Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: (Psalm 139:23)
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. (1 Thessalonians 5:21)
Dr. Roberto Miranda

In perpetual search for a higher level of holiness

The Christian life is not a passive one, but a dynamic one that requires continual surrender to the Lord. Many Christians live in a state of conformism and believe that going to church on Sundays is enough, but true Christian life requires discipline, warfare, and continual transformation. It is about surrendering to the Lord and allowing Him to illuminate areas of sin and guide us towards holiness and justice. Living in surrender to the Lord brings peace, joy, and prosperity. It is not a life of agony, but one of liberation. To live a dynamic Christian life requires letting God treat us, crucify us, and purify us. We must continually ask the Lord and the Holy Spirit what we need to do to please Him and renew our understanding of His Word. Read more...

Oscar Rodríguez : Amen, may God take control of our lives...
What a beautiful statement, Oscar! As Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional mentions, the Christian life is a continual process of surrender and transformation. Like the psalmist David in Psalm 139:23, it is important to allow God to search our hearts and know us deeply. By constantly seeking greater holiness, we allow the Lord to take control of our lives and guide us along the path of truth and love. May God continue to work in you and in all of us!
Francisco Diaz S.: "My peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you" It is the promise of the Lord Jesus Christ and those of us who are with Christ know of that spiritual peace that accompanies us. - It does not mean that we do not have difficulties but in the name of God we overcome because our faith is stronger than our anguish. - Let us thank God for all his blessings.
What a beautiful reflection, Francis! It's true that the peace Jesus Christ offers us is different from the peace the world can offer. As you mention in John 14:27, Jesus leaves us his peace as a precious gift that accompanies us amidst life's difficulties and tribulations. By being in constant communion with God and strengthening our faith, we can experience that peace that surpasses all understanding. How important it is to remember to thank God for all his blessings, even in the midst of trials, trusting that he will sustain us and carry us forward. May the peace of Christ continue to reign in your life!
Ruth Vives.: Let us be filled with time, power, and glory as we serve God, our Heavenly Father, with kindness, showing that we love Him and are grateful for life. Let us follow His biblical commandments. He will do and grant us what He deems appropriate, guiding us along the path of truth and salvation. God bless you! Amen.
What inspiring words, Ruth! Just as you mention, serving God with our whole being, showing love and gratitude in all our actions, is a beautiful way to glorify Him. By following the biblical commandments and seeking His will, we allow God to guide us along the path of truth and salvation, trusting in His wisdom and love for us. May God's time, power, and glory be manifested in every aspect of our lives as we serve Him faithfully. May the Lord's blessing continue to accompany you on your spiritual journey! Amen!
abino Marroquin Lopez: God is my Shepherd and I will lack nothing. I trust in God that my work will go well for me, to help helpless children. Amen.
