Milagros Garcia Klibansky
Rosa de los Milagros García Klibansky was born in Havana, Cuba, in the Santos Suárez neighborhood where she still lives. He is a specialist in psychiatry. He currently works in a hospital for chronically ill mental patients. He met Christ in 2002 and congregates in the Tamarindo Baptist Church.
