I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. (Psalm 40:8)
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)
Dr. Roberto Miranda

Don't adapt to this world

Paul invites all believers to live a life of continuous surrender to the Lord, symbolized by the body as the carnal and material part of the human being. The mind can also be a part of this process. By living a sacrificial life, constantly dying to the old self and acquiring the attributes of a human being immersed in the Word and the principles of Christ Jesus and His Kingdom, we can be a holy and pleasing sacrifice to God. This continuous surrender and subjection to the principles of the Kingdom of God constitutes true worship. Paul warns against conforming to the present time, characterized by the world's rebellion against God, sinful attributes, and cultural attitudes that militate against holiness and obedience to the commandments of the Lord. Christians should live in contradiction to the values of this world and obey the values of the Kingdom of God. Read more...

Francisco Diaz S.: According to Dr. Miranda's message, while we live in this world we are in a stage of testing, of training, of perfecting our spirit, it is like a forge where gold is purified, what is useless is discarded and what is truly valuable is appreciated and preserved. Let us discard all the bad things that dirty our soul and pervert the spirit and let us sanctify ourselves by following the ways of the Lord. Jesus Christ is our Shepherd, let us follow him and we will not get lost.

Luis Alfredo Ram铆rez Cano: Our identity is reflected in our actions and our stance toward the changes the world is introducing to society in this era. We must persevere in our sacred commission. May our actions be stronger than our voices to impact people. May we be the continuation of the Lord's work, of walking in the path of our Father. We must be aware of the struggle we face, for today we see that the time is coming when they will call good evil and evil good. Let us pray for our children, and our children's children, that our faith may spread to all our loved ones, to all those in our workplaces, in our social circles, and everywhere the Lord leads and guides us.
Luis Alfredo Ram铆rez Cano, your words reflect a profound reflection on the importance of our identity as followers of Christ amid the changes and challenges of today's world. As you mention, it is crucial to remain steadfast in the Lord's path, being aware of the spiritual struggle we face in a world where values are often distorted. May your prayer for the transmission of the faith to future generations be heard by the Lord and may His light shine through you in every area of your life.
