The gradual process of our transformation

Paul calls for believers to transform themselves, but this transformation is not something we can accomplish on our own. Rather, it is a process that occurs through the work of the Holy Spirit, drawing us closer to the character of Jesus Christ. The renewal of the mind is the key to this transformation, as it leads to a change in our understanding, attitudes, and interpretation of the world. We must put off the old man and be renewed in the spirit of our mind, putting on the attributes of the new man in Christ.
