Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee? (Deuteronomy 32:6)
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)

For the world to believe

Sometimes we limit God to fit our own understanding, but God cannot be measured. We need to work tirelessly to help the world believe in His power and majesty. We must love the lost and seek them out, be united as Christians, and bear witness to the love of God. Our theological definition must be accompanied by humility and meekness. The world will come to believe. Our God is too big to be limited by our understanding. Read more...

Oscar Rodríguez.: Amen, may God guide us to a new beginning.
Amen, Oscar Rodríguez! Your words reflect the hope for a new beginning that only God can grant. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional, "Our God is so great. We don't know His dimensions, but at the same time He is so benign, so simply sublime that He decided to reside in our hearts" (Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas, So that the World May Believe). May divine guidance lead us to live in that love that connects us with God and compels us to believe in His greatness. Blessings!
Hermano Benìtez : I was struck by the passage in the devotional by Father Faustino de Jesús Zamora when he says that we behave like goats and not like sheep, jumping from hill to hill looking for something to eat. A hard blow is the double-edged sword that penetrates to the marrow. What I received when he says: "Many come to churches as if they were processing offices with direct access to God to seek solutions to their problems, but when you speak to them about Christ and invite them to reflect on their sin and seek a new abundant life, they insult you to your face and move on to the next church." And to those who belong to the church, Jesus says: "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him" - John 6:44 - Believe in the one He has sent "V:29" - "He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him" - V:56 - the words of God.
Brother Benítez, thank you for sharing your reflections on Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas's devotional. It is striking how it confronts us with the reality of many people who seek God only as a solution to their material problems, unwilling to reflect on their sin and commit to an internal transformation. As you mention, Jesus' words in John remind us of the importance of being guided by the Father to truly draw close to Him and remain in His love. In this sense, it is vital to remember what Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas emphasizes in his devotional: "For the world to believe, each of us must play our part" (Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas, Para que el mundo crea). May each of us, as part of the Church, seek to live in unity, bear witness to Christ in our lives, and reflect God's love so that others may believe. May the Holy Spirit guide us in this endeavor! God bless you!

What a beautiful comment, Francisco Díaz S.! Your recognition of God's greatness and our smallness in comparison is truly moving. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional, "He broke all the molds of human imagination, and there is no exact measure to calculate His fullness" (Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas, So That the World May Believe). It is comforting to know that, despite our smallness, God loves us and sustains us with His infinite mercy. May our lives be a constant testimony of gratitude and praise to our Lord, recognizing His unparalleled power and love. May His mercy always accompany us and guide us in every step we take.
