For a couple to be happy, two healthy people are needed

To have a healthy relationship, it is important to first heal our concept of ourselves and accept ourselves as we are. Insecure individuals often enter relationships hoping the other person will validate them, leading to failure. Two healthy individuals should come together, both secure in God and with a healed ego. It's important to ask God to heal us emotionally and accept ourselves with our virtues, defects, mistakes, and wounds. Insecurity can lead to hypersensitivity and a negative outlook on others, while healthy individuals approach life with ease and naturalness.
