RESUMEN: Women are natural protectors, but sometimes this can become an obsession and we neglect our physical appearance. Taking care of our appearance is important for our husbands, as it reminds them of the woman they fell in love with. External appearance is essential for attraction, and neglecting it can lead to a decline in self-esteem. Men also have a responsibility to care for their wives, as we are fragile vessels and joint heirs. We are precious to God and should value ourselves accordingly. Men should love us as God loves us, so that we can be a source of delight for them.

Our skeleton is made of 206 bones. Some of them are supportive, but others are protective. Among the protective bones we have the ribs and it is no coincidence that women have been formed from one of them.

Women are protectors by nature and that protection is rarely directed towards ourselves, we protect the nest. Sometimes this protection becomes an obsession, anything that does not fulfill this purpose is no longer important to us, including our physical appearance and our body, temple of the spirit.
