For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? (Romans 8:24)

Carlos A. Borja Flores: While for the world, Christmas is a time of worldly celebration, for those of us who call ourselves children of God, it should be a time of deep gratitude to God, for being incarnated in a human being to teach us how we should conduct ourselves before Him. A time of meditation to evaluate our walk, listening at all times to the voice of the Holy Spirit that has been given to us by grace and correcting the wrong actions that generated our human nature. Great is our God, worthy of being praised and exalted.
What a profound reflection, Carlos. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions, Christmas is a reminder of God's love that breaks the molds of reason. It is a time to evaluate our walk and correct that which distances us from His will, always guided by the Holy Spirit. May praise and gratitude continue to fill your heart this Christmas season! Efigenia Vidal : Thank you, Father, for calling me to your kingdom, through Jesus, your Son, who reigns at the right hand of the Father. The birth of Jesus is the light of my life. Through Him, I approach the Father to know Him and serve Him in obedience to His word. God has established a purpose with the coming of Jesus to earth and His departure to prepare a dwelling place. Jesus did not stay in a manger. He transcended out of love and obedience to the Father, so that man can have a life of blessing and life after earthly death.
