Summary: We need to see the big picture of God's will for our lives and not focus on isolated elements. Every circumstance in our life falls within God's complete plan, and He is working to fulfill His purpose in every situation. God answers our prayers according to His eternal design and purpose, and prayer is the channel through which God's will is brought to earth. Prayer magnifies the power of God in a particular situation or life, and we should not doubt the power of our prayers.
We have to learn to see the big picture of what God's total will is for our lives and not see the isolated elements. We have to be vigilant about what element, in my present circumstance, can serve as a catalyst to launch me into another dimension of victory.
One piece of a puzzle doesn't give us the idea of the whole picture. One piece alone does not serve the purpose of the puzzle; this is our life. Every circumstance of ours falls within the complete picture. Let's not waste time trying each individual piece to bring meaning to our life. God has a complete plan, and in every circumstance of our life, He is working and setting the stage to fulfill His purpose.
God's purpose in each situation works differently. God's agenda is always bigger than immediate circumstances. The immediate circumstances will converge with God's agenda. When we find ourselves in a situation that does not seem to be God's will, because it does not fit in with our desires, let's wait until the next step. The story does not end there. Each circumstance sets the stage for what is to come, lays the foundation for the next event, opens the door to lay the next piece of the plan. Ephesians 3:20 says: "And He who is able to do all things much more abundantly than we ask or understand ..." Let's not put an end point where God has put a comma . What looks like a defeat is the ground preparing for a great victory yet to be born. What seems like the end is really the beginning. The crucifixion is only the prelude to the resurrection. Let's pray about our circumstances, but let's pray according to God's will.
How does God answer our prayer?
God answers our prayers according to his eternal design and purpose. The wonderful thing about prayer is not how I speak, what words I use, but how God hears me! God hears prayer, whether it is verbalized or mental. No one can stop a praying believer. They can cover our mouths, but they can't stop us from praying. They can put us in jail, like Paul and Silas (Acts 16:25), but they can't stop us from praying; because God hears.
Our prayer is effective when the heart of God is expressed through our words. When the words of God are in our mouth. How do God's words get into our mouths? - When God's desire is in the heart - (Mt. 12:34) "because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks." Powerful prayer is not a matter of knowing the right words, it is having the heart as a deposit of God; open to hearing every murmur and echoing it in our prayers. What God speaks within us should be our guide so that our lips move.
Prayer unleashes God's power to accomplish His will in situations and in people. Prayer is the channel through which God's will is brought to earth. He has infinite accumulated mercies because there is no prayer that opens the floodgates of heaven! It is not that God cannot intervene in releasing his provision without prayer; it is that He does not, since He established it this way. Santiago. 4: 2 "You do not have, because you do not ask." In his sole power and sovereignty, God has decreed and established prayer as the bridge between the spiritual world and the material world. Among the spiritual world - where his word stands forever and where God's promises are already "YES" and "AMEN" in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). Our prayer releases and activates the specific will of God. When we pray, we reach the spiritual levels (heaven) and take God's will for that situation. He can release His power and His plans on the world through our prayers.
The sentence acts as a magnifying glass or magnifier
The sun's rays cover the earth. However, if you hold a magnifying glass over a flammable object, such as a dry leaf, the sun's rays are reflected through the magnifying glass. What is happening? - The sun's rays are concentrated and come directly on the magnifying glass or magnifier. The reflection of the rays creates focus and intense heat. The leaf, is exposed to that focused power of the sun, therefore it ignites in fire.
The power of God covers the earth. Prayer focuses and magnifies its power in a particular situation or in a specific life. Life or situation is consistently exposed to its intense power, in such a way that a change occurs.
Let us not doubt the power of our prayers. Our prayers generate power in God and for Him there is nothing impossible or difficult… Jeremiah: 32:27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; Is there something that is difficult for me? "
