As Pastor Faustino mentions in his devotional, we must fight every day against laziness and negligence, and seek to experience again the fervor and dedication of our first love for Christ. Remember that as the verse of Deuteronomy 6:5 says, we must love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and strength, and as the verse of 1 John 4:19 mentions, we love because He first loved us.
