God's anointing can be transferred to other people

The anointing of God can be transferred from one person to another through the laying on of hands or other means within certain parameters. This is seen in the story of Moses and the 70 elders, as well as in the Catholic Church's tradition of the transfer of the apostolic anointing through the imposition of hands. This transfer can be used to bless others with healing, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and prophetic words that unleash the gifts of God. However, it must be done within the parameters set by God and with discernment. Paul advises Timothy to enliven the gift within him through the laying on of hands, but warns against using this gift lightly. It is a powerful and special gift that must be used wisely.
