I will honor those who honor me

Today the Lord gave me an introduction, some questions, a series of questions, the Lord spoke to my soul through this. And it's rare that I share with you word for word something that I felt from the Lord, he gave me but let me do it right now because I don't want to lose a drop of God's sense in this. Amen.

And I felt that the Lord gave me to ask his people, so that together we ask the Lord as a prophetic gesture and the prophetic will be a theme in all this word that we are going to share today. And the question is like this; what would have happened to those times when God spoke to kings and leaders through his prophets? When kings heard the voice of Jehovah's prophets and trembled, when God sat as a sovereign king on the face of the earth, executing his divine purposes, placing and removing kings, creating and overthrowing governments according to his divine agenda. What would have happened, what will have happened in those times? Jehovah says nothing. We still live in those times.

Those times have not ceased, God continues to speak, God continues to use his people and no matter how much they rebel against him, God continues to be king. Amen. My brothers, before entering into this word and this is the fact, that God still speaks through his prophets and in a clear way and in a way that many times scares us and perhaps even shocks us when it is the word of God. And as an exercise of that we have translated, I translated with the help of one of the sisters from the translation ministry, a prophetic word that the Lord gave to brother Chris Atow, who directs the house of prayer here in the church daily. Maybe most of you don't even, unless you go into the English ministry, you don't even know it. But the Lord gave him this word and I have two words of caution before I read this word to you.

First of all, especially in the light of these days, moreover, especially in the light of this day that there are elections in Massachusetts, we are capable of hearing these words in a political way. And brothers, I beg you not to read it like this, it will be very difficult not to read it like this, and that is the point. God is directing this word, not to a political party, and not to a political move, but he is directing this word to his people. This is as if it were a letter written to the church of Jesus Christ and brothers, that is a point. To you, when we enter this house, this house, called by the name of the Lord, we remove our label as a Democrat, we remove our label as a Republican, and we put on a much more honest label, we are Christians, we are the people of God.

And this word is addressed to the ears of the people of God, for this is the first word of caution. Try to hear this word in light of who you are, a follower of Christ. Number two, this is going to sound very familiar, and that's the point, but keep in mind the date that God gave this to Brother Otto. The Lord gave him this word on May 20, 2008. May 20, 2008. And it reads like this:

“Elí's house there are no limitations, there are no longer any limitations. There are no limitations. Like the elephant chained to a stake, you have imagined yourself limited by what you can and cannot do. There are no chains, there are no limitations, you can enter your destiny. The generation of the sons of Eli has ended. I am about to start a second American Revolution. This revolution will restore God's first purpose for America. This first purpose was usurped by false gods and a false religion. There is dry wood in New England. This firewood is about to explode in a ferocious fire that will sweep across North America. It will be marked by spiritual vitality, a sound theology, signs, wonders and miracles, the government of God….”

Ted Kennedy is a sign of the end of man's rule, the end of the reign of Eli's sons, the end of doing what seems best in his own eyes. His death will unleash a new spirit of freedom, the end of resistance to God's rule. New mercy, new justice, new order, new freedom. The Holy Spirit will begin to move in Massachusetts, there will be an open heaven over Boston Common, mass gatherings will be called on Boston Common, apostate churches will return to sound faith, there will be new songs, a revival of culture, this will spread all over the coast eastern US. Lakeland, and the reference to Lakeland is a reference to a revival that broke out in eastern Florida and brother Otto writes here: Lakeland is a sign, just a slight tremor.

Now listen to this, the real shudder is yet to come, the shudder, he wrote this in the year 2008, the shudder will measure 7 point zero on the Richter scale. Everything that can fall will fall. The generation of Eli's sons will be buried alive under rubble and no one will come to their rescue. Fall, fall is the house of Eli, it will never rise. A new American revolution has begun, freedom and justice for all, freedom and justice for all, freedom and justice for all.

Brothers, now, here I offer you a brief mini-study on how to interpret a prophetic word and measure, it will be the Lord or it will not be. First of all, brothers, let's look, let's search in the word, when you hear a prophetic word, I suggest, I urge you, first look for internal coherence. And brothers, brother Otto, in the year 2008, when he wrote this, none of this would make sense to him. The spirit of the prophets is subject to the prophets, it was impossible even though he did not see this, he did not see it. God saw it. God saw it.

It was impossible at that time for one in Massachusetts to imagine what is taking place today. Even in May 2009 it was impossible to imagine what is taking place in Massachusetts today. And it was super impossible to imagine an earthquake and predict, so to speak, exactly the scale of the tremor. And you know what that tells me, my brothers? We, as the Apostle Paul said, we see through a dark mirror, we see these events, we see an election that, we see an earthquake in Haiti that breaks our hearts and should break our hearts, and do we have an idea what God will have in mind with this? What does God want with this? What purpose will God have with this? We see these elections taking place today that once again León de Judá, this city is at the epicenter of a movement and the entire nation, and the whole world has focused on a local, almost private, meaningless election, so to speak, and we think, it has something to do with each other but we're not sure what. We see pieces as in a puzzle and we don't see everything. God sees consistency. God sees purpose.

But the point I want to get to, my brothers, is this, simply this: God sees. He sees. He keeps watching. He keeps seeing and he keeps talking. And he continues to reveal himself to his people. Let's first see this, it would be, and I believe that brother Otto, the Lord moved him to write the date for a reason and keep it. And he himself forgot about it, until he said, Friday, geez! This sounds familiar. And he dug up this word and spread it.

Now, the next thing we should do with such a word is pass it through the sieve of the word of the Lord. There will be biblical consistency with this word. What he is, for more, and brothers, I do not blame you if this word, parts of this word are difficult for you to hear, even shocking. It may clash with your understanding of God and his grace and mercy. It may be that it clashes with their political ideals and I warned them not to hear the word like that. It may clash with many things, but brothers, Isaiah's words were shocking.

In context, there's like, you know Senator Ted Kennedy, he served in the Senate for almost 40 years, and it was a position, he was one of the most influential, most significant senators in the US Senate. And by the way, in a country of almost 300,000 souls, the Senate consists of one hundred people. Apart from the US presidency, it is the most powerful body that exists, it is the American legislature. And he was one, among them he was one of the most powerful senators. He passed away and it is the responsibility of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to appoint a Senator to fill that position. And for months I believe that these are facts, for months it was understood that frankly a Democrat would inherit it and perhaps still will, we still don't know what the results are. But this will be a stew, so to speak, for the Democratic candidate, that a Republican, changes like that, was impossible.

And at the moment, almost out of nowhere, just in the last two weeks, a Republican candidate that no one had heard of until the other days has now run for a very strong candidacy and is the favorite to win this position. And this has unleashed a tremor, if you will, in the political establishment in Washington DC and has national repercussions. Now what does this mean? And what does God want with this?

And brothers, the pastor said on Sunday, and I brothers, I support him, frankly, this has nothing to do with..., listen well, this word is not addressed to one candidate or another, it is addressed to his people. And something that God is unleashing on his people. And as the pastor said on Sunday, the candidacy of either of these two is problematic and if you want I can explain to you, after this message, the details of why one candidate or another is the same, they have their problems.

But the gesture here is this, and the message I believe is this: man cannot speculate on his power. And that God has the authority to remove and put what God has decided to remove and power. Now, he refers to the house of Eli, what is the Lord talking about? Let's go now to First Samuel, chapter 2, let's start reading from verse 21 and see, you'll see a contrast.

“…And the Lord visited Hannah, this is First Samuel, chapter 2, verse 21, and the Lord visited Hannah and she conceived and gave birth to three sons and two daughters and to young Samuel, her firstborn whom she had given to the Lord to serve as priest, the young Samuel grew up before the Lord, but Eli was very old and heard of all that his sons did with all Israel and how they slept with the women who kept watch at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and he said to them : why do you do such things? Because I hear from all this town your bad behaviors. No, my children, because what I hear is not a good report, for you make the people of Jehovah sin. If man sins against man, the judges will judge them, but if anyone sins against the Lord, who will pray for him? But they did not hear their father's voice….”

Notice, their father did not remove them, he rebuked them but did not remove them. “…..But they did not hear the voice of their father because Jehovah had resolved to put them to death. And the young Samuel grew up and was accepted before God and before men….”

In the following verses one reads that “…. a prophet of Jehovah approaches Eli, the priest in those days, and said to him; their children will die and your whole house, Eli's house will be cursed and although they will continue to function as priests, they will be marginalized and will no longer have access to my presence and they will live from disgrace to disgrace….”

It is the word that the Lord many years before it came to pass, the Lord gave to the prophet Eli, and the prophet includes these words in verse 30 in this prophecy of this anonymous man, this anonymous prophet, says to Eli, “ ….therefore Jehovah, the God of Israel says, I had said that your house and your father's house would walk before me forever, but now Jehovah has said, I never do so because I will honor those who honor me…”

Say with me, because I will honor those who honor me and those who despise me will be held in little. Amen.

Now, seeing the word that the Lord gave to brother Otto and now seeing this word, what can we take from this? What is the app? And I suggest these three things to you, brothers, firstly, I believe that this is the first thing that the Lord wants this afternoon above all afternoons, in Massachusetts, and that the people who are listening, wherever they are, listen. I got texts today from Pennsylvania, friends there, from Florida, friends there, they're all following this, they know even better than we do. And the Lord declares this, to this generation, receive this word from God and everyone who listens to me, the lands are ruled by a sovereign king. The land is ruled by a sovereign king and he will honor those who honor him, including our politicians. What does this mean? Brothers, one of the reactions that perhaps you have, and I believe that it is precisely this; Senator Kennedy did a lot of good, you will say, and I do not contradict him, Senator Kennedy perhaps even intervened in your immigration case, he has done that. But that doesn't contradict this word either, and it doesn't contradict brother Otto's prophetic word either. Because it is not that they do well or stop doing well, the idea is this; Will my heart and agenda and purposes be in line with the agenda and purposes of the sovereign King of all the earth, Jehovah God of Hosts?

You know, the king, examples here, King Herod, in history King Herod is reputed to be a king, believe it or not, that he did a lot of good. The temple where the Passovers were sacrificed, that was done, that was an example of the work of King Herod. King Herod reestablished the temple, King Herod established fortified cities, King Herod did a lot of infrastructure work, but still the Lord condemned him. And that's the idea. God plays no favorites, be they Democrats or be they Republicans. The democratic politician who goes before the presence of the Lord and says, here is your servant, speak to me and use me. That politician will be blessed. God will be with him. God will open doors for you.

In this moment in which he is living, and that is the word that brother Otto declares, the government of God, God will support him and enlighten him, it has nothing to do with the party, and the Lord also knows how to rebuke, party or no party . Did he not rebuke David? And punished him? Didn't he put Saul in and when he had to remove Saul did he? Didn't he put a Solomon and give him wisdom like any other man, but when it was his turn to separate and take away the great part of the kingdom from Solomon's heirs, didn't God? Did he not cover King Uzziah, which was until the moment that he deviated from God's agenda, until that moment, did he not cover him with leprosy and cut him off from his presence and his reign? And when it was his turn to deliver Israel into exile, for their failure to fall according to God's agenda, God did not allow it. And Nebuchadnezzar, who was a pagan king, did not the Lord humble him before his presence? And the moment he recognized God as the God of the universe, did he not put him back in his power and blessed him? A king of Babylon. And when it fell to the Lord to fulfill his word and to bring Israel out of the hands of Babylon and Persia, did not the Lord find his hand and from where they were, plucked them out of captivity and set them in their place again and blessed and blessed them? moved in his power?

The point is this, our God is king. And he is in the business of taking away and putting on, blessing and cursing and honoring those who honor him. And this is the second application, my brothers. People of God, brother, if you only knew, and this is the purpose of this word that brother Otto brought, you know, if you only knew how exalted his role is. The church of Jesus Christ is a prophetic organ, the church of Jesus Christ channels the power of God on this earth. The church of Jesus Christ is in this place to spread and measure, you are the Ezekiels, the Jeremiah, the Isaiah. And what does that mean, brothers?

In this week above all, are you looking for something to do, how to direct your prayers this week? Let us seek, let us seek, my brothers, the favor of Jehovah. Let us seek to delight Jehovah. Brothers, firstly and this is in concentric circles, start with your heart, start with your internal constitution and ask yourself at the level of your heart and mind, is my life, is my heart, is my mind, is my finances, is my family, Is my purpose, will my plans be in line with God's agenda and what God wants with me? And kiss the hand of our King and do what he wishes.

Because the Lord has a purpose with you and for you. You are a channel of God's power. And brothers, when brother Chris makes this statement he is talking about you. Those massive, anonymous meetings, that cell where you are, that decision that you make in the recesses of your heart, that interaction that only the Lord and you see, all of this gives power to the Kingdom of God. Let's look, we have a King.

Brothers, as the pastor has declared time and time again, even when around us it seems that the game is against us, look, what the Lord is saying here through his word, the great and the powerful of the world, Kings, leaders, presidents, congressmen, all the others, those of us who believe otherwise are puppies, excuse the comparison, but puppies that the Lord has kept in a rope and that rope is in his strong hand, his right hand and when the Lord has to pull that rope, he does it. Let us seek the grace of the Lord. Let's seek God's favor.

And finally brothers, this application is directed specifically to the ministry of men and these times and this word. The brother spoke of a new American revolution and reading this and sharing this word with the other pastors, with Greg and with Omar, this occurred to me, and brothers, I invite you to receive this even as a prophetic name over yourselves. You do not have to change your name, growing men, glory to God, beautiful name, but I believe that the Lord has a prophetic name for you and it is this: children of freedom. Sons of liberty.

That's straight up, you know what? This is straight out of American history, you hear? The American Revolution. I am a student of the American Revolution. Give me two minutes here. Do you know what a miracle the American Revolution was and how impossible that thing was? We were not twelve states, we were twelve colonies. Do you know what a colony was? They are small sovereign countries, separate, with different cultures and different agendas. Battling what was the combined United States and Russia of the world, in the year 1775. It was a miracle, it was an impossibility that that revolution would win. Do you know how it started? It started 30, 40 years before in something called the Great Awakening, the Great Awakening. That revolution began in the pulpits of the United States, in the preaching of men like Cotton Mather, Jonathan Edwards, George Withfield, and the Lord remembering his covenant with the pilgrims who came here, and the moment they came here, my brothers, that is another story, do not think that everything was easy for him.

There was resistance, because Satan was there waiting for the pilgrims here. There were battles here, theological battle, separations, it was a spiritual war from the moment they got here. And it looked like that experiment was going to fall apart. But the Lord began to say, I have a purpose with this country, you are no small thing, I am going to do something new through you, I am going to do something that no one can imagine. And using these men of God to bring this word. And these men, these children of freedom, who had never known… the irony is that they had never known freedom. Just like maybe you. We are longing for something we have never seen, we are longing for something our parents have not seen, we are longing for a land we have not inhabited, but which God has promised us.

And the prophets of the Lord, the Roberto Mirandas of the world, excuse me that the pastor is here, but yes, the George Withfields, the Jonathan Edwards, the Roberto Mirandas, and the Lord..., do you see the pattern? The Lord raising ministers and Apostles to preach the word of God, Sunday after Sunday. These people were so dangerous that the English called the pastors that day, the black brigade of the American revolution. Black from a pastor's coat when he preached.

And ordinary men, without any political or military background, began to hear this word, hear this word, digest this word, talk to each other and they began to ask each other, is it possible? Will it be possible? Can God do this? We dare to believe the word of God, we dare to risk our lives to make this vision come true.

My brothers, you, we are living in those times. And although the word is proclaimed by apostolic voices, it is believed by open hearts, believed by hearts ready to align their purposes with the agenda, with the purpose of God and not get tired until God carries out and fulfills his purposes that through signs and through prodigies the Lord shows that they will be faithful and will be fulfilled.

What the word that the Lord gave to brother Otto tells me, and what this word of reflection tells me is that God's eye is on this city and on this town. And mind you, if you dare to believe the word of the Lord, about you, about your children, about the generation of Samuel, as the pastor preached, that you will follow us and inherit this land and we will see the heavens open over Boston Common, and we will see the Holy Spirit move like never before and we will see the kings of this world bow to the prophetic voice and ask what is the purpose, what is the heart of God for this nation and for my life. And that is the inheritance. Humble people for something the Lord brought you here and it is for that. You are a revolutionary in the name of Jesus.
