Summary: The message of the sermon is to trust in God no matter what, inspired by the motto of a children's summer camp. The first point is to trust God no matter where you are, as the scripture says that God is with you wherever you go. The second point is to trust God no matter what happens, even if it's a difficult situation or a bad diagnosis. The third point is to trust God no matter what people do to you or what you do to others; repent and trust that God will help make amends. Lastly, no matter how you feel, trust God, as the Psalmist says, "To you, O Lord, I will lift up my soul, my God in you I trust." The message is an exercise of faith, as the pastor admits to struggling with it himself.

The pastor acknowledges that he is just like everyone else and that the message for tonight is to trust God no matter what happens in our lives. He leads a prayer asking for God's blessings and guidance in all situations.

No matter what you trust in God, tell me if we are going to be exercising our faith or not with a topic like that. No matter what, trust in God. This brief message today has been inspired by different events, beginning with last week, the activity, the children's summer camp, the truth is that I was inspired, this was the children's theme, the children's motto, no No matter what, trust God, and I'm going to touch base with some of those things, so look, as the scripture says, one has to be like a child to enter heaven, so let's become like children today to enter heaven. and receive this Word with simplicity of heart.

No matter what, trust God. The first point I want to tell you is the following, no matter where you are, trust God, write it there in your Bible somewhere, no matter where you are, trust God. A verse well known to all of us, Joshua 1:9, what does Joshua 1:9 say?: "Look, I command you to be brave, do not fear or dismay, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. " Where are you? Are you with your feet on the ground or with your head in the clouds? Do you find yourself in a tight situation where they have you between a rock and a hard place? Are you in a situation where the stresses of life are causing you to think, say or act in a way that is not of God? It is not in a way that God would like to see from you, where? are you today?, trust God, trust God because He is with you wherever you go.

Jesus himself when he gave the great commission to his disciples said: And I am with you always. There are people who, when they go in the car on a long trip, begin to say: Lord, be with me, may everything go well for me, and that prayer, you know what? I read this in a reflection that came to me, that guy of prayer can be a sign of lack of faith, because it is going against that same Word that Jesus says, Jesus said I am with you every day, and if I start praying saying Lord, go with me on this trip It is as if I were contradicting something that Jesus himself already said, but I already said that I am with you, why are you going to have to pray for me to be with you if I already told you that I am with you? Better pray this way, Lord, on this journey help me to be so and so alert to Your presence that I can be aware of what You want to show me, of what You want to tell me, of Your beauty in creation, of Your beauty in other people even if I like them a little fat, but that I can see Your beauty in other people.

Be aware of the presence of the Lord, alert to the presence of the Lord, wherever you go, God is present, therefore trust God, trust God. The second point, no matter what happens, trust in God, no matter what happens, and I know that here I am already skin-deep, because many times the things that happen in our lives cause us the least desire to trust in God. At work you need your two feet to be there very strong so you can move from one side to the other, and one afternoon at home you were going down the stairs, and you tripped over the dog's bone, and you fell down two steps but that it was enough to sprain your ankle, and now you have to be out of your job for two, three weeks, two, three months, because you can't go and do what you have to do, quickly we say ah, this devil is leaving getting into the steps of the staircase.

No matter what happens, trust in God. Your son, your daughter arrived at three in the morning when you told him to arrive at ten thirty at night, no matter what happens, trust God. The landlord tells you that you have to leave the apartment tomorrow and you have nowhere to go, no matter what happens, trust God. And I think I have permission to say that. The doctor gave you a diagnosis that you didn't like, no matter what happens, trust God. Your coworker spilled your coffee on your new blouse, no matter what happens, go to the bathroom, wash it, trust God, put it in the sink, trust God.

Romans chapter 8 verse 38, what does it say? Do you remember when we read it last Sunday? Romans 8:38 says, "Therefore I am sure that neither death nor life, nor powers nor principalities, neither things present nor things to come, neither height nor depth" nor anything else created or that happens, I I add that part, "nothing can separate us from the love of God" so tell the person next to you, "no matter what happens, trust God, because nothing can separate you from Him."

Point number three, it doesn't matter what people do to you, from the most basic to the most complex, they stepped on a callus, (laughs), the advice here is to put the other foot on it, that's very biblical ladies and gentlemen , if you get hit on one cheek, you turn the other, but this time the example is with the foot, to the point that due to a bad move by another person at work you lost your job, and who knows if that person did it on purpose to make your life miserable, no matter what people do to you, trust God. What's more, I'm going to give this one a twist, no matter what you do to people, everyone was silent there, right?

Come here, do you think everything happens to you? I'm not a saint, ask my wife. No matter what you do to people, you know what I can tell you? Repent, trust God, and move on. Why do I say those three things? Just as people can hurt you, and we have the victim syndrome, so we do things to people, "they deserve it, they had to do that." "No, revenge belongs to God, but God also uses his servants to exact revenge." I am going to explain myself but I am only saying things that people tend to say and think, I am being real with you my brothers, I am being real, if that is not the case tell me to shut up and give another example.

But even in the midst of that my brothers, one can be so blinded by their desire to want to carry out their own thing that one can even intentionally hurt another person as long as one's plans, one's purposes, the one's wishes are carried out, and then that is where we end up hurting other people, and there are times when we are so convinced that what we are saying or thinking was so right that we do not realize the error of what happened, and we're out there as if nothing had happened, and it's not until Mr. paf, look what you're doing, until he gives us a spanking, in Puerto Rican a spanking, and God's spankings come in different ways, and many times in ways that one does not even expect, that one does not like, but they are God's ways of making you react and say hey hey hey, repent because you are on the wrong path.

And if you really repent, genuinely, not for repentance, I'm going to comply with repenting to see if I receive God's favor, ah ah ah ah, if you repent let's make it safe, and do what you have to do, and then That's where I tell you, trust God, that God will help you make amends for the mistakes you have made, and although things may not end as you would like them to end, but trust God that things will end how God wants them to end, and they're going to end well for you and they're going to end well for the other person, whoever is involved. What I have just said my brothers, I am not thinking of anyone in particular, who gets the droplet, who gets wet. So no matter what people do to you or what you do to people, trust God, trust God.

Lastly, no matter how you feel, no matter how you feel, you feel joyful and hyper, trust God. You sit there crestfallen and depressed, trust God. You don't feel like praying, trust God. You don't feel like singing, hm, trust God. How are you feeling today, are you tired, it was a long day, you had a hard time at work, are you already looking at the clock so that Pastor Omar can finish and you can go home to bathe and lie down and sleep, trust God, That time is going to come right now. You feel upset, you are angry with your spouse, who knows if you are here because you are running away from home, you do not want to see your husband's face, your wife, if you feel upset because of that, trust God, ok Pastor Omar give me a For example, how can I trust God with that? Trust God that when you get home, your spouse, your husband, your wife is going to be quiet, or quiet, and that you are going to enter through the threshold of the door of your house, and everything will be in peace, they will greet each other, hello my love, how are you, we are there, well, let's go to bed, we'll talk tomorrow, I love you, I love you, we'll talk tomorrow. No matter how you feel, trust God.

If I give that example another twist and you're trusting God that it's going to happen, and you come home and the plates are still flying out the door, trust God that none of those plates are going to hit you in the front, and that you will be able to dodge them all until you get to your room and nothing will happen to you, and trust God that God will provide you to buy a new vessel, plastic plates, already disposable. Brother, no matter how you feel, trust God.

Look at these Psalms, the Psalms are full of these promises, but I would like to highlight only a few of them, Psalm 25, look how it says: "To you, O Lord, I will lift up my soul, my God in you I trust, my God in you I trust, no let me be ashamed, let me not be ashamed." No one likes to be embarrassed, no one likes that because of whatever is happening, whatever people do to you, wherever you are, or however you are feeling, no one likes to feel in shame, and that is the request that the psalmist is bringing here, "let me not be ashamed, let my enemies, my adversaries not rejoice over me. Certainly none of those who hope in you will be confused, but those who are ashamed will be rebel without cause, show me, O Lord, Your ways, teach me Your paths", teach me to think, teach me how to speak, teach me how to treat this person with whom I have some kind of conflictive relationship, teach me how to connect with him or with she.

I trust in you Lord that the time will come when that relationship will be restored, I trust in you Lord that those fights, those battles that I have within myself, that there are times when I don't even know what I'm going to do with myself, I am sure that I will be able to reconcile all those things inside me with you Lord. "Show me, show me the way, guide me in Your truth and teach me because You are the God of my salvation, in You I have waited all day." No matter how you feel, trust God.

Look at the words of Jesus to his disciples, John chapter 14 verse 1, John chapter 14 verse 1, see how He tells his disciples some very beautiful words, "Do not let your hearts be troubled, believe in God, believe in me too. " That idea of believing refers to that, trust me, trust me. I am the one who provides you, I am the one who heals you, I am the one who takes care of you. We have to trust Him my brothers, I am saying that this message is an exercise of our faith, because there is a part of me right now that is struggling with these things that I am saying, and it is fighting very hard, and it is saying Lord, what where are you right now?, but that other part of me is screaming there with the rooster all lit up, but Lord, I trust in you Lord, and I know that you are going to take care of X, Y and Z situation, I know that you will you are going to do

I am as human as you, the mere fact that I am a pastor does not make me more special than you, I am just like you, and that is why this Word, when I prepared myself, I was calling myself Lord, but how do you Am I going to tell people this if I am having a struggle with it myself? And I felt it in my heart, the Lord told me, "call Jonathan and ask him about that biblical quote", did I call you yes or no? I have to confess it before the Lord, I didn't feel like preaching this, but the Lord I was like, hm, pricking my finger. It doesn't matter where you are, it doesn't matter what happens, it doesn't matter what people do or do to you, it doesn't matter how you feel, let's trust God my brothers, that's the message for tonight, trust God.

God we trust you. Even though doubt torments us Lord, even though things happen around us that make us question, Lord in faith, this is a spiritual exercise, it is a spiritual exercise that we declare to the air, we declare to the principalities and powers, we declare to the systems of this world We declare the injustices that may try to overwhelm us, we declare that our trust, Lord, is in Your faithfulness to us, in Your love for us, and not in the love or faithfulness of any man, or any woman, Lord. Our hope is in You Jesus, we believe in You, we believe in Your promises, we believe in Your Word, and no matter where we are, no matter how dark the situation of life may be Lord, no matter what they do to us or what we do , no matter how we feel Lord, there is that voice of Your Spirit within us reminding us trust, trust, trust Him and He will do.

Lord, today we are putting our trust in You Lord, we are putting our faith on steroids Lord, because we want to see You, we want to see Your hand at work, we want to see You bringing justice, right, we want to see You Lord opening the doors of the heavens and fulfilling Your promises of provision to our lives, we want to see you Lord. That's why we say tonight, our trust is completely in you Lord. I ask that You bless my brothers, my sisters, Lord, as we return to our homes, as we leave this place, and what I said I said intentionally, that no matter what has happened in our homes before coming here, or whatever happened at work and we have to face something tomorrow, or whatever happened Lord in a conversation on the phone or in person, whatever it is, we will trust you Lord that You will give us wisdom, words, peace, meekness, tolerance, that fruit of Your Spirit Lord to know how to proceed with each of those situations.

I thank you Lord and I give you all the glory and all the honor Lord, through Your Son Jesus we pray, amen and amen, thank you God.
