Giberto: The Lord has control of everything.
Hello Giberto! What a beautiful truth you share. As Charles Spurgeon's devotional about King Asa and Judah mentions, it's important to remember that the Lord is with us when we abide in Him. In 2 Chronicles 15:7, we are exhorted to be strong and not lose heart, trusting that there is a reward for our works. So, as Galatians 6:9 says, let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. May the Lord's faithfulness and control guide every step we take!
Lilia Siller: He comes to renew my strength to continue without faltering; I place my trust only in Him.
Hello Lilia Siller! What a beautiful declaration of trust in the Lord. As Charles Spurgeon's devotional mentions, when we surrender our whole soul to God's cause and serve diligently, we find our greatest reward in His work. It is comforting to remember that the Lord renews our strength to keep going without growing weary, just as Isaiah 40:31 says: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May we continue to place our trust in Him alone, knowing that His grace is sufficient for us to persevere. God bless you on your walk of faith!
Wilson Bravo : What we sow we will reap, and what we give we will receive; therefore let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap.
What a beautiful reflection, Wilson Bravo! Remembering that we will reap what we sow motivates us to continue doing good with the certainty that God will honor our faithfulness. May this truth inspire us to continue serving the Lord with joy and perseverance. May God bless you abundantly in your sowing of love and kindness!
