invisible chains

Thank God for this opportunity and I want to enter immediately taking advantage of the time, I thank you, yesterday speaking with Pastor Miranda, he gave me all his fine attention and I thank all brothers for their attention, all the pastors, I feel at home. I feel at home, I feel comfortable, I feel part of you. I feel part of you and if you were for me this morning I want to share with you the message that God has given me and I want you, brothers, to open your hearts.

How many have come for God to deal with their lives? There are people who go to church just for routine, but there are people who go to church looking for God. And there are people who find God and there are people who do not find or feel God. and brothers, it is sad to say that there are many people who really need the presence of God in their lives.

How many say love to that? However, sometimes brothers, due to confusion, lack of understanding, lack of the word of God, sometimes brothers, there is a lot of ignorance as to how one can find the presence, or feel the presence of God. There are people who look for God in big cathedrals, in big churches, big temples, there are other people who look for God in mountainous places, they go up to the mountains, to the highest mountain, others go to the depths of the sea and yes God is everywhere, but to find him, something more is needed, faith is needed. Everyone say faith.

And brothers, I am going to invite you immediately to take advantage of the time to open your heart together with your Bible to the Book of Saint John, a very Scripture, Chapter 8 and brothers here we will be entering the short message that God has given me. Pray for me so that God gives me the necessary freedom and anointing.

When they already have it or they can continue if they put it there on the screen. Thanks brother. I want brothers, that you listen to what the word of God says. Saint John, Chapter 8, verse 31 onwards.

He says, "...then Jesus said to the Jews....", let them all say Jews, "...who had believed in him, 'if you abide in your word, you are truly my disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free', the Jews responded, the believers 'we are Abraham's lineage, we have never been slaves to anyone. How do you say you will be free? Jesus answered him, 'Truly I tell you, everyone who makes sin a slave is of sin and the slave does not stay in the house forever, the son stays forever...”

Now everyone read it with me out loud and unite verse 36, say it with me, “...so if the Son sets you free you will be free indeed...”

This morning I want to preach to you a message titled, 'Truly libres', truly free', 'truly free'. Turn to your brother and say, are you truly free? Ask someone, are you free?

Are you free? Let's see, all the free raise your right hand, move it a little bit, tell him here I am Lord, I'm free. Oh, we have a lot of free people today. Everyone is free, right, brothers?

So, we are going to realize that sometimes we think we are free but in reality we don't know what freedom really is. Jews were believers, they were religious, they had religion, they had theology, they had doctrine, they had many good things. Why did Jesus tell them that they needed to be delivered if they were already believers? It is that here is a great secret that we are going to try to break down when we hear more of this message.

There is confusion in the world, brothers, there is right now, there are pills, there are pharmacists for everything. How many say love to this? There's a lot to lose weight, to gain weight, to get prettier, `young, brothers, there's to change your hair color, there's for everything, there's for depression, there's to lift your spirits, there's a lot, there's a lot, there's many things. and all this is good, and that is why sometimes there is confusion, there are people who think that sometimes freedom can be bought with a pill. Pastor Omar, I feel tied up, can you give me a pill? And there are people who seek that kind of freedom and get frustrated and frustrated and come to their Christian life that later leads to doubt, lack of faith.

But brothers, the will of God is not this. God wants us to be victorious. How many say love to this? God wants us to be more than conquerors. God's purposes for our life is not something negative as some people sometimes preach. Listen to me well, we Latinos by nature have sometimes been instilled in us that serving God is something bitter, something serious. The Christian, the holiest, must walk with a sad head, must wear a pious garment, cannot laugh, cannot smile, cannot move. And sometimes like this, brothers, there are people who say, this is how God wants me to be. And there are people who are depressed, who are in trouble, who are struggling, who are in need, and sometimes the devil makes them think that it is God's will that they be like this or that we are like this, because sometimes we find ourselves like that in that way we say, well, God willing.

And, brothers, just the opposite. I heard Pastor Omar say that God has more to give us and the perfect will. Everyone say the perfect will, the perfect will of God is something so tremendous that the Bible says that he has more to give us than what we could ask for. His word says it, that he has promised, brothers, great things, the thief, the enemy has come to kill, steal, destroy but Christ says that he has come so that we may have life and life in abundance.

The question this morning is do you have life in abundance, are you victorious, are you full of that victory that is transmitted? Or you are going through the valley of the shadow of death and some stay there and never come out. And brothers, some sometimes due to the lack of the word of God in their life, they say, this is the will of God. No, brothers, there is a will called the permissive will. All say, permissive will. That is not the perfect will of God. But sometimes we confuse, if God allows certain things, that does not mean that this is God's plan and purpose for your life.

God's plans are higher, God's thoughts are for you to be victorious, to be prosperous, to have victory, to have joy, to be filled with the power of God, may there be joy, may there be gladness, may your life be full of victory.

However, brothers, sometimes they say, God wants this. We go to the word of God, we see that in Second Corinthians 1:20 it says:

“... because all the promises of God have or are in him yes and in amen.... ”

How many know what amen means? So be it, everyone say amen. Amen so be. If God said it, I believe it and so be it. God said it, I believe it, it will happen because of his word, he says it. If you believe that this is going to have an effect on your life, you have to have faith and be able to say the promises of God say amen, yes, quite the opposite, medicine, the economy, social problems, economic problems, politics, there are many things against me, but I do not believe that his word will lie. He said it, I believe it, all the promises of God say, yes, I know that God is with me. I know that my redeemer lives, I know that there is power in the name of Jesus. I know that there is victory in the name of Jesus, I believe it, I am going to see it, I am going to see victory in my life.

You're old, you've passed, he told me recently, I receive a call from a person and he tells me, a young deacon who started years ago and writes to me and says, Gilberto, how are you doing in the old age And it's already balder, he told me, because I'm getting a crown on top. And I told him, yes, but he laughed because he tells me, you feel good, right? I told him, yes, I feel better than before. I believe that my life is going to be better in the villa of the Christian, he says that it should increase like the dawn, from triumph to triumph, from victory to victory. I believe that my second part of my life will be better than the first because his word says so. I believe it, I am on his word.

But there are, brothers, things that the perfect will of God sometimes we do not understand. But he says that complete joy in the Lord produces tremendous faith in us and I would like to tell you this, brothers, that sometimes there will be moments in our lives when we have to go to the word.

Everyone say the word of God. Have all those who brought the sword, raise it brothers, many soldiers with good weapons. Well, boy, when I walk with this Bible in public, people get scared. It's like bringing a machine gun, a submachine gun. Because there is power in the word of God. I said that there is power in the word of God.

It comes to my mind when I arrived in Italy I was in the province of Avelino in Naples and then I went to Sicily over there to preach, and there were brothers who brought the Bible hidden, camouflaged. They painted it pink, they changed it so that no one would realize that it was the word of God. and one day brothers, the Lord told me, that's why I bought a big Bible, the biggest. I got to the library and said, I want a big Bible. And over there they found one and why? If they are no longer sold, what is fashionable now is pocket Bibles. But brothers, we must not be ashamed of the word of God.

How many love the word of God? How many believe the word of God? How many know that there is power in the word of God? Let's see, hold the word close to your heart. This Bible when written is worth a lot, but more when you believe it and live it in your life. Somebody say, glory to God.

Then, brothers, the perfect will of God is that we be victorious, that there be prosperity, that there be victory. No, the Lord did not say that we would always be on the mountain, but he did say that he would always be with us. How many believe that the Lord is with us? On the mountain, in the valley, in the tests and in the fight. The church continues walking because Christ said that he would be with us until the end of the world.

So, brothers, the perfect will is when the Christian learns to confess. What is confess? Confess is what his word says. In the mouth there is life or there is death. Sometimes we use more death than life, why? Due to lack of knowledge. Sometimes we think that by saying, no, you can't, it's impossible, I'm too far away, I'm too old, I can't anymore. And brothers, there is a lot of negativity that sometimes comes into our lives, but if his word says so, we must confess it. And if you confess it, you confess the word of God, you are saying something that was already written and that in the plan, and in the purpose, and in the perfect will of God it is going to be fulfilled and if this is going to be fulfilled it will bring joy to your life and victory.

How many want joy and victory in their lives? Joy and victory are seen brothers, I want contrary to what is taught, there are false doctrines, which say that joy must be contained, it must be more controlled. I don't know brothers, when I feel joy I can't be calm there. I feel joy, I feel joy. I have to express it, I have to say it, I have to articulate it with my hands, with my voice, I have to say that what I really feel is something real in my life, I feel the power of God, I feel the joy of God . it is felt, transmitted, can be seen in a person's life. There are people who say, ah, I am well filled with the power of God and in their life there is no victory. Victory will see brothers.

Someone say, glory to God. Now, brothers, let me enter the second part. There are three parts that I want to touch. How many know that we are in battle? The Jews were believers, but when Jesus introduced them, Jesus said these words, it made them think about something deeper and what I'm going to say is profound this morning, it made them think, well, we have everything, we are Jews, we are the people of God, we have the promises of God, we have great things that God has given us, why does he tell us that if the Son truly sets you free, we will truly be free? Weren't they free?

Let's see, all the free move a hand, brothers. Move two hands if they are free. You can say, I am in the United States, I am free, I am free. But the Lord was speaking of a deeper freedom. Freedom from sin. When you will know the truth, what truth?

Jesus Christ is the way, the life and the truth. So, when he talks about knowing the truth, he is talking about knowing that love of God. How many know the love of God? love is a big thing. The sister is making me go back to Italy. But God's love is so great that when you experience it you can't stay, it changes you radically. How many say love to that? It even changes the way of thinking, the way of dressing, the way of being because that power of God makes one understand that love is something tremendous, that agape love is deep.

But I want to tell you something, brothers. We are in a spiritual battle. We are in a spiritual battle. And I want you to understand this, brothers, I believe that every believer must learn to fight like a good soldier, he has to know the weapons of his militia, he has to understand that the word of God is the only thing that will be able to help him in hard times. Because sometimes our brothers are going to fail us. How many say love to this? I know that this does not happen here in Boston in the León de Judá congregation, but there in California sometimes the brothers fail. But God does not fail, brothers. I said, that God does not fail, brothers. I said that God is true. I said that God is faithful. I said that there is hope in God and there is victory.

The word says, in Ephesians 6 that we are in battle, we do not fight against flesh or blood but things that wander through the air. We are needing the armor of God, we need to be ready. We are in battle, we are soldiers, but God has promised victory. God has not lost any, brothers. How many say love to this?

There are people who say no, it's that I don't feel brothers, and right now I'm going to talk about this because there are people who leave because of what they feel, not because of what is written. The Christian battle produces in the Christian sometimes bitterness, pain, anguish, sometimes, brothers, the battles of the Christian produce, brothers, so much pain that the son of God sometimes begins to think that God has abandoned him. How many have felt this way? Be sincere, raise your hand when that hard fight comes, God bless the brothers who are sincere.

But when you really start to think maybe and God already forgot about me. Perhaps someone knows, months ago a person told me that he had been diagnosed with cancer, there was no cure, fourth stage cancer, he was going to die, and this person was already making his preparations because the doctor told him that he was going to die in one year. And brothers, he told me, brother, I want you to pray for me so that God helps me to prepare the funeral and prepare everything. And he told me, I would like you to preach at my funeral. And brothers, like the brother had already resigned.

And I told him, do you want to die, brother? Said no. You're sure? Well, you're doing everything so excited that you're going to die. You are preparing. And what if God wants something more for your life? No, it's but what the doctor already told me. But what is God telling you? But, brother, there is no hope anymore. And brothers, that was about 15 years ago and the brother is still alive. Because? Because sometimes, brothers, God's plans healed him of cancer so that it would be a great testimony, but he had to learn to trust God, not what men had sometimes told him.

And brothers, soon we are going to enter something very powerful, the battles of Christians are sometimes thoughts. Let's see, everyone say thoughts. And not good, brothers. Sometimes we are carnal. Everyone say, carnal. Over there in Italy they use butcher shops, I don't know in which province, but there in the south there are beef, pork, craving, and chicken butcher shops. The butcher shops are different and brothers, you go and buy there at the butcher shops. And sometimes brothers, the meat wins us.

How many say love to that? There are carnal thoughts and not of pork. Nobody says amen but sometimes we are not thinking... Hello. That's not me. That's not me, not me. Now here we go.

Now brothers, Jesus told the Jews, you need to be free and if you are my disciples you have to remain in the word. Everybody say a word. And then he tells them, if you believe in me I am going to set you free and you will know the truth, the truth will set you free.

But then he says, if the Son sets you free you will be truly free. I am going to, brothers, to tell you something. The symptoms, there are people that the enemy chains. Everybody say chain. When a person is chained, he is a person who is a slave, he cannot do what he wants or wishes to do because he is chained, he is in prison. And brothers, a person in chains, there are symptoms of a person spiritually chained and sometimes there are visible chains and invisible chains.

I am going to use an example and God bless these brothers who are going to help me to show them what it is to be visibly chained and to be invisibly chained or with invisible chains. What are the symptoms of a chained person? The symptoms are that sometimes you cannot pray. How many say love to that? It is not possible to adore or praise God, as it was done, the first love has been left behind. You can't read the word and how many have trouble reading the word of God? Be honest.

A sister said, when I want to sleep I read a verse and I fall asleep. It served as a sleeping pill. But the purpose of the word is something else, to read, scrutinize, investigate, dig. Sometimes a person who is chained begins to fail him that desire, that hunger for the word of God. You feel anxious.

Do you know what anxiety is? Look what the lion is doing in the cage. Walking because he is full of anxiety, that cage is not where, he is chained, he is imprisoned there. But its nature is to be free. So, there are also Christians who have anxiety in their lives because they are chained and sometimes they are not big things, brothers, they are the little foxes that destroy a lot. They are not big, deadly things or mortal sin, sometimes they are little things that begin to drive the Christian away and he is in chains. It's not free. He no longer feels God as he did. He feels, brothers, tied up, he can no longer raise his hands. Why does he get up, so much exercise, why is there so much movement, is there anxiety, everything is going wrong for him.

A brother said, I'm too salty, I need a clean one. No, brothers, we do not need Christians, the blood of Christ has already cleansed us. I said that the blood of Christ has washed us, has made us clean. There is power in the blood of Christ. So, brothers, I want to give you an illustration and I'm going to come to the conclusion.

It is said that a great runner in the Olympics won many races and brothers, in the last Olympic games she lost her race. She was a great champion and they interviewed her as always. She won all the races and they asked her why did you lose this race if you always win? And someone came up to him and took off his shoe and pulled out a little pebble and said, this little pebble was getting in the way of me while I was running.

What is hindering you, brother, sister, from running the race of God? Let's see brothers, from the men's ministry, brother Aquilas is going to help me here. Let's see, come here. The brother is chained, he does not go where he wants, the enemy takes him where he wants. Look at him brothers, he is chained, he has no freedom, he cannot raise his hands, he cannot go to church, he takes him to other places, because he is chained. Look at your hands, look at the chain. The devil uses many things to chain us, it is a visible chain, you can see, you can see that he is tied.

Now I'm going to show you an invisible chain. Come in, brother Hernán, look how pretty your brother looks, his Bible in hand, could someone like that be in chains? You can't see anything, even the Bible is under his arm. And here are the visible chains, and here are the invisible chains. God is the one who looks and says, that he does not look at the appearance but he looks... we see the chains, the external. But God sees the invisible chains.

Or someone shouted with joy, they got very quiet, they got scared. Somebody say, glory to God. The invisible chains are not seen, it seems that brother Hernán everything is rosy. look at it. But here the brother is chained, he cannot raise his hand, he does not go where he would like to go because he is chained, with visible chains and invisible chains.

In Galatians, Paul tells us about those works of the flesh, Galatians 5:19, you can read what the works are but sometimes brothers, those little stones, those little foxes have the person in chains so that they not be free How many this morning wants God to set them free?

Brothers, invisible chains can be grudges. Everyone say grudges, bitterness, trauma. This happened, when I was a child, this happened to me, I have many problems and sometimes I was an orphan, I was this, I was that, and the devil makes you think that there is no victory in your life, but the Bible says that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. Behold the old things passed away. Everyone say passed. Behold, they are made new.

Look, brothers, the devil plants bitterness. Let's see everyone say pride. There are people chained by pride. They are very proud, superior. We Latinos are sometimes affected by this, right, brothers? I say, I am, Mexicans are very proud. I admit it. When I get up in the morning and look in the mirror I feel pretty handsome, Vicente Fernández doesn't... I look in the mirror. I'm the most handsome man in the world. I look at myself and I am proud but sometimes the proud can get in the way, they can chain us, they can give us a superiority complex.

The inferiority complex is the one who feels inferior, but the superior can also be used by the devil to chain him, so as not to be free and to be able to feel the presence of God and know the perfect will. There are complexes that hinder the Christian, brothers.

But I want to tell you something, the visible chains and the invisible chains the Lord has promised to free us, to break the chains. He has promised life where there is death. He has promised joy where there is sadness. He has promised to turn our mourning into dancing.

When Christ comes into the life of a Christian, the Lord begins to remove the chains. Now you can raise your hands. Now you can praise God. The one who has the invisible chains also when the presence of God arrives, the Lord gives him freedom, now he is free, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. Somebody say glory to God.

Silence. Hey, chains are heard. There are invisible chains. Don't you hear them? So the human ear does not hear that there are invisible chains, chains of doubt, chains of illness, but this morning God wants to break the chains and give you freedom and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. And whom the Son will set free will truly be free.

I don't know how many, I'm going to invite them to stand up and I'm going to invite the musicians to come by. I don't know how many this morning have come with the wish that God, be careful, be careful, someone dropped something, a chain fell off. That's good, hopefully if it's getting in the way, the Lord will take it away.

Brothers, I don't know how many have come to God's operating room this morning. I don't have problems, I don't have visible chains, I mean, I don't have vices, I'm fine. God look at your heart. The invisible chains, brothers, are sometimes the most difficult to remove. Visible chains fall off by themselves sometimes when Christ comes into a man's life, he changes him. But sometimes little things remain in the heart, little chains that do not set you free to have victory in your life. There is anxiety, there are problems, you feel that you are missing something. Today the Lord wants to set you truly free.

While our brothers begin to worship God, I want to quickly invite, I want, brothers, to minister, that the Holy Spirit ministers, be it a man or a woman, who are here this morning, those who are listening through the Internet, television, whatever, God, God's perfect will for your life is something beautiful, something perfect, but there are chains that may be hindering you in your life. and this chain is visible or invisible, the Lord wants to remove it from your life.

It may be a negative thought, it may be a serious problem, it may be cancer, it may be disease, it may be depression, but there is hope in Jesus. I said there is hope in Jesus. I want to pray for someone, God is telling me someone who is having a hard time sleeping at night, there is a lot of anxiety in your life. And the Lord teaches me that you are getting up late, you do not sleep, you spend an hour or two without sleep. Where is that person? I feel like a person with a lot of anxiety. Come over here, Carmen, help me minister a little.

Don't be ashamed, sometimes we don't pass because what are the brothers going to say. Here it comes. God loves you so much that he wants to remove that chain. Brothers Carlos, God was not wrong right? I didn't choose it, God chose it. Look brothers, there are chains that are going to be removed from your life, God loves you.

Musicians also have chains, sometimes the devil wants to take them there, to rock and roll, there they go and this comes from God. There was a brother who sang very nicely, played very nicely and a band from Egypt came over there and told him, you come and play for us, I'll make you faithful. You don't need to sing that gospel music. The brother left, and now he no longer knows how to knock or doors. The drug destroyed him.

Brother musicians, you have a great, beautiful ministry, use it for the glory of God. When that temptation of Santana or something comes around, say, no, I praise God.

Oh, anxiety, chains that don't leave you brothers. Raise your hand brother. I would like someone to help me, brother, back here. Lord, touch your son. I don't know but you know his life. There he goes, brother, Jesus, whatever chain is hindering him. Your daughter, Lord, who loves you so much, Lord, help her Lord, she intercedes, give her new strength, break the chains. Your son, Lord, God loves you, my brother. Jesus, release. There are chains that God wants to break from your life. God wants you to be free, brother, to be victorious. The presence of God has set you free, brother. He whom the Son has made free will be truly free. There is no need to be chained by different things anymore. But brother, the problem that I have, but I know one that can give you the solution. But brother, I have many needs. God will supply your needs.

Jesus. Christ is here, brothers, breaking chains, breaking chains that have been binding you. His thoughts, there are people who worry about what they should not worry about, God is with you.

Jesus, oh mighty God. I just feel somebody needs a touch from God. Jesus.

Oh Lord. Chains that God wants, the heart, God is watching your heart sister. Oh, I got to stop.

Something big is happening brothers, chains are falling. But this... there are people who say that is not me. But God sees the heart, he does not see the appearance. That false smile ends, but when you are alone and you need God to make you feel his love, then the one the Son has set free is truly free.

I don't know how many this morning need something special from God. Raise your hand those who bring a special need, a special need. Something more ordinary. Raise your hand and raise it, raise two hands if you want God to give you the answer on this day. I said raise two hands if you want God to give you the answer.

There are invisible chains that need to fall in your life. Jesus. Oh Lord, God has something special for your life.

There is someone who needs to smile, be filled with the joy of God, because your life needs to be free from the chains of the enemy. Jesus, fill this heart with your presence.

Brothers, I'm going to finish but the Holy Spirit tells me that there is a person this morning well chained. Listen well, I said that there is a person who is well chained and I need the church to unite in prayer. I want all eyes closed, please, all minds concentrated on the Lord because God wants to free someone who has been suffering invisible chains for many years. Nobody knows, not even your wife knows that this is tormenting you, it is eating you from the inside, but the one the Son has set free will be truly free.

Sister, you who are worried about the future of your children, your family, trust in the Lord, put everything in God's hands. There goes brothers, there goes the presence of God. God is touching someone who needs to be released. Jesus. In the name of Jesus I proclaim liberation, I proclaim freedom in the name of Jesus, at this moment Lord, break the chains.

Listen brother, listen with spiritual ears, there are chains that are falling from the hands. Let's see how many can raise my hands and move them, how many can feel the love of God this morning, how many know that God is truly loving us this morning. In the name of Jesus deliverance.
