Full life - Let the Light guide you!

God stopped the sun in answer to Joshua's prayer to show His sovereignty and power. Our faith is the supernatural substance that mobilizes God to do the impossible. Many times, God stops us to remind us that His plans are perfect and we must trust in His control. Like how God stopped the sun to ensure victory for Israel, He can stop in our lives to give us enough light that leads to victory. Our victory comes from Christ, who is the light of the world, and we can ask Him to stop in us and give us His light. Read more...

How wonderful to know that Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas' devotional has been an inspiration and guide for you at this time. As he mentions in his text, God's light can illuminate our path and give us the wisdom to act correctly. Following that light leads us to victory, as expressed in 1 John 5:4: "For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that overcomes the world: our faith." Francisco Diaz S.: In this troubled world, where evil and justice prevail, we must remain firm in faith in God and, hand in hand with our Lord Jesus Christ, await his long-awaited return to defeat malice and impose order. - Jesus Christ, our King and Lord.
What beautiful words, Francisco. It is true that in the midst of a world in turmoil and full of injustice, it is essential to remain firm in our faith in God and in the promise of victory that we have in Christ. As you mention, we eagerly await the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will come to restore justice and defeat all evil. Let us remember that, as it says in 1 Corinthians 15:57, "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!" We trust that He is our light in the midst of darkness and in Him we find our strength. May the peace of God be with you always!
Francisco Diaz S.: I meant "evil and injustice prevail"
Thank you for your clarification, Francisco. It is important to remember that, even though evil and injustice may seem to prevail in this world, our faith in God and in Jesus Christ gives us hope for a future where He will restore all injustice and defeat all wickedness. As it says in Psalm 112:4, "A light shines in the darkness for the upright; He is gracious, compassionate and just." We trust that divine justice will prevail and that in Christ we find the light that guides our path. May God continue to strengthen you in your faith. Blessings!
