Summary: The sermon discusses the need for evangelism and presenting Jesus Christ as the solution to the problems and needs of humanity. The story of Jairo and the woman with a flow of blood for twelve years is used as an example of how people are searching for hope and healing. The woman had sought help from doctors for years but only got worse, highlighting the limitations of human solutions. The sermon emphasizes the importance of asking the Lord to unleash His power in the midst of the church and to use miraculous manifestations of God's power as a resource for evangelization. The sermon concludes by urging people to present Jesus as the alternative and solution to the problems of society, as human efforts alone are not enough.

The speaker emphasizes the importance of seeking healing in Christ rather than human doctors, as the devil can find a way in if we don't. He states that nations with justice and adherence to the values of the Kingdom of God will prosper, while those with abortion, homosexuality, and conspiracies against God's values will face disaster. The woman in the Bible who touched Jesus' cloak represents lost humanity seeking help, and when she heard about Jesus, she found hope. The speaker encourages evangelism through technology and personal interactions, daring people to take the opportunity to introduce others to Jesus. He emphasizes that Christ is the solution to humanity's problems and encourages people to put their faith in Him. Finally, the speaker encourages introducing people to Christ rather than religion or a specific church, as He is the only true healer.

We need to lift up Christ and make sure we introduce people to Him. When we do this, the Lord will remove the veil that covers people's understanding and open their eyes to the truth. We need to fill the city with the name of Jesus and unleash an epidemic of life and blessings. The demonic powers that rule this city and sow death and destruction can only be defeated by the Son of God, Jesus. We need to preach Christ and ask for the anointing of God to infect us with His power. We pray for those in the community who are suffering and ask for a seed of blessing and life to be unleashed on Boston.

I want to talk about a winning faith, I want to talk about the need to tell people about Jesus Christ, I want to present Jesus as the solution to all the problems and needs of humanity. Mark 5 verses 21 onwards, how to unleash the power of Jesus in our lives?

The Bible tells us about this woman who is one of the most wonderful and inspiring characters in all of Scripture. At this time in which we have said that as a Congregation we want to learn to be effective in Evangelism, we want to be a contagious Congregation, may the Lord teach us how to bring lives to the knowledge of Jesus, this woman speaks to us a lot about presenting to her people to Christ, that we talk to them about Jesus who wants to heal their needs.

I want through these sermons all this year to be encouraging them to fall in love with the person of Jesus Christ and to make others fall in love with the person of Jesus, tell everyone we can that Christ has the solution to the needs of our community. The city of Boston needs to know Jesus Christ as this woman needed an encounter with the Lord and we have to communicate it to the world.

The Word says that a very important man came to the Lord and asked him to come to his house to heal his dying daughter. This man was called Jairo. Jairo was a very important man in the community, he was one of the main people in the local synagogue, he was a man of social prestige, of social importance, he approached him and asked for that favor that the Lord heal his daughter and the Lord He very kindly agreed and headed towards Jairo's house. And the Bible says that a great crowd of people went with him and here we take the passage in verse 24 of Mark 5. "It says that the Lord went with Jairus and a great crowd followed him and pressed on him."

Many times the Bible teaches us this scene that many people pounce on Jesus and persecute him, look for him. There is a passage that tells us, for example, that once the Lord met with his disciples after sending them on an evangelistic journey and when they returned the Lord told them: I know you are tired, let's go on vacation, let's go to a separate place. And they took a boat and went to the other side of the lake, and what happened? that when they heard that Jesus was going there, they all ran away and when the Lord arrives thinking that: wow a holiday, a vacation there are all the people wagging their tails like a happy puppy waiting for the Master to speak to them and they say that the Lord had mercy on them and blessed them and preached the Word to them.

On another occasion he says that the Lord was speaking to the people and the crowd was so great that they crowded around him and so they did not allow him to speak, and then he asked Peter to let him get into his boat and move a little apart so that he could preach to them. the word. People were chasing Jesus wherever he went. Why were they chasing him and squeezing him like in this case? because the Lord had a message of hope. The Lord was not like the Pharisees and the heads of the country's official religion who put a number of unnecessary burdens on the people or presented them with a dead religion. The Lord presented them with the image of a living God, a loving, almighty, healing God, full of mercy who forgave their sins, who wanted a relationship with them, who wanted to heal their illnesses, who wanted to bless their marriages and their lives, and for that reason people were chasing him and looking for him.

I believe that today people want a living Christ and they want us to present that God to them. The problem with many people is that they don't want to come to church just to listen to human talk, they want to have a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. They want to see a vibrant community. They want God to become real to them and that is why we have to ask the Lord to visit us with the power of His Holy Spirit and for our Church to be a vibrant Church. I rejoice when we come here to a service like the one this morning and we can see the hungry people, the people worshiping, there is laughter, there is vitality, the enthusiasm is felt, the people want to see that.

And the people also want to see an integral Church, a healthy Church where they are not exploited, where they are not abused, where a merciful God is offered to them, where there is integrity on the part of the leaders, where the people behave according to the Word that is preached And when the people see that, brother, the people are going to come, they are going to squeeze us, that space is going to become small because I believe that there is a crowd out there in need right now. We often complain that people are harsh and that the world is going to hell and they don't want to, I think it's a lie. They want to be told about Jesus Christ, they are just waiting to be told about Christ. They are simply waiting for you and me to introduce them to Jesus.

That is why we are working hard because I know that the fields are white for the harvest and the only thing missing is workers who set out to cultivate the fields, because wherever there is preaching, wherever there is a life of God manifesting himself, people go to go And yet he says that there was a woman who had suffered from a flow of blood for twelve years. Here there is a contrast, there are several contrasts. There is an important religious man, all things in his order. There is a huge crowd that is squeezing and persecuting the Lord, and there is a lonely woman, lost with a great illness and who has spent years looking for a solution to her problems.

It was a very painful disease that this woman had, it was a continuous hemorrhage that would not go away and weakened her. Today doctors would say that the least she had was chronic anemia as a result of that blood that was always dripping and escaping from her body. Can you perhaps imagine the shame of this woman? Can you also imagine something that was that in a sense this woman was impure in the eyes of Pharisaism and the Mosaic Law because her bloody condition made her by definition impure according to the Mosaic Law which said that a woman in her period was impure and that she had to be away from her husband and away from people, and because of her condition she was always bleeding and therefore she wasn't even supposed to be in the company of decent and religious people because the mere fact of touching her made them already to them impure too. She was like a leper in a sense.

So this desperate woman had sought help from doctors for twelve years and says that not only had the doctors not helped her but she was doing worse. I thought about that, people would think that it no longer exists, today we have modern medicine and those times of charlatan doctors are over, no. Still brothers. I was telling the brothers that yesterday I was reading an article in Time Magazine, an exposure, a complaint from the medical industry in the United States. Hospitals, insurance agencies, people who sell wheelchairs, medical beds, hospital administrators denouncing and this was a front page article and an exception that Time Magazine makes for publishing a 24,000 word article, we are talking of ten, twelve equivalent pages talking about how hospitals, especially hospitals and the industry that surrounds hospitals are robbing and plundering the American people.

Imagine when a person goes to a hospital, all the medical examinations and all the things, he says that he examines the bill, the account of about twelve patients that they chose at random. Imagine a little box of gauze. You know what gauze is, right? something that is put on a wound, a gauze box: 77 dollars. An aspirin: 1 dollar and $0.50, an aspirin that costs one and a half cents if you buy it and you do not have the power of a hospital to buy hundreds or thousands of aspirin boxes that must be much cheaper still, 10,000% more than what it costs, and exams that should hundreds of dollars in the end $15,000, $10,000 why? because they simply can and a hospital director earning $1,600,000 - $1,700,000 a year, what does a person earn so much have to do with a hospital administrator, no matter how gifted they are? and all that is transferred to the consumer.

And we see how an industry that is supposed to be blessing humanity, the medical industry should be made up of people full of mercy, of love towards the poor, towards the needy, but unfortunately, I say: there are good doctors, in our Church There are doctors but I think that this way you have to be careful and you have to speak the truth. In this nation there are a lot of doctors, a lot of medical industry that is preying on people and doing them harm. And it's almost like you no longer know where to go to find something; the banks rob us here, the doctors there, where is the hope? I say that the only hope is in Jesus Christ. The only solution, the only one that does not disappoint you, does not steal from you, does not deceive you, is Jesus Christ.

I believe that the day will come when we will have to depend, as in the first century, on coming before the Lord to heal our ailments and perhaps it will be good because we go to Christ as the last resort many times. And I ask the Lord: Lord make us a people in which Your Power runs so that people come and be healed. I saw how the Lord over and over again healed everyone who came to Him over and over again. Let me see if I can find a passage where we have to ask the Lord to help us show the world a Christ of power.

Look, for example, it says here Matthew 5:23, it says here that: "Jesus went through all Galilee teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom and healing all sickness and disease among the people and his fame spread throughout Syria, and they brought to him all those who had ailments, those afflicted with various diseases and storms, those possessed by demons, lunatics and paralytics, and he healed them. I believe that it is time for the ministry of healing to once again move powerfully in the midst of the Church and we have to ask the Lord when we sing: I seek you, I long for you, I need you, we are going to ask the Lord to unleash His Power in our midst and to unleash His miracles and wonders because I believe that the greatest resource for Evangelization is the gifts of the Holy Spirit and miraculous manifestations of God's power.

So we are going to ask the Lord to visit our Congregation with the power of the Holy Spirit because we need it greatly. This woman went to the doctors and they could not heal her illness. Our Latino or African American community here in this city, our children continue to tear each other apart, violence continues to eat away at our community. Prematurely pregnant teens getting abortions left and right hurting their hearts and minds with the memory of an abortion because they fell into a trap. Our boys becoming predators of girls before their time and there's never time for that anyway.

But it is time for us to tell people: look, social workers are good and they are necessary, but they are not the solution. The Governor and the politicians of Boston are necessary but they are not the solution. The doctors are good, they are necessary. God bless them and continue to use them, but they are not the last solution to the problems of AIDS, of drugs. Psychiatrists are good, psychologists are necessary, but there are other ways to heal our community as well, and Christ is the answer.

Now, brothers, I clearly feel the Lord telling us: present Me as the alternative. Present Me as the solution that has been seeking healing for twelve or one hundred or one hundred years and things get worse. What this writer was saying in this article is that it is ironic that the more medical technology advances, the more expensive it becomes and the more out of reach of ordinary people. And it is what happens that the more man without Christ, without God, the more he progresses technologically, the more he becomes enchised, we say, the more he becomes entangled in sin, in oppression, in injustice, in crime. We progress on one side and on the other the blessing goes away.

Psychiatrists increase in knowledge of the brain but madness and neurosis, and crime and social anomy increase everywhere. Human peace agencies, the United Nations, different organizations and peace organizations in the world increase and wars then sprout like viruses that resist all types of treatment. Terrorism everywhere. National wars everywhere. Like why? Because when one seeks healing in human doctors, if one does not seek it in Christ, sooner or later the devil gets away with it, brothers, because our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers.

At the end of the day, there is an industry of evil called hell and its legions that are the true origins of all the evil that exists in the world and against that no doctor, no social worker, no educational agency can war against that only Christ who defeated the powers of the devil on the cross of Calvary. Now I believe that with Crosto as a foundation and the values of the Kingdom of God as a foundation, doctors and social workers can bless, God-fearing social workers according to biblical principles can bless. President Obama or the God fearing White House and using the true configuration that God gave humanity when he created it can do great things for the nation.

And a nation where there is justice, where there is equity, where there are the nations of the Kingdom will be blessed, will prosper miraculously. The earth will bear its fruit, the storms will be held back by the Lord, social problems will magically find a solution because God's blessing will be on Earth. But where there is abortion, where there is homosexuality paid for by the government, where there are statesmen and statesmen who conspire against the values of the Kingdom of God, no matter how hard they try, disaster will come sooner or later. Failure is going to come, recessions are going to come, depressions because what there is is a demonic power that is not being contained by the power of Christ.

I know that if the city of Boston cried out to the Lord, if the Latino community stood up and said: Jesus help us, the Lord would send His angels and the blessing would fall on our community, on our children, our schools, on our neighborhoods, our streets, our apartments, our families, and that is what I ask the Lord: Lord, teach us how to go to this community and tell them to take refuge in the Son of God, the one who defeated Satan on the cross.

The Bible says that God gave him a name that is above all names so that before the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, what is on Earth, in heaven and under the Earth in case there is any doubt about something. The only one who has the power to subdue the hosts of hell that only want to steal, kill and destroy is the Son of God. And Christ has placed him on Earth to bring peace to humanity, to bring solutions to man's problems, so that humanity may be enlightened and then know how to solve the age-old problems of war, hunger, poverty, oppression, injustice, violence. Christ is the solution.

This woman is an image of lost humanity seeking help, doctors and instead of doing better, things are worse. Those twelve years is almost a symbol of perfection as if to say: he exhausted everything, he has already reached his limits twelve years looking for a solution and there is none. It says something interesting here, it says that: "When he heard about Jesus, he came from behind the crowd and touched his cloak." To me that is very revealing "when he heard about Jesus." This woman found out somehow that there was a young rabbi out there who was preaching a different message than the Pharisees, the Sadducees, the scribes.

This rabbi did not preach to them about a hateful God who, if they made a mistake, would send lightning to break them immediately, he spoke to them about a God of mercy, of love, a generous God, a patient God, a God who was interested in the poor, a God who cared for the uneducated person, a God who was willing to work with people and be patient with them in their struggles and in their searches. A real God, a God who came down to earth and became personal and wanted a relationship with them and who entered their hearts and lived within them, not this distant God who had to be appeased with a blood sacrifice, a God who only high priest could only enter once a year with a little bell around his ankles in case lightning struck him inside because he had misbehaved and then he had to be pulled with a rope to avoid entering that terribly terrifying place.

That was the Jewish God and then Jesus comes telling them: hey Your Father loves you, you are His children, He does not reject those who humble themselves He wants a relationship with you and this woman heard about that Jesus. Who told her about Jesus Christ? one day he opened the computer and on facebook he saw the page of Jesus and the disciples sent him a message on twitter. How did she listen? By the way I tell you brothers one of the things you can do about Evangelism why don't you take ten people you know and send them a message? there are so many good things today in computers. Oh look God speaks today take ten brothers and tell them would you like to enroll? or forward a read.

Brother Ernst Diehl God bless him if he is listening we greeted him and his wife and Richard told us: look Roberto since you are talking about Evangelism why not suggest to people that they send the messages of God speaks today to five or ten people and encourage them to sign up and receive this? Youtube has some wonderful stuff, pick something tasteful, some small message or something like that and become an evangelist. By the way, I'll tell you something, sisters, this is a little something from me, I know that many of you send daily words, but I encourage you to also be careful to ask the permission of the people who send you because they have to pay for those messages, so be careful to make sure that we are no longer a burden because today there are many people sending those messages too and you have to be careful.

When we do evangelism, let's do it with good taste, prudently, but also be a little daring, but there are many ways. People need, we are going to find a way to talk to people so that they hear about Jesus. Use the means of technology, we want to produce different resources so that you have them, a little card for a cashier or for a waiter who attends you or for a friend, whatever is a message in some way but we are going to convert. I believe that if we begin to sow the seed, it will do its work. What we have to do is sow and leave the result to the Lord, that is the slogan that I believe God is giving to the Church.

Imagine I am asking the Lord to give me wisdom to make a convocation of all the pastors that I know and the churches here in the city of Boston and we are going to declare as I have done here in León de Judá one year to see what happens where Evangelism becomes the number one slogan of churches in Boston or New England and where we begin to use it. Imagine these Americans living on the internet if they started developing means of lifting up Jesus Christ to the community and we started preaching evangelistic sermons and introducing Jesus and speaking to the community about Christ, doing it in different ways and doing evangelistic meetings and just daring and then let God do the work, I think we could be surprised at the results.

So I encourage you in the name of the Lord this year to dare to invite. When a young man came in, brother José who is back there came with his family, he invited a lady, a sister to come today to visit the Church. I met another person there I think his name is David if I'm not mistaken I don't know if he's there, I greeted him and said: is this the first time you've come to Church? He told me: yes, a sister invited me, I don't remember her name now. How nice.

I believe that if we begin to do that God is going to glorify himself in an incredible way and we are going to have many people come and receive the Lord and then it is up to us to disciple those people, work with them, be a loving, receptive Church. , hospitable. If you have to get out of your seat to feel unsaved, do it, okay? don't bother. We are going to be a hospitable Church.

A young American girl may be here right now, I don't know where she is, but she was telling me how happy she is to come and visit the Church. He came this morning, he was at the service in English and now he's out there somewhere he told me: because I love the Church, the people treat me so well, they are so hospitable. I say: glory to God how good. We are going to do it in different ways, we are going to dare because women like this woman and men need someone to talk to them about Jesus because that was what made the difference.

When she heard about Jesus, she said: this is my opportunity and then she got into the crowd, she heard that the Lord was passing through her city, she plotted to see how he was doing it and she entered the crowd, I imagine she made her way, she She got between the men and the women, she arrived, bad looks perhaps for her everywhere but she said: if only I touch the edge of Her mantle I will be healed.

And that is interesting. Look, I was telling the brothers this morning that if this woman had studied theology or had gone to a seminary, she would not have dared to do what she did. Sometimes ignorance is good and necessary. Sometimes those daring people are needed to jump in and do what they have to do and the Lord honors the daring person. You may not have all your theology perfectly aligned but there is a willing heart and God has mercy on them. Because this woman did not ask Jesus for permission, what she did was: I am going to steal this man's energy as best I can and I am going to obtain my healing.

She was actually thinking in terms of magic, witchcraft perhaps. She said: this man has power, if I touch his clothes the power will come out of him. She was not thinking: I am going to ask him for permission, I am going to present my case to him, I am going to ask him to heal me as they all did others. She came up from behind without saying anything to the Lord and said: this man has so much strength that if I put my hand inside him and touch him, he will give me power and he will do what he has to do. How wonderful is the Lord.

The Lord is like a deposit of strength and power and where He walks the Kingdom of God goes with Him and healing goes, consolation goes, the answer to humanity's needs goes. And this woman touched Jesus and received the answer to her need. God healed her life, the Lord Jesus Christ touched her and what the doctors could not do the Lord did.

Brothers, we are going to tell people about Jesus, we are going to preach Jesus as the answer to all the needs of humanity. The Lord does not need perfect people, this woman was not perfect, she did not know all the details of the person of Jesus or what was the protocol that had to be followed to receive healing, she violated all the protocols that existed and were, but the Lord honored their faith and we have to tell people: look, come to Jesus no matter what your situation is, it doesn't matter that you don't understand all the details about Him, it doesn't matter that you are living with someone without getting married, it doesn't matter that you are a homosexual, it doesn't matter that you are an adulterer, it doesn't matter that you are drunk, come and put your hand on the Lord and He will do the work and then let the Lord do what he knows how to do.

Our call is simply to put them in contact with Christ He does the work brothers. Put that person's hand in the hand of Jesus and He will do what He knows how to do in His way and in His way. Bring people to the Lord, tell them: see if you have problems, if you are in need, if there is sin in your life you are a perfect candidate for the Gospel and join all the others who are here struggling in the same way seeking healing too of the only healer in the universe Christ Jesus. Introduce him to Christ, don't introduce him to religion, don't ask him to become an evangelical, don't ask him to become a member of the Lion of Judah, tell him: connect with Jesus, put your hand on Jesus' mantle.

Let's lift up Christ because when Christ is lifted up He will do the work. When we introduce people to Christ and tell them: take refuge in Him, the Lord is going to open their eyes and remove hypnotism, the spell that people have to believe that Christ is a threat to their lives, to believe that the Gospel is something for hypocrites and for failures, the Lord is going to do that work. Because there is a veil that covers the understanding of the people and that veil cannot be torn by ourselves but Christ makes it disappear in an instant. But introduce him to Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

The watchword for us at this time is Christ, Christ, Christ. Introduce him to Jesus, use the name of Jesus as much as you can, and lift up the Son of Man. Christ says that if the son of man is lifted up, he will draw all to himself. We lift him up and he draws them down. That is the promise, that is the slogan, Christ is the solution, we are going to present Jesus as the one who has the answer and this community is going to be saved, it is going to be healed. The Americans will come, the Africans will come, the Afro-Americans will come, the Chinese will come, the rich will come, the intellectuals will come, the poor will come, the needy will come, the young they will come because the Lord will draw them to himself.

Let's just make sure we fill the city with the name of Jesus. We are going to unleash a healing epidemic, an epidemic of life. Not an epidemic of death but an epidemic of Christ, a communal contagion of Jesus and we are going to become carriers of that virus of life, of that germ of blessing, that seed of transformation for the community and for the city. In the name of Jesus we release that blessing right now. Lower your head or raise it to heaven as you wish but ask the Lord to show us how this community with a blood flow that is killing and weakening it, is draining all life from this community.

The blood is flowing. He eats and has anemia because there is a continuous escape from life, he invents things and they don't give him peace. He develops technologies and his problem is even worse because he needs the Son of God to shut off the flow of blood, the source of evil. The source of evil is the demonic spirit, the powers that rule this city and sow death and destruction and it takes the Son of God to come and close that hole where life escapes and seal it so that the benefit can be retained . The only one who can do that is the Son of God, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. He has power.

We are going to present it, we are going to lift it up, we are going to exalt it, we are going to preach Christ and we are going to make sure that we are contagious in the name of Jesus we ask for the anointing of God on this people, these words Lord bless them and infect us with the power of Christ and we pray for those men, those women with issue of blood out there in the streets, take them to us and unleash a seed of blessing and life on the community of Boston Lord. Thank you.
