Summary: The author discusses the call of Abraham in Genesis chapter 12, noting that Abraham was called to leave his country, kindred, and father's house to go to the land that God would show him. The author emphasizes the importance of having defined goals in life and notes that Abraham's obedience was necessary to fulfill God's plan for him and for humanity. The author also mentions that God's promise to Abraham required radical obedience and that sometimes we may not know the details of God's plan for us but should trust in His guidance. The author encourages readers to question God not only for the reasons behind their own situations but also for the benefit of others.
The sermon focuses on Abraham's call and the principles that he followed to fulfill God's purpose. The first principle is obedience, which involves trusting God and following his plan even if it may not directly benefit us. The second principle is detachment, which requires abandoning all ties and idols that prevent us from moving forward in God's plan. The third principle is being a blessing to others, as God calls us to bless the nations and establish eternal covenants. Ultimately, the sermon urges us to have faith in God's power and trust in his protection to reach our divine purpose.
The sermon discusses the story of Abraham and how his obedience to God's call led to his being blessed and becoming a blessing to others. The preacher emphasizes the importance of seeking to be a blessing to others and obeying God, regardless of the obstacles that may arise. He also encourages the audience to believe that it is never too late to start pursuing God's purpose for their lives and to maintain their faith, even in difficult situations. The sermon ends with an invitation for those who want to give their lives to Jesus to come forward and receive prayer.
The speaker invites those who have given their lives to Jesus to come forward and be prayed for. They ask those who already know Jesus to extend their hands and bless those who are coming forward. There is a call to obedience and a declaration of victory over Satan. The speaker blesses everyone present and declares protection from any weapons forged against them.

Genesis chapter 12. In addition to the call to obedience, there is a whole course in Abraham's life that I would love to have about 5 hours today to develop that with you. I promise I won't stay 5 hours. But I'm passionate about that man. A man who received a different call, a direct call, a call that had no room for doubt, that's how Abraham was.
And chapter 12 begins by saying, “but Jehovah had said to Abraham, at this time his name was not yet Abraham, it was Abram. Jehovah had said to Abraham, “Go from your country and from your kindred and from your father's house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation and I will bless and magnify your name and you will be a blessing. And I will bless those who bless you and those who curse you I will curse, and all the families of the earth will be blessed in you.”
Let's read a little more of that passage from Abraham. My brothers, when I read that passage I was able to explicitly know a tremendous difference between successful people and people who do not pursue success in their life in any way. And the difference is very different, that is, you can trace your path, work to obtain everything you want in this world but you know that you have to eliminate all the obstacles in your life that would lead you to that success. And if it was not a removal of obstacles we will never achieve the success or the purpose of life that God has called us.
Abraham was no longer a boy at this time, that is, he was a boy in other aspects and later we are going to see why Abraham was a boy in other aspects as well. Abraham was 75 years old, 3 times older than me. And God looks at Abraham and says, "Abraham now the time has come, now it's your turn." And see that Abraham was very comfortable. Abraham lived in an Ur of the Chaldeans, we are learning a little more about that.
But, my brothers, at this time when God called him, Abraham did not yet have defined goals for his life. In other words, everything in life needs to be established with goals and a life program. And you make a program basically for everything. You think about tomorrow when you go to work, and you are thinking that tomorrow you are going to work, at the time you are going to wake up, and you are worried about setting the clock and the alarm clock at the time you have to wake up. And you are thinking that tomorrow he has to wear these pants and this shirt and he has to put on his shoes. And he's thinking about the watch he's going to wear tomorrow, well, that's my case, I don't know if it's his because I like watches.
And everything is a program that one does in life. If you go on vacation, for example, make a list of everything you have to take, right? We are going on vacation and we are going to make a list, guitar, clothes, shoes, sandals, toothbrush, soap, and we make a big list and before leaving we look at the list. If there is everything we need for the holidays.
My brothers, a life without goals is like going on a journey without knowing where you want to go. A life without drawing lines of objectives is like drifting, without knowing where you want to go. And I would tell you, and I would affirm to you this afternoon that a man or a woman without a goal, without a defined goal, goes anywhere, that is, they are lost.
And the better calling of Abraham as recorded in chapter 12 begins a new chapter, a new story in the entire Old Testament. In other words, Abraham's life and Abraham's call open the door for a new story. In other words, God was not planning to call a man to leave his home, leave his family, and reach another town and live far from his friends. God is planning something tremendous for the future.
Abraham lived in Ur of the Chaldeans which today is near the [Inaudible] in this region of the [Inaudible]. But then when God calls Abraham God tells him, “I have a promise and you are going to live in Canaan. I am going to take you and your people to Canaan.” Look, God's promise to give a promised land, to give his people a promised land, a blessed land, was not something that happened only in the days of Joshua, in the days of Moses. God had already promised Abraham years before that he had something special for his people.
But Abraham stopped at a city called Haran, Abraham now left for Haran. Haran is what we call Iraq today, a Chaldean empire in Mesopotamia and it went to Haran, which is near Turkey, and then to Canaan. But my beloved brothers, one thing that strikes me in this passage is that Abraham stays in Haran together with his family, but Abraham was not fully fulfilling a complete project of obedience to his life until then.
God's call was for him to leave Ur of the Chaldeans to reach Canaan but Abraham stopped in Haran. Abraham saw in Haran an interesting land. Abraham saw that Haran had some things that he had not experienced in Ur of the Chaldeans and that perhaps now Turkey, as we know it today, would have for Abraham and for his family and for his friends and for his property, a perspective perhaps more interesting. And Abraham decides to stay in Haran thus not fulfilling all the purpose and project of obedience for his life.
And I see in this passage, in that perspective, that we are not very different. God has called us to accomplish big things, to walk on big projects, God has called us to tremendously wonderful dreams, he has called us to greatness. But we stop at things that are apparently beautiful, we stop at life projects that are apparently interesting to us. And we forget God's original dream, and not only God's original dreams, we forget that when God called us earlier he was not thinking only of our benefit.
Oh, God had a tremendous plan in calling Abraham. God wanted to take a great offspring from Abraham, an offspring that would drag through all eternity and bring it to Jesus. God had a project and it was not a project only for Abraham, it was a project for humanity through Abraham and this is the reason why you and I recognize Abraham as a man who is the father of faith. Not only because Abraham had faith in establishing and creating and doing great things for God, but also because Abraham was planning and in the process of obedience in his own life.
Haran was a dry place. The name Haran in Hebrew means desert road. It was just a completely infertile population for God's purpose. the immoral, the aberrations of idolatry filled the consciences of the inhabitants of Haran. Their daily practices flowed from the immoralities generated by religion, that is, there was no direct commitment to the God of promises.
To achieve a goal it is necessary that you and I know where we want to go. And what is the goal that the Lord has spoken to you. God's purpose from the beginning was that you and I, the man himself, lived with the intention of fulfilling his will and God intended that in the beginning with Adam. You see in Genesis chapter 1, beginning in verse 28, God blessed them and said, 'be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth, subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over all the beasts that They move on the ground."
But what happened to Adam? Adam failed. Adam's plan failed. So God had a second try. He tried Noah, in Genesis chapter 9, verse 1, "God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, 'be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth." But what happened to Noah? It also failed. He failed to fulfill God's purpose.
And let me tell you, my beloved brothers, our God, the God that you and I serve, is a God of excellence, is a God used to success, is a God used to great things, is a God who does not give up and he continues to fight and make a huge investment in you and me so that we can fulfill his dreams on this earth. And let me tell you, if you are not yet where God wants you to be, God is going to keep pushing you until you fulfill God's dream on earth. And don't say, oh, pastor, I'm going to die. You are not going to die.
The Bible says that we are all going to die. What are you saying? I'm going to ask in Colombian, are you telling me, pastor? If you have God's promise you do not die before God's purpose in your life is fulfilled. When you fulfill God's purpose, prepare to open the way for the next one.
Glory to Jesus. This time he tries again. And he returns to Abraham. On this occasion, this man Abraham uses a 75-year-old believer who had a barren wife, he had no children. Abraham had his frustrations but God says to Abraham, “I am going to make you great, I am going to make you the father of nations. You will be blessed." In other words, everything you touch will prosper. The nations on earth that will see you will see my greatness established in that land. The men of the earth will be blessed through you and God said to Abraham, – later on you will see if you continue reading, Genesis until chapter 18, you will see God saying to Abraham, “Abraham looks at the sand and sees the dust of the earth." "Oh." "For your generation and your descendants will be like sand, like the dust of the earth." Hallelujah!
You and I are the result of this obedience. I know about Esteban's life. Stephen to be stoned, right? Stephen preached exactly that sermon before he was stoned. If you read Acts, chapter 7, you will see the preaching, the great sermon of Stephen before he died, before he gave his soul to God and before he was stoned. And it says that the God of glory appeared with such a display of glory that Abraham left no room to doubt the divine authority of such a call.
The glory of God when he manifested himself to Abraham was a veracity, a force so great, a tremendous potentiality that Abraham could not doubt that God was truly calling him. My brothers, God loves us. And he has mercy stored up for us. He tolerates us, he tolerates us not resting and he will not rest until we have reached the goal of his dreams. And until his work is completed in your life and in my life.
And what does Philippians say, chapter 1, verse 6, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ." The God who began the work in you he will finish. The God who saved you, who got you out of drugs, alcoholism, prostitution, he is going to make you a man and a woman of value on this earth.
And there is nothing and there is no one that will prevent the fulfillment of God's purpose in your life because he does not lie. He does not lie. Glory to Jesus. How many praise the Lord? Glory to Jesus. God does not lie.
God's promise to Abraham was a promise that would require a process of radical obedience. And he knows that we don't want to obey radically because radical obedience brings a price. And this price that you and I often do not want to pay, we are accommodated. The promise was I will show you, go to a land that I will show you. In other words, Abraham still did not know the details of the promise but God said, I will show you.
Now I ask you, has God shown you something? Has the Lord shown you anything? Has the Almighty God of Israel revealed anything to you? Abraham still did not know the details of the promise because the word was 'I am going to show you.' It is like God telling you today, look, get out of your house, leave the comfort zone of your home, your family, your work, of everything you own and go to a land. where, sir? I'll show you. I'll show you.
And I believe that we, my beloved brothers, even though we know the exact geographical place where God wants to take us for the fulfillment of his purpose, we have doubts, right? we doubt. Many times we question, why, Lord? Why this situation in my life? Why am I experiencing this situation exactly at this moment? And we forget to question, God for what? What are they training me in? What are you up to in the story? God, what are you plotting for the benefit of others?
Because it is easy when I think of a project that is for my own benefit, but when it is a divine project that will not directly benefit me, but will benefit others, I question God in the process of obedience. And when we say, God, what for? Where do you want to take me? I'm going to obey you. Change the perspectives of our life.
And part B is the promise also implies a work. God said to Abraham, I will make you a great nation. What has God done so far in your life? Do you have promises from God? How many here recognize that they have promises from God that have not yet been fulfilled in their lives? Raise your hand. I want to meet them. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Let me tell you, do not rest your heart before the fulfillment of the promise. God will keep his word.
It may be that you do not see today, it may be that you do not know exactly details of the promise or details of everything they have to do, the work that you have to do to fulfill the promise, but God is faithful and fulfills his word always. Hallelujah! Glory to the Lord.
The third part of Abraham's call is that Abraham's call involved blessings as well. I will bless you, look at verse 2 and 3, it says that he was going to make Abraham a great nation, he says, I will bless you and magnify your name and you will be a blessing.
You and I are called to be a blessing. Say, I was called to bless. Again, I was called to bless. We were not called, my brothers, to curse people, we are called to be a blessing to the nations. Allow God to use you as a blessing to others. Do not question opportunities to be a channel of blessing to other people because God is giving the opportunity to establish eternal covenants in families and in generations. And we don't see the whole process, do you know why? Because we look with carnal eyes. We look with the eyes of our own perspective, we look with the eyes of the narrative we have or the reading we make of the situation of humanity.
If you read the newspapers, Oh my Lord, if you watch the news on TV and everything that's going on, [inaudible] in Virginia, don't let me begin… God is writing history. We have to see what God is writing in history. We have to have insight into what God is doing in the last days. Ask God to open your eyes so that you recognize divine greatness and say, Lord, what is my role in this story? I want to know what my role is in this story. God did not put you on this earth just to eat pupusas and stilts and arepas. Don't let me start, Liliana.
God put us on this earth for great projects. You are asking how that Brazilian knows all those foods, right? I know everything. What is needed to reach the goal? There he sees what Abraham was waiting for because Abraham had a calling there, a great challenge in his life, a promise but Abraham did not have details of the promise, he did not know how things were going to develop until he arrived in Canaan. which was the ultimate goal. I mean, it was part of the promise.
And the first thing that Abraham recognized is that he should detach himself and it is the first principle to reach the goal, the principle of detachment. In other words, Jehovah had said to Abraham, leave your house, your relatives, your father's house, to a land that I will show you. And God is not telling Abraham to abandon his family, but it is very important, brothers, to get rid of all the ties that prevent us from moving forward. And you and I know exactly what are the ties that prevent us from moving forward or what are the ties that prevent us from walking a process of excellence in our lives to reach the success that God has called us, as his children.
And what God was saying to Abraham was not abandon his home, leave everything behind, don't look at your family, He was telling Abraham, leave everything that binds you, everything that ties you. Leave everything that assumes a government and a lordship in your life. Natural affections need to give way to divine grace and the work that God has to do in this church and in our lives.
We have to leave and abandon the world. Oh, brothers, we have to abandon the passions of this flesh. We have to leave worldliness, we have to abandon everything that is not holy, we have to make an effort to live in holiness. And it's not easy, and you know it's not easy. You know that in the world that you and I live in, in the world of secularism, in the world of money, in the world of business, in the world in which the greatest steps on the least, you know that it is not easy to be holy but God calls us today to be holy to walk with him.
And God looks at Abraham when he was making the promise and we're going to get to that promise, but I don't want to leave out verse 1 of chapter 17 when Abraham was 99 years old, 4 times my age. When Jehovah appeared to him and said, I am the almighty God, walk before me, walk in my presence and be perfect. I am going to do great things. I am going to establish nations and I am going to take the root out of you, Abraham, who will lead, who will generate men and women for the nations but to begin with you, but first walk in my presence and be perfect, first remove the ties, first leave the world, first leave paganism, Abraham leaves religion.
Holy God. We come to church many times because we are religious. I woke up this morning and I was reading and thinking about the sermon and I was thinking, how many of us are going to get there today to worship him? In a true cult, in a true praise, how many of us are going to get there to prostrate before him and all that we are and without looking at the brother, without looking at the other's clothes, if the sister has a nice shoe... oh, oh, don't let me start. Without looking at any of that, regardless of what is from here, but looking at ourselves in things that are from there. How many of us come here today because we know that God has a great project and you and I are part of that project? say amen
What God is saying about Abraham about detachment [inaudible] sin and all his passions have to be abandoned and in particular bad companies. Mom used to say, bad company corrupts good morals. He told me more, son, tell me who you're with and I'll tell you who you are. Those are the proverbs of mothers that we never forget. In fact, those who listen to me in Brazil, happy father's day in Brazil.
God was establishing a great nation and wanted to have obedience. The obedience of a man who knew where he wanted to go, because when God called him he knew where he wanted to go. Detachment. Abandon all the idols of iniquity that we have installed in our hearts. Idols of iniquity installed in the heart. How many idols do we have? Pastor, what are you saying? I am Christian. I know, I didn't ask you if you are a Christian or if you are a member of the Lion of Judah, how many idols do you have in your life and that you are worshipping?
And I want to tell you that when God begins to do the work in our life, he starts strong, he can take away things that we love very much. Oops. Things that we love very much so that his grace is established and that he does it out of love for us and his purpose in our life God can take away things that we love. The detachment that Abraham understood and that the world and all its delights must be considered with indifference, with the holy indifference to look to the goal.
And I ask you a question, what is it that binds you today? What prevents you today from fulfilling God's purpose? what are your ties? What are the idols of your life? What are the idols of iniquity that hang in your life today in a circle outside of God's project? and more, I would say that Abraham did not fully obey God because I carried a load with him. He brought his nephew Lot who should not have brought. He was a difficult guy. And Lot, at least at the beginning, was a very carnal guy and after the incidents that happened in Lot's life, it was a partial obedience that later brought him many problems. Because that obedience to a project of divine calling must be a radical obedience.
And secondly, trust in God's protection, that is, I will bless those who bless you and those who curse you I will curse. When I believe that with God's blessing I have the courage to move forward and I can overcome all the obstacles that are placed in my path if I trust in God's protection. That promise was a great relief to Abraham. As God said, I am going to bless you. Abraham said, how? Abraham had no children, his wife was sterile and I love to think, brothers, that God has a bandage for every wound, for every wound.
And you know what the Lord is going to do? He will provide first, his first provision will be the most painful wound in your heart. What he wants in the process of blessing your life and in the process of fulfilling his purpose for your life and blessing the generations, is to heal you first, it is to heal your heart, it is to heal your life, it is to put his blood in your life , relieve your pains.
And it was a great test for Abraham because his wife was barren and had no children. It was a test for his faith, the Bible says that Sarai, which was the previous name of Sara, was barren and in chapter 17, verses 16 and 17, we are going to start at 15:
“God also said to Abraham, whose name he had already changed in verse 5 of chapter 16, God changes his name to Abraham, adds an a. God increased the name to Abraham and changed the change from Sarai to Sarah and in verse 15 also said to God to Abraham:
"You shall not call Sarai your wife Sarai, but Sara will be her name and I will bless her and I will also give you a son from her if I bless her and she will become the mother of nations, kings of peoples will come from her."
But the Bible says that when God said that, Abraham lowered his head like this. Abraham laughed. Abraham did not believe. 99 years. [Inaudible] Sara was in the back, heard the conversation and said… these people don't know what they're talking about. If I were speaking for couples, I would say more what Sara thought, because it is in the Bible. What Sara said... this one there... and God said, Sara, I have news for you, I'm going back for a while and what you say, this one there, hey... God I don't know what else is special, God gave Abraham, he was something tremendous and go on a honeymoon, because God had a plan, God had a great project and one day Sara discovers that that dress was a little tight. And Sara wakes up and Abrahán is grilling churrasco outside, I didn't know about that, that Abrahán grilled churrasco, in the Brazilian fashion. Yes, it was barbecue. All you hungry say amen.
Abrahán was grilling a steak outside and Sara said, oh, I feel like eating arepas. And Abraham said, look at this woman, I'm roasting meat and she wants arepas, what's up with this old woman? The next day Abrahán was again grilling churrasco and Sara says, oh, I wanted a pupusa so much. Something was happening in Sara's life. The process, at this time Sara was impregnating generations. In other words, at this moment the dream of God, the original dream of God was being projected through a 99-year-old woman, a 100-year-old man to establish the divine purpose and to reach Jesus.
God was pressing on Jesus Christ. I am going to bring my son, I am going to take generations. Because one day my people will be sitting in comfortable chairs in the Lion of Judah congregation and they will understand that I am the great God and they will understand that nothing is impossible for me. Nothing is impossible for God. Don't limit your God. Do not tell the disease, it hurts, tell the disease, my God is great. Do not say to your inability, I am incapable, tell your inability, my God can all things and nothing is impossible for him.
Hallelujah! There is nothing that God cannot do. Throughout all of history it is recorded that our God is a God of power, he is a God who draws out and [inaudible] to build a complete generation. He did it with Abraham, he did it with Isaac, he did it with Jacob and it will be with your life and with your family.
Do not doubt. believe. Do not waver your heart, believe in a God who can all things. Train your heart, train your soul to believe in God. Put your being in training every day and say, believe in God, believe in God, my soul believes in God because salvation will come from him. I am Pentecostal today.
Seek that your life and your work be a blessing to others, be a blessing to this generation. Verse 3, part B of verse 3 says, "And in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed."
When what I do brings benefits to others and brings benefits to God's work, do you know what I do? I am achieving his protection because the hand of God is going to be on me. And no one touches me. Because I am doing a great work and many times we spend asking for riches, right? Oh Lord, prosper me. Oh, Lord, give me a new car, give me that Mercedes Benz that I saw my brother driving. Oh, Lord, that pastor's watch, I want this. No, buy another. We spend asking God for riches.
When God has something far beyond and it almost never occurs to us to say to God, Lord, I want to do a great work and I want you to use me. Everything we ask for is for me, it is for me, therefore, many of our requests are selfish intent and the Bible says that we ask and do not receive because we do not know how to ask, and we ask for our own delight, for our own wisdom , to our own understanding, we do not ask for the Kingdom of God to be established, we do not ask God to give us wealth to enrich others. We ask give us wealth because we want to be rich. We want to be blessed, when God wants to use your life and mine to spread blessings to the nations.
And fourth, Abraham obeyed, entered into a project of obedience to God. And he left, and he went. Obedience has been and always will be the central theme of the Bible and the word of God. In Samuel chapter 15, verse 22 and 23, Samuel said:
“If Jehovah pleases both in holocausts and sacrifices and in obeying the words of Jehovah. Certainly obeying is better than sacrifices and heeding the fat of rams, for rebellion is the sin of divination, and obstinacy is like idols and idolatry, because you have rejected the word of Jehovah, he has also rejected you for that you are not king.”
When we enter into disobedience, we enter into a process of losing the path that God established for us to live. Brothers, keep an eye out, obeying God is a blessing because sometimes by obeying God tribulations also happen to us, it may be that situations happen in our lives, right? But the word says in Corinthians, chapter 4, verse 17:
"Because that slight momentary tribulation produces in us each time an excellent and eternal weight of glory."
Even though you are now living difficult paths in your life, a word of encouragement arrives, it will pass and it will produce an eternal weight of glory in your life. In other words, the situation, the test, that you are experiencing, consider it a lemon flavor blessing, that you enjoy it, it is difficult to swallow but it will bring a great result in your life.
When there is obedience there is blessing. What happens is that there are many types of blessings that we can achieve in our lives. When God blesses us, when God prospers us, it is so that we can be a blessing to others, such as gifts, family, everything that God gives us is so that we can be a blessing to others. God wants to use your life as a cause of blessing to the nations. I mean, you are being blessed, is there a blessing in your life or not? There is yes blessing in your life.
But let me tell you, when you seek the blesser instead of the blessing along with the blesser comes the blessing on your life. And many times we do not receive everything we have because we are going backwards. We want God to bless us, God to give us that, God to give us that, God to give us that. But when our relationship with God is affected, it was now with Abraham, God's purpose was being carried out, right?
What did God want to do now with these men, what did Abraham want to do? A nation, then free them from Egypt and then give them the laws, the temple, the promise of the Messiah, make them a holy nation, light to the nations and there came the Messiah. All this was part of God's plan and Abraham had a very important part in that role of the coming of the Messiah.
Each of us, you and I, have a part in God's purpose. And the greatest joy, my brothers, my sisters, and honor is to be part of God's purpose for our lives and carry out his will. And no matter the size of the project, no matter where God wants to take you, no matter how far God wants to bless you, you are already part of a process of God in the formation of that project.
Number 5, believe that it is never too late to start. It is never too late to obey the Lord. Look in verse 4 in part B it says that Abraham was 75 years old when I left Haran, that is, age does not bring limits to God's dreams. You say, oh, pastor, I'm 50, I'm 51, I look like a holy boy. Your age does not limit divine dreams. Your economic condition does not limit divine dreams. Your condition and everything that you are, your intelligence, your studies, none of that limits divine dreams. The only thing that can limit divine dreams through your life is you. The only thing that can create ties so that God's purpose in your life is not fulfilled is you.
Number 6 knows that there are obstacles on every path. Is not easy. Life is not easy. The walk to dreams, to projects is not easy. But live by faith and as I said before, start your life to believe and trust in the Lord.
Number 7, don't let the faith in your life be shaken. Raise faith every day, through an exercise. Seek the presence of God in your life because the first thing Abraham did when he decided to bless the Lord was to erect an altar to God. that is, praise in your life. Praise God every day. Praise. No matter the circumstances, praise. It doesn't matter if you woke up sad, praise. It doesn't matter if it's raining, praise. It doesn't matter that you came home from work and [inaudible], praise. It doesn't matter if your boss didn't raise your salary 3 years ago, praise the Lord. It doesn't matter that they took your job, praise the Lord because there is a blessing when we raise an altar of praise to our God. Praise. Praise. And praise.
Salvation has called us to fulfill God's purpose in our land. You and I were called to fulfill God's purpose. We are not called to sit on the chair. We are called to fulfill a divine purpose on this earth and there is much to do, there is work to do, my brothers. The Lord calls us from Ur, from the world, from Haran to where we are bound, to where we are driven, in chains, driven by passions, by carnality. God calls us today to trust his promises and obey him at all costs.
And today you and I must and need to say to the Lord, Lord, I am going to walk in obedience no matter what it costs, I am going to walk in obedience. Today is the day to make a decision to abandon the world and its passions and everything mundane and everything that drags us. It is day to change the language, change the language of your life. Do not speak as the worldly speak, speak your mouth to bless. Do not say bad words, do not learn with people out there, change your life, change your mind, God made you with the intelligent capacity to live a life that he wants you to live and not the life that the world designed for you to live.
Talk to him. Be perfect, because tomorrow the Lord will do wonders in your life and through your life. You and I were transferred from darkness to the wonderful light and the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Let us live in this light day and night. Allow your friends, your neighbors, your acquaintances, your co-workers, your relatives to see the light of Christ in your life.
Hallelujah! My boss told me one of these days, you don't know that I don't believe in God, right? I tell him, well, I think you believe because one of these days you said, oh thank God I have a home. He told me, although I don't believe in God I'm going to tell you something, [inaudible] boss, I told him, what makes you think I'm going to say something? Because I like the way you walk, as a Christian. I told him, I'm going to tell you something, there is a place in heaven for you as well. There is a place in heaven for you too.
If people think you are a good Christian, let me just say, they didn't see anything, what God is going to do in your life and through your life is greater than what the world has ever seen. Tell your neighbor, you don't know me. What God is going to do in my life is very big. If it were you, you would treat me better, treat me better because when God fulfills all his work in my life and when his purpose is fulfilled through me, I will be a blessing to the nations, to an entire generation and you will be close to me , you will be part of the project.
You don't know who is sitting next to you. Let me just say, there is a king, there is a queen, there is a man and a woman that God is going to use with authority. Look at the person next to you and say, God is going to use you one day with great authority on this earth and you will be a blessing to the nations. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
God is going to use you one day, man. He is going to use you and they believe in me and when he uses me one day…
God did not bring him here to play an instrument, God brought him here so that he would know his truth, so that he would listen and faith comes to listen to the word of the Lord. And let me say, he's not the same anymore, I know him. Pray to God. What prevents you from doing God's will? What prevents you from doing the will of God? Take away everything today, leave everything today, leave the world, leave your passions.
Do you have problems with money? Mammon is your God? leave Mamón today and say, Mamón, you do not rule me. What I am belongs to God, what I have belongs to the Lord. I am the exclusive property of the living God. My money is not mine, it belongs to God. Mammon is not your God, the gods of the earth are not your gods. There is a God who projected you, who called you and who today enables you to fulfill his purpose. Hallelujah!
God wants to bless you so you can bless others. And let me tell you, if God asks you for something, do it because he wants to carry out his project and there is no better blessing than the blessing of understanding God's will, fulfilling his purposes and living as God wants us to live.
I have a dream in my life. My dream is that one day when I get before the Lord God He will let me look and say, Mic, see those coming in there, those tribes, those peoples, those nations are the result of your obedience at 11 years of age through the hundreds. of missionaries that you trained and are scattered throughout the world, in Asia, Oceania, Africa, South America, North America, all of them are transmitting my word and today those nations enter here as a result of your obedience. What is your dream?
What is your dream? God brought you here today and Pastor Isaías prayed at the beginning of the service and said, you will not leave here today as you came in. I am not the same. He is here. The Lord is here and I can't see him, but I can feel his presence. And the Lord is doing something here now. Holy Spirit, you are doing something here, something big. Hallelujah!
I don't know how many entered here today, a little hopeless, sad, still not fully aware of what God can do and what God wants to do through your life because you still haven't had a personal encounter with Jesus. And today he says, I understand that, I want for my life and I want to give my life to Jesus, live for him and know the projects and purposes of God for my life.
How many here say, yes, pastor, it's me? God bless you. How many more? He wants to give his life to Jesus, God bless you. God bless you, my young man. God bless you back there. Someone else? Glory to God, there is one more person there. Who else? He says, I want to give my life to Jesus and I am going to live for him and I am going to fulfill God's dreams at all costs, whatever the cost, I am going to fulfill God's dreams.
And one day God will make the fruit sprout from me for the generations that will come after me. Hallelujah! There is a purpose. It is nothing that is happening in your life today, your story does not end today, your story is not a summary of this week, your story is a summary of what is in the divine newspaper for eternity. Oh God! holy, holy
Those who gave their lives to Jesus today come forward, we want to pray for you. Come here, in the name of Jesus. Leave your place now and come here, those who gave their lives to Jesus. Come quickly in the name of Jesus, come down from the balconies now. Ushers, help them. In the name of Jesus, oh, Hallelujah! Glory to the Lord. Hallelujah!

The women, the gentlemen who say today, today is the day, I do not want to leave here without making my decision with Jesus, I am not leaving here, Lord, today is the day. Hallelujah!
Glory to Jesus. Hallelujah! You who already know Jesus, you who have already had an encounter with the Lord, stand up now, extend your hands to these people who are here. you were called to bless, do not leave now in the name of Jesus, oh, Hallelujah! Take advantage of the last drop of what God has this afternoon here, in the name of Jesus there are more, there are more ushers coming. Hallelujah!
Give us your hands, start praying now, start blessing you. Transfer the blessing that is in your life to these lives now in the name of Jesus. transfer. transfer. Yes, Lord, we are called to fulfill your purpose. And here they are, Lord, men and women who today say, yes, yes, I am going to abandon everything, I am going to leave worldliness, I am going to leave everything that prevents me from following Jesus. Oh Lord, we surrender ourselves into your hands today in Jesus name and say to Satan, you lost. You are a loser and my God is the winner. In God is all the honor and all the glory and all the process of victory. Hallelujah!
Hallelujah! Yes, Jesus. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Oh, Lord, oh, Jesus. We are called to obedience. How many of us here today say, yes, Lord, I am going to obey you. Raise both hands to the Lord and say, I am going to obey you, Lord. There is a cost, I am going to pay the cost. Call me and I will follow you. Call me and I will follow you. Call me and I will obey you. Raise both hands to Jesus. All those who say, today, I am going to obey the Lord. There's a cost, there's a price, I'm going to pay, yes, Jesus. Hallelujah!
I bless, Lord, every hand raised here in this place, every family, Lord, every man and every woman in Jesus name. Oh, Lord, I declare that every weapon, Lord, forged against them does not prosper and that the blessing reaches their houses, Lord, their jobs, their businesses, their children, their family in the name of Jesus. We bless you Lord with all spiritual blessings in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
