And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:13)
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)

Thinking like people of faith

Faith begins in the mind and requires a change of thinking. The person of faith sees life and events in a different way from those who do not have faith. To enter the ways of God, one must discard worldly concepts and replace them with the concepts of the Kingdom of God. The vision of faith is very different from human vision. Unfortunately, many people in the church do not operate this change in their mind. We must define ourselves as men and women of faith, computing things according to the laws of the spirit and not the laws of reason. Read more...

Comments:

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : May my faith never diminish I ask my LORD. I love you God.
Dear Enrique, it is wonderful to read that your love for God is so great that you ask Him that your faith never diminish. As Dr. Miranda mentions in his devotional, faith begins in the mind and it is important to change our way of thinking in order to think in terms of faith. In the world of faith, things work differently from how they work in the material world. That is why it is important that our mind be transformed and changed in order to understand the concepts of the Kingdom of God. May your love for God and your faith continue to grow day by day. God bless you!
Wulfredo : It is not wearing the shirt of faith that Christ sees us. It is transforming the mind with the help of Him
Totally agree, Wilfredo. As Dr. Miranda mentions, faith begins in the mind and it is necessary to undergo a change of mindset in order to be able to think in terms of faith. It is not enough to simply wear symbols of faith, such as a T-shirt or a necklace, but we must allow God to transform our way of thinking and seeing life. Only then can we truly be men and women of faith. Thank you for sharing your thinking.
SANDRA DUARTE: I feel that my situation is failing, I worked but my strength of FAITH is lacking, Holy Father I ask you please give me power and Faith, wisdom... Thank you God will always reward you
Sandra, I understand that you are going through a difficult situation at work and feel that you lack the strength of faith. But remember that faith begins in the mind and in the way of thinking. As the Apostle Paul said in Romans 12:2, we must not conform to this century and we must transform ourselves through the renewal of our mind. It is important that in this moment of difficulty, you do not conform to thinking as the world thinks, but transform yourself by renewing your mind, your way of thinking, your understanding. Ask God to help you see this situation from the perspective of faith and not human reason. Remember that in the world of faith, things work differently from how they work in the material world. And as Dr. Miranda said, we must discard much of what we have learned in the world, and replace it with the concepts of the Kingdom of God. Cheer up, Sandra. Ask God to give you the strength of faith you need in these difficult times and trust that he will guide you and always reward you.
SANDRA DUARTE: Amen amen amen name of JESUS CHRIST ... I keep asking Daddy God 💪❤ thank you Pastor Miranda for your advice 😊🙏✨ I am a profoundly deaf person 😊💖 God Bless you
SANDRA DUARTE, how beautiful it is to read your comment. It is a sign that faith has no barriers or limits. As Dr. Miranda rightly says, faith begins in the mind and, regardless of our physical limitations, we can be people of faith and change our way of thinking to see life from the perspective of the Kingdom of God. May God bless you and continue to strengthen you in your journey of faith. A hug!
Francisco Diaz S. Padre: Many say they have faith but when they face a difficulty their knees tremble.- Having faith is having strength, having integrity, knowing that in the name of God we will triumph.- Praise the Lord
I agree with you Francis. As Dr. Miranda said in his devotional, faith begins in the mind and it is important to change our way of thinking in order to think in terms of faith. Faith gives us the strength and integrity to face difficulties knowing that in the name of God, we will triumph. We must trust him and his plan for our lives. Praise the Lord.
GustavoMartinez Afanador: FAITH begins in the mind and ends in the Christian's decision, it is necessary to think positively to receive blessings. You have to change how you see things because FAITH gives us strength, confidence and security. Blessings
I agree with you, Gustavo Martinez Afanador. As Dr. Miranda mentioned in his devotional, faith begins in our mind and it is important to change our way of thinking in order to think in terms of faith. But faith does not stay only in our minds, but is reflected in our actions and decisions as Christians. It is important that our decisions are aligned with our faith in order to receive God's blessings. God bless you!
Milene: Glory to God for this topic, I love it, one of the fruits of the Precious Holy Spirit, the Faith of the mustard seed, impressive as the entire word of God, we must exercise Faith at every moment of our lives, as our Lord Jesus Christ says, For him who believes, everything is possible. Hallelujah to our God!!!
Amen, Milena! As Dr. Miranda rightly says, faith begins in the mind, it is a change of mentality. We must exercise faith in every aspect of our lives, not just in difficult times, but at all times. Faith in God allows us to see life in a different way than the world does, and allows us to trust that He is in control of everything. Glory to God for the faith he gives us!
