times, trusting in His eternal love. May we live each day in communion with God, experiencing His unfailing love. Amen! May God bless you richly, Sabino.
Moises Mora Castro: I always ask you why, despite everything I did and said to you, but knowing, Beloved, you gave your life for all of us. No race, nation, and nothing can separate us from you. You love us, Lord, just as we are. Thank you so much.
Moses, your words reflect a profound gratitude for God's unconditional love. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional "A Love to the End," the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross is the ultimate expression of that love that unites us to Him unbreakably. As he mentioned in Romans 8:38-39: "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities nor powers, neither things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus." Let us always thank God for His love that transcends our faults and accepts us just as we are. May this awareness of His love lead us to live in gratitude and surrender to Him. Thank you so much, Lord, for loving us so perfectly! May the peace and grace of God be with you, Moses.
