: The heavenly Father is loving and wise and his thoughts are for good not for bad and his discipline, although sometimes painful, produces according to his Word Hebrews 12:11 It is true that no discipline at present seems to be a cause of joy but of sadness but later it bears fruit peaceable of righteousness to those who have been trained in it.
