perspective is all

Summary: The passage in 2 Kings 6:8-23 tells the story of Elisha and his servant being surrounded by a Syrian army, but Elisha could see the army of angels and chariots of fire protecting them. He prayed for the Syrians to lose their vision, and they entered a trance, which changed their perspective. The message is about seeing things with the eyes of God and not just our own limited perspective. It is important to adopt God's perspective about our situations, problems, and future, and to keep our eyes fixed on Christ Jesus and his good purpose for our lives.

The speaker encourages seeing things with the eyes of God and not just with the eyes of the flesh, as there are multiple realities in which one can live. He cites the story of Elisha and the Syrian army as an example of how God is always developing a plan for our lives, even through struggles and challenges. The speaker also mentions the story of Job and how he was in the center of an epic drama between God and the devil, but lacked the perspective to see it. He reminds listeners that everything in the world is about the glory of God and that the book of Habakkuk speaks precisely about struggles and crises. The speaker encourages seeing things from a spiritual perspective through eternity, through God's move in history, and how the Kingdom of God is always advancing. These are times of great anxiety, but something is coming and God is moving.

The world is currently in a time of great anxiety, but this is a movement of the womb that wants to give birth to something new. God is in control of history and is leading humanity towards his desired end. Despite the current political and social climate, we should trust in God and his plan for our lives. We must see things through divine eyes, and not fear or despair. We should pray for the peace of the city and bless those around us. God has good thoughts for us, and we should believe in his promises and not let daily struggles exhaust us. We should keep our eyes fixed on Christ Jesus and not grow tired until we faint.

Let us not be exhausted by daily life and lose hope, but renew our focus on God's promises and keep our eyes on Jesus. We ask for a change in perspective and to see God's glory and good purpose. We pray for those suffering from anxiety and fear, and for God to renew our strength to fight the battles with dignity and using the armor of God. We declare God's sovereignty and ask for His visitation and renewal of our hearts and the earth. We trust in His protection and ask for His defense of His people. We give thanks and praise to God.

I want to share with you a passage of scripture found in the book of Kings, Second Book of Kings, chapter 6, verses 8 through 23. And I'm not going to read the whole chapter, but I'm going to go to verse 15. We know the story well. The king of Syria is trying to harm the Jewish nation and is continually setting traps to ambush them. God continually reveals to the prophet Elisha where these traps are, those ambushes and frees the Jewish people and finally the Syrian king becomes suspicious and believes that they are wire tapping him. And he says, “what is happening? We have a spy inside of us. Reveal me, tell me who the spy is.” They tell him, “King, there is no spy, it is because Israel has a prophet who does not want anyone and he sees and hears from God and knows exactly where you are going to set ambushes.”

Then the king gets angry and sends a strong army to imprison the prophet Elisha and they enter the Jewish territory and in verse 15 he says:

“And the servant of the man of God rose early and went out,” this is Gehazi, Elisha's servant, he rose early in the morning and went out to breathe the good morning air and what happens. He says, "Here is an army that had the city besieged with people on horseback and chariots," what a tremendous scenario this man stumbles upon, his morning was spoiled. “And then his servant said to him, oh, my Lord, what shall we do? He told her, "Don't be afraid because more are those who are with us than those who are with them."

I can see John Wayne with 2 guns saying so. "Do not be afraid, because there are more who are with us than those who are with them." I would have liked to have said that sometime in my life, by myself, without being put here in the Bible. “And Elisha prayed and said, I pray, O Lord, open his eyes that he may see.”

That's what it's all about, a change of perspective, seeing with the eyes of God. That is what I would call this sermon, seeing with the eyes of God. and the first thing that Elisha asks is that his servant, full of panic, terrified by the overwhelming force of this army, can see what is truly happening in the world of the spirit.

“Open his eyes, Lord, so that he can see. Then Jehovah opened the eyes of the servant and he looked, and behold, the mountain was full of horsemen and chariots of fire around Elisha.”

Glory to God. A great angelic army and not just any chariot, these were chariots of fire. There was a spirit gasoline that they were consuming there. They were on fire.

“…and chariots of fire surrounded Elisha, and after the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed that Jehovah and said….”

Mind you how interesting, it didn't occur to me until I read this just now. These Sirians do not know what is happening in the spirit world. They don't know the drama that is taking place between Elisha, his servant, they probably come arrogantly to catch Elisha and take him away.

“…After the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to Jehovah and said, 'I beg you, strike these people with blindness,' and he struck them with blindness at Elisha's request. And then Elisha told them, 'this is not the way, this is not the city, follow me and I will guide you to the man you are looking for,' and he led them to Samaria. They are like tame little lambs, okay, okay, we're leaving. They were under a trance that the spirit had put on them. And when they came to Samaria, Elisha said, 'Jehovah, open their eyes that they may see,' and Jehovah opened their eyes and they looked and found themselves in the midst of Samaria," that is, in the capital of Israel.

They were in New York itself surrounded by taxis and cars honking. How did we get here? They not realized.

"And when the king of Israel had seen them, he said to Elisha, 'Shall I kill them, my Father?' and he answered him, 'No, do not kill them.'

I have always liked the irony of this king, the secular government asking God's government for advice on what to do. And of course, secular government men are always trying to solve things the way they solve them, forcefully, cruelly, in terms of human power. Elisha has other weapons that are the weapons of the Kingdom of God, love, mercy, forgiveness, grace, these are the weapons that the devil does not know how to deal with. That is free, that was not received by those in the morning, that is for you. It's the ñapa, the ñapa is sometimes better than the meat itself.

I long for the day when that moment comes when the church offers advice, because the earthly government comes to the church to ask for solutions to the problems of society. When the power of God is in the church, as it was with Elisha, that's what happens, the secular powers go to the church for advice. I know that a day will come when the secular powers will ask the advice of a redeemed and powerful church in the Lord. And that time is coming because the moment is coming when the machine is stalling, there is no way out. Men do not know how to solve the problems of the world and of society. And they don't have the answer, the church does.

"Shall I kill them, my Father?" He replied, 'Don't kill them, would you kill those you take captive with your sword and with your bow? Set before them bread and water so that they may eat and drink and return to their masters.’

Love again, the solution, our weapons are not carnal, but powerful in God for the destruction of strongholds. We win with the weapons of light.

"Then a great meal was prepared for them and when they had eaten and drunk he sent them away and they returned to their lord." And look here, I believe that if the king of Samaria had killed these men the war would have continued against Israel, but look what happens. “And never again did armed bands come from Syria to the land of Israel.”

That was checkmate, embers of fire heaped on his head. Elisha had the kingdom perspective. He could see things in terms of the kingdom and so this whole passage is about that, the right perspective, the right way to see things in the world around you.

If we acquire the correct perspective about our problems, our situations, because that's what it's all about. There are two perspectives on earth, the natural, rational human perspective, and the eternal, divine, spiritual perspective. And these 2 realities are continually moving in our midst, but it all depends on how open our eyes are to see the reality of the spirit and to be able to interpret the events and situations of our lives in the light of the spirit.

And that is what it is about, that we can reach that perspective. Because all this text is about versions of reality. We can't go into all the depth but certainly modern science has never reached the knowledge that this world is not as fixed as we think. The world is much more plastic, more dynamic and more mysterious. The more science advances, the more it resembles religion ironically because it realizes that the world is very mysterious and that everything depends on perspectives and the way we see it. Everything is relative.

For example, in physics Einstein is credited with the theory of the relativity of time and space and what we call 3 dimensions. The world is more than 3 dimensions. Science knows it now, science also talks about parallel universes, it's almost science fiction that we're getting to that point. And it's all perspectives, and certainly in the world we're in today one sees that all the time.

All this issue that is happening in American politics right now and in this nation is a matter of perspective, different ways of seeing the world. I don't want to get lost because here I am going to miss the whole sermon only in that illustration, but you read a newspaper and it tells you one thing, and you read another newspaper and it tells you another.

And I think that one of the great achievements of this strange and sometimes hateful man, but who is also like an animal that attacks things and breaks many things that are sacred to this society but that need to be broken and broken, this idea that For example, the press is objective and what you read you can believe and we discover that you don't. The famous alternative facts, nowadays one really doesn't know what to believe and this man says that President Obama wire tapped him, electronically spied on his campaign.

That is an incredible accusation, that would never have been heard in this nation. And so many say, that's impossible because there are so many constitutional protections against that. Others say, well, who knows, let's investigate. It is a world in which you do not know what is truth and what is reality. It's like we move in a world of mirrors that reflect each other. You have seen that movie, Bruce Lee stuck in China, the mirror and he doesn't know where the opponent is and he moves and the opponent is behind him. We live in a world of mirrors that reflect each other. That was what they told me, I never saw the movie but they told me.

It is a world of mirrors, reflections, different perspectives. And you know what, brothers, it is like that in the world of the spirit as well. It all depends on whether you can adopt God's perspective about the things you are experiencing. As we see these people here, for the moment Elisha's servant is seeing a perspective, a world where this great army is surrounding them, it is going to kill them and there is no hope. Elisha has God's gaze and sees angels and archangels and chariots of fire and a great army, a mighty army around them, protecting them, guarding them, making sure that their lives are preserved intact.

Then he prays that the Syrians lose their vision and the Syrians go into a trance, because it is not that they are physically blind, they can move and they can guide their horses, but they are in a trance, mesmerized by the power of God. and they see and they don't see and their perspective of reality is something hypnotic and they walk but they don't recognize where they are going. And at the moment when they arrive at a place God tells them, now I am going to change your perspective, boom, and once again they see the real world in which they are moving.

Everything is perspective. The disciples remember on the road to Emmaus, the Lord goes with them, the Lord with whom they have spoken, with whom they have seen, with whom they have heard, with whom they have shared so many times and do not recognize him, because the Lord has hidden from them. them mentally. And he has his eyes for a while like…to have fun with them, to see what they're thinking. And then there comes a time when he takes the bread and breaks it in front of them and as he breaks the bread, as he breaks it, he opens their eyes, and they wake up and realize, oh, it's the Lord. They were physically seeing him. The Lord did not change his appearance, their perspective changed, and for the moment they understood that this Messiah they thought had been defeated, crucified definitively, there was no hope, all their dreams were destroyed, all their faith that they had in this He was the Son of God had been broken and for now everything is restored and they see the risen Son of God. And again the clock keeps ticking towards eternity.

Everything is perspective. How we see things. And I believe that this text, this morning I was preparing it early in the morning, and my direction was actually different but God in the course changed me and told me, wait, stay there because that perspective was only my first point. But I realized that there was so much meat that why go to the other thigh without having one, so I crushed it there and I'm still crushing the bones and that's what I want to share with you.

The important thing is that we see things with the eyes of God and not only with the eyes of the flesh, that we see our problems, our struggles, our situations, our future, our gifts, our calling, our family, with the eyes of God, how God sees things. Because if you and I agree to the perspective that God has for me, for my future, what God has for you and your children, for your dreams, and if you dare to believe God and keep in that perspective and when the devil wants to tear it out of you to put your eyes on his serpentine eyes, you keep your gaze fixed on Christ Jesus, on his good purpose for your life, what he has declared, what he has spoken to you, what he has told you.

I'm preaching this sermon to myself, brethren, right now. Because many times God tells you many things but daily life wants to tear you away from the sublime of your nature and make you think about tiny and exhausting things that steal your inspiration and the virtue of the ministry and that wonderful drama that you are living. You are magnetized, your world is not just a cold piece of metal. No, your world is a magnet full of possibilities, a precious jewel pulsing with colors that shine. And that is you, that is your life, this is your future and if you can believe that, if you can live in the magical dimension, in the magical perspective in which God has called you, then you can live in that plane, on that level, not on the small level of everyday life.

And that is why I say that this passage like no other reminds me about that, that there are multiple realities in which you can live and the most immediate is the current reality where you are right now, perhaps with your marriage problem, perhaps with your financial problem, perhaps with your annoying and oppressive boss, perhaps with your children who are not going the right way or perhaps with your emotional situation that does not yield to your prayers and you have depression or anxiety or insomnia and you are fighting with the giant, and the Syrian army is around you threatening you with their numbers and their strength and God tells you, 'fight to enter the other reality in which I have you, where I am elaborating, through that fight, a precious drama for you. '

And this is not just a little human fight against little things, but you are a great hero in a heroic narrative, a wonderful epic where you are adorned with feathers and a crown and you have a bronze bow and you have boots of warrior and God is developing a plan for your life.

I would like God to help all of us to always go behind the curtains, to the other side of reality where the true dramas of our lives are taking place. There are parallel dramas and unfortunately we always stay in the most immediate drama, which is the drama of time and space, and we cannot access the other much bigger, more beautiful drama, where God is working through all our struggles, our problems, our challenges, every daily moment and it is teaching us things, it is strengthening us, it is training us, it is glorifying itself with our sweat, our tears, our blood and we are glorifying God with our dramas and God says, don't worry, I am enjoying it, and when the time comes I'm going to take you out, because I've already taken the juice out of you and now I'm going to put you to rest.

I like it. There are so many passages that come to mind as I say that. the psalmist who says, I patiently waited for Jehovah and he leaned down to me and heard my cry, he made me take me out of the pit of despair of miry mud and placed my feet on rock and then put a new song in my mouth, praise to our God. Many will see this and fear and trust in the Lord.

Many times we only see the dungeon, we only see the deep well, we only see the muddy mud, the darkness of the tunnel where we are, but we cannot access that moment when God is going to take us out and put a new song in our mouths. , it will put us on solid ground and we can sit like the warrior after the battle and have something cold and eat something nutritious and brag about the heroics we did when we were in battle and laugh at our victory.

But we have to live life at that level, brothers, at the epic level, at the adventurous level of life, not take our eyes off that dimension. I think of Job who loses his children, loses his money, loses his health and has lost everything and he is there and he does not know what is happening, why, Lord, is all this happening to me? I think that if many of us were Job, we would have shot ourselves long ago. God rebuke the devil. The first is enough. But Job did not know that behind all this, nor did his annoying friends know that behind all their struggle there was an epic drama between God and the devil.

Now, I say, the devil can never be against God, but there was a fight for the glory of God and Job was in the middle of that fight. God said to Satan, “hey, look at my son, how he serves me, why don't you behave yourself? See how he glorifies me.” Because Job was a godly man. Says Satan, “Of course, – as cynical as he is – of course, he serves you because you bless him, look at all the children he has, all the money he has, his prestige, his health. Take away any of those things and you will see how he curses you." The Lord said, "Okay, let's see."

Because everything in the world is about that. It's the glory of God, everything. It is the great drama between God and humanity. Humanity does not want to give glory to God and gives it to the devil and God has a wound in his heart that bleeds continuously throughout history. It is that his creature does not give him the glory that he deserves. His people abandoned him and left him for little things too and God is always looking for his glory. And how we fight our fights and our battles, the glory of God is at stake in all these things, brothers.

And then there is a battle and God says, take away this, take away that, take away that because the devil can't do anything that God doesn't allow in your life. And God will never allow you to be tested beyond what you can be tested, says the word, even if it seems to you that it is not so. But the Lord allows things and he graduates your struggles to lead you to something greater, to a glory that he has for you too.

Job did not have the correct perspective. He didn't know everything that was going on. I think if he had known that he was a centerpiece in a drama that would be watched by billions of people. The book of Job says that it is the first book that was written in the Bible, it was not Genesis, but Job because the events they relate do not matter, it is when the book was made, when it was written. They say that Job was possibly the first written book of the Bible, the oldest of all.

The fact is that since those thousands of years that this book was written, we are in 2,000 or so years and that book was written about 1,500 years before the New Testament, that is to say that it is about 3,000 or so years, how many people have read the book of job How many billion people? How many dramas, how many books have been written.

If Job had known that his fight, which seemed to be stuck in a hole in an isolated place, was going to be a drama that would bless, inspire billions of people throughout history, don't you think he would have fought differently? Perhaps with less anxiety, less doubt, because Job doubted a lot and who does not doubt when all his children die, he loses his family, he loses his health, everything, but he did not have that behind his struggle there was a universal, epic drama between the principles of the devil and the principles of God, the glory of God and the cynicism of Satan, and he was in the very center of that drama.

We many times do not have the great virtue of being able to see our struggles, what God is doing around us, how God is using our struggles and how it depends so much on how we fight the battle of faith, how we live every minute of our lives. , if we are going to quit, as they say over there, or we are going to stay there because the glory of God is at stake and because I know that my redeemer lives, as he said.

We don't know, we don't understand, we don't have the right perspective, and this book is about keeping the right perspective, when we are suffering, seeing things in the light of God's spirit. Elisha has the virtue of being able to understand that.

And do you know what was the origin of this sermon? I just finished a series on prayer and I asked the Lord, Lord, show me what is the next thing that you have for this town? Because I don't like sermons, I can take out, I have boxes of sermons that I could take one and reheat it and get out of trouble. But no, it is about giving the people of God the word of God, today's bread, not solving a problem. God blesses when we believe in him and pay the price.

Then God spoke to me about the book of Habakkuk that I believe in the next few days when I can I'm going to preach about Habakkuk, 3 chapters. Habakkuk is a book for our times, but since there is an interruption that I don't want to talk about, I decided to prelude that study and then this passage from Elisha came to mind. And the reason is this, because today I want to preach about the book of Habakkuk, because the book of Habakkuk is a book that speaks precisely about struggles and crises. When a man of God looks at the world and the national situation in which he lives and there is so much anxiety and so much threat and he wonders why all this is happening, the book of Habakkuk is a dialogue between God and his prophet. Israel, specifically Judah, is being threatened by Babylon and Habakkuk asks the Lord why, what is happening and what are your plans? Judah is an unjust people, it is in idolatry. God is going to judge him. And Habakkuk wonders all this and it is a book that tells us about these times.

I understood early this morning meditating that Habakkuk is a book for this time, it is almost like a prophetic book for this time, because God is unleashing his things at the right time. We are in times of great anxiety in the times that we live in and here is the punch line, as they say, the link between what I am preaching. We are in times of great anxiety and it all depends on how we see things. If we are going to see it from a purely political, historical, material perspective, or if we are going to see it from a spiritual perspective through eternity, through God's move in history, the things that God is doing behind the scenes , the mysterious and elusive way in which God moves in history.

God does not move according to the simplistic schemes of men, God does not move according to the interests of Republicans or Democrats, God does not move according to the interests of Obama or Trump, God does not move according to the interests of whites or blacks, God does not move according to the interests of those who are from the south and those who are from the north, those who drink tea and those who drink coffee, God does not move according to those plans of men, God it moves according to its own very complex agenda. And he is always moving. The Kingdom of God is always advancing.

The Bible says that the Kingdom of God advances with force and I see the Kingdom of God as an iceberg that moves, dragging everything in its path, breaking mountains, breaking rocks, dragging rivers and valleys and creating new realities. geophysical and also geopolitical. The Kingdom of God is advancing, it is moving with power in the Middle East, in Asia, in Europe, in the United States, the Kingdom of God advances, advances, Latin America, Africa, Australia, the Kingdom of God moves, India , the Kingdom of God is moving.

And all these things that we hear, these wars and rumors of war are the movements of the womb that wants to give birth and when a woman is pregnant the womb becomes hostile and stormy and something is going to give birth, I don't know what it's going to be but something is going to come out of this pregnancy of the world right now. God is moving, but these are times of great anxiety because for a mother when she is going to give birth there is anxiety, there is pain, there is anguish. And the world is in anguish right now and something is going to happen, it could be an incredible cataclysm, it could be a war, it could be a natural situation, it could be a transformation of the world. I don't know, something is going… say you heard it first here in the León de Judá congregation, something is coming, something is moving.

These are times of great anxiety however. And you can choose which is going to be the perspective that you are going to adopt, or the perspective of the purely immediate, political, current, social, or the spiritual, eternal, divine perspective. And depending on which of the two alternatives you adopt, it will be your degree of stillness or restlessness, worry or rest, anxiety or confidence, exhaustion or great energy as a consequence of seeing the glory of God manifesting itself on earth. It all depends on how you see it. If you see it with Elisha's eyes or see it with the eyes of Elisha's servant, Gehazi. There are two churches, Gehazi and Elisha. There are two perspectives, the perspective of the natural, carnal church and the perspective of the church informed by God's prophetic vision.

Again, why did I choose this passage, why did I choose Habakkuk, why did I choose this theme, because we live, I come back again, because we must emphasize and clarify, because we live in times of great anxiety, great storm. Our immigrant brothers are in great fear, uncertainty, they don't even dare to travel to their country because they believe they are going to leave them there. Lots of people complain about this country but leave them there so you can see how they scream. Many people are in uncertainty, our undocumented brothers are… there is an army around them. There are Syrians wanting to literally capture them and take them away, and they are afraid, like Elisha's servant, they are afraid and rightly so if we see it with the eyes of the mind and the eyes of reason.

But I want you, brothers, to encourage you to see things through the eyes of Elisha, of faith, that he is doing something and that we have to be at peace. There are people on the left, progressive Christians who see what is happening in this nation in the White House and they go to bed and have insomnia every night, they have to take 4 pills to sleep. Oh, what's going on. We have a madman in the White House.

There are others who are on the other side and see what is going on in this nation with all the terrible immorality and a time ago when President Obama was supporting a number of totally ungodly laws and polluting this nation with immorality established in the very government of United States, and they have also thought, everything is over here. Jezebel is already going to come to power and Ahab with her too. They saw these elections in that way and now they see the world leaving this nation more and more, moving more and more away from God, and they fear and believe that soon they are going to cut off the heads of all Christians and there are Pentecostal brothers out there preaching that The anti-Christ is already here and the beast is already in New York and the Lord is coming soon to take us from the earth and all the wicked from León de Judá who drink wine and beer and all those things are going to stay here. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Lord, take us out of this cruel world. Different perspectives. The whole world is in anxiety at this time, brothers, the whole world is in anxiety and fear. And what I want to tell you in the name of the Lord is that God is in control. The armies of God have not left the earth, the angels are. God is sitting on his throne. He is in control of history. He is leading humanity towards the end that he wants to lead it to. The Kingdom of God continues to advance, what happens is that God does not move as men move and we are that people of God who have angels around us.

God's good purpose is with us. Immigrant brother, don't cry like those who have no hope, please, don't go into a cave like Gideon to hide from the Marianites. Face the devil and declare that God cares for you, God changes the king's heart. God changes things because God protects his own. And I know that God has brought that people here, that they have arrived in ways, I know, unconventional, but that is how the pilgrims also arrived and stole this land from the Indians and from the Mexicans they took 80 percent of their land in the year 1865 in an unjust war that historians recognize today. And look, I'm not a leftist but I call things what they are, because you don't have to get passionate. The children of God live in eternity, not in time and space. We don't fall in love with anyone.

The fact is that all these things are… God has brought us here to this nation with a purpose and God is going to preserve us and God is going to bless you and take care of you and protect you and if he decides to take you back to your land , there you will prosper and you will be blessed because God's blessing is not only for a piece of land. God is the owner of gold and silver and can bless you anywhere. Can you believe that? Can you conceive of saying, Lord, if you send me to the moon or to Mars, there I will prosper and I will be a blessing and I will be blessed. And you can sleep peacefully, you can rest. Peace in the storm, we sing it and wow, our heart rises to the clouds but since we left here it has left us, the devil stole our seed, like the birds that stole the seed in the parable of Jesus Christ.

Keep it there in your heart. God is on his throne. God changes events. God is leading the events of history. You have to see things through divine eyes and not fear and ask the Lord, Father, give me your eyes to see reality like you do. I am not going to despair. I am not going to shout as if I were one of those jerks, as the Mexicans say, I am going to maintain my dignity, my spiritual integrity.

The Lord said, when you see all these things happening to you, raise your heads because the day of your redemption is near. He who has God's perspective when crises in the world, wars and rumors of war come, instead of letting his head fall, he raises it up because the glory of God has to manifest then in his life. Believe and stay focused on what God has declared in your life because God is always advancing his agenda.

When the Hebrews were in Babylon captive by Nebuchadnezzar, their nation destroyed, their walls broken, punished for their infidelity, they did not know what to think and they thought, God already disregarded us. God already left us. The Babylonians won the fight, we lost our history, we lost our nation, we lost our heritage.

Imagine if today the Chinese came, let's say, got in here through California and owned – there's a series out there that talks about it. What would have happened if the Chinese invaded America? People don't sleep thinking about things like making money. The point is what would happen, how would you see the world and life? Well, so were the Jews. Exiled in Babylon, there was no hope for them and God sends them a letter from him through the prophet Jeremiah.

There is Jeremiah 29 and he says to the Hebrews, look, while you are in Babylon do not throw yourself to death, do not stop making love to your wives and having children - forgive the frank and graphic words - because when When you are depressed, the last thing you want to think about is making love. That is very legitimate, it is very psychiatrically correct. Have children, open stores, cultivate gardens, open businesses, because I know the thoughts I have about you, thoughts of good and not of evil to give you the end you expect.

And God tells them, when 70 years have passed, he even gives them the precise time, after I brought them, it was not Nebuchadnezzar who took them to Babylon, it was God who sent them there. It was not Nebuchadnezzar who was in control, God was in control, as God has brought us here for a purpose. You don't come here running from poverty or bargains in Honduras or El Salvador, you come here because God brought you. God sent these people here for a purpose.

And God tells him, multiply, live a full life while you fulfill your time, because after 70 years I am going to change the king's heart and I am going to send them back to Jerusalem so that they return to worship me in their land and in my land.

Because it is God who is in control, not man. I encourage you, my brother, my sister, to believe God. Fight on your knees, fight fasting, fight for God to either enlighten or eliminate but to do something. Let the heart change, change the mechanisms or whatever, because God is even more powerful than that. Do not fear because I am with you, says the Lord. I am your God who strengthens you. As it says, I will always take care of you, I will always cover you, I will always help you with the right hand of my justice.

You have to believe God. and that is why the Lord tells the Hebrews in Babylon, multiply, keep living, brother, do not put me in an apartment with the curtains drawn for fear of leaving. No, don't be crazy either, obviously, don't walk with a flag, hey, here I am. But neither stop enjoying life and live and adore and serve and of, and of, and of.

You have to live, brothers. The biggest stone that one can give the devil in the head is to laugh in his face and adore the Lord and proclaim the good news of God, even if you are trembling, say, I know that my redeemer lives and that at the end of time he will I will see and my mouth will adore it. Don't get carried away by your emotions. Live by every word that comes out of the mouth of God, put before and oppose the reality of God to the reality of the devil. Believe that behind this merely human, temporary reality, there is the reality of the Kingdom of God and eternity, and right now there are struggles that are taking place between principalities and powers and the Kingdom of God, struggling for this earth and the divine creation and we are in the middle. We are going to decide what is going to happen, us, our prayer, our experience.

And that is why God tells the Hebrews in Jeremiah 29, “and pray for the peace of the city because in its peace your peace will be also.” In other words, don't just live and do your things for yourselves, because I have even given you reservations so that you can also pray for the city in which you are. Pray for the government, pray for Donald Trump, pray for America, pray for this nation, don't curse, don't resent, don't hold hate in your heart, don't harbor any kind of resentment.

We bless. As Elisha does not kill, but rather feeds, heaps fiery embers on his head, if that is the case. Pray, praise, rejoice, declare God's good will and believe that the visitation is there, just around the corner and keep trusting in the Lord. And so I tell all of us who are here, whatever situation you are going through, whatever your marital, family, personal, physical, ministerial, home, documentation, relational, internal, spiritual situation, internal struggles that you have in your life, whatever, my brother, my sister, there are 2 realities. One is the reality that you are contemplating right now, the struggle to pay the bills each day, and another reality is the God who provides for you, the God who blesses you, the God who has never left you, the God who will never allow you to be ashamed if you trust him.

Ask God to remove the cobweb from your eyes so that you can see the glory of God around you, you can see those chariots of fire fighting for your well-being, the blessing of God who says, I know the thoughts I have about you . They are good thoughts. Your children are not going to be criminals, your children are going to be redeemers, builders of ruins, your children are going to bless the nations, they are going to build cities, you will not die but you will live and I have good things for you.

At the end of this battle I will place your feet on the rock, I will straighten your steps and I will put a new song in your mouth and many will see it and give thanks to God and fear. They will fear in that glorious God that you have. Lord, help us to see the world through your eyes, with your perspective, Lord. Help us to seek your glory, do not let us see the impoverished reality that we inhabit right now, it begins with me, Father. Don't allow the enemy to tear us away from your great panoramas and your great promises, Lord.

Don't let daily living exhaust us in such a way that we throw in the towel because the battle has become too long. We renew our look and we will put it back on you and your reality. We look again at your promise, Father, we once again keep our eyes fixed on Christ Jesus who suffered such a contradiction of men so that our spirit does not grow tired until we faint.

I want to keep my eyes on the divine reality, the reality of God, his good purpose. I invite you to refresh your gaze now in the name of the Lord. Close your eyes and see with the eyes of the spirit. I choose to see the good things that God has for my offspring, for my offspring, for this ministry, for the beings I love, the things I value.

Oh Lord, lift up our heads so we can understand what you have for us. Change our perspective, Lord, change our eyes and let us see your glory. Let us see your good purpose, Father. Oh Lord, visit all those who are suffering from anguish at this time, Lord, those who fear, those who are crying, those who see the world with uncertainty, Father, in the name of Jesus. Renew our eyes and renew our gaze so that we can see you as you want, Lord, to be seen.

Oh Father, if someone came this morning with anxiety in their heart about something, with a depleted look, may they walk out of here seeing you with chariots of fire around them, great warriors of the spirit, wings outstretched covering and protecting them every step of their way. life. We believe, Lord, that your method has not changed, you have not forgotten us. We are your chosen people and you love this people and you have good purposes for them.

Help us fight this battle with dignity, Lord. The evil day is in our midst, but you have told us to put on the armor of God. Let us take all the armor of God, all the resources of the kingdom, all the instruments of spiritual warfare and we dress ourselves with the word of your Gospel, with the sword of that word, Lord, with the boots of the Gospel, with the armor of the faith, justice, hope, love.

Oh Lord, help us to believe you. At this time we declare, this congregation here declares that God is on his throne, God is in control of history and we say, your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thy will be done. We want to see your glory manifested, Lord, on earth. Visit your creation and renew it, Father, visit this earth that runs out of battery, Lord, and needs a renewal. And visit us so that we can be part of your solution to the world's problems.

Thanks for being in control. We adore you and we bless you, Lord. Hallelujah! Get us out of here with a new vision, so that we don't look at the trifles of this world, the inconveniences, the mosquitoes that are always trying to take away our peace and be like eagles, soaring above all that pollution.

Keep us focused on your reality, Lord. I ask that the hearts of my brothers be renewed this afternoon. Away with fear, away with anguish, away with anxiety, away with panic, away with doubt, away with all thoughts that weaken. Away with everything that does not suit a warrior of God with his sword in hand, in the name of the Lord. Father, visit your people and defend the little ones, Lord, defend the weak, defend those who love you and adore you and fight for your glory, Lord. Defend them. Fight for your people, Lord, and we will be behind you and your great wings and we will protect ourselves under the shadow of your wings, Lord.

Be glorified, Father, on this earth and fulfill your purposes and let us see through your gaze, your eyes, Lord, what we want on this day. Thank my Lord. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Thank my Lord. Amen, amen. Thanks God.
