No one can harm those who trust the living God

Foolish and superstitious fears are cut by trust in God. Even if witchcraft and omens were true, they could not harm God's people. The wicked may plot against them, but they are doomed to fail without the Lord's help. Spells and divination will not work against those who trust in God.
