the gift of tongues

Summary: In his final sermon on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the preacher discusses the last two gifts mentioned in Chapter 12, verse 10: divers kinds of tongues and interpretation of tongues. These gifts are given by the Holy Spirit to the church to move in a supernatural dimension and fulfill its tasks, to address crises and needs, and to impact the world with manifestations of God's power. The preacher explains that tongues are a sign from God of supernatural communication, and can be human languages or new, unique spiritual tongues. The Apostle Paul clarifies in First Corinthians Chapter 14 how the gift of tongues should be manifested in the context of congregational worship, and the preacher notes that excesses and errors need to be corrected. Overall, the gifts of the Holy Spirit are specific provisions of power that require anointing and abundance of God's power to manifest.

Speaking in tongues is a way to communicate with God beyond human language and reason. It allows for the expression of inner feelings and experiences in a brand new, private language. The ability to speak in tongues is within everyone, but it requires letting go of mental control and having a childlike spirit. It is not necessary to be in a state of ecstasy to speak in tongues, and it can be used to communicate with God in a looser, more spontaneous, and fluent way. Tongues interpretation means the spiritually God-given ability to interpret, not translate, word for word, but interpret what that other person has said in the spirit. This interpretation is not a word-for-word translation, but an interpretation of the feeling and essence of the communication taking place between God and the individual speaking in tongues. The gift of tongues is important and useful, but it is not the only gift of the Holy Spirit.

Speaking in tongues is a gift from God that can be beneficial in worship and prayer, but it is not the only important gift. The most important thing is to use the gifts for the building up of the church and to prioritize edification, love, character, and other aspects of the Christian life. Speaking in tongues can help with emotional healing and is an exercise for the spirit, but it should be practiced in private or in a public context with interpretation. Everyone has the right to use the gift of tongues and should dare to use it in faith. Music and worship can also be a form of tongues and can glorify God. Ultimately, we should surrender our lives to God and declare his lordship over all.

We surrender our lives to God and adore Him. We praise and glorify Him, and revel in His presence. We ask for healing and will always serve Him. God is holy and deserving of all praise.

Today, I end this series on the gifts of the Holy Spirit specifically, the gifts of the Holy Spirit. By the way, tomorrow I leave for Puerto Rico. I'm going to be preaching there at the Barbara Anne Rossler Church. It is the second time I go. I was there about a year ago, more or less, a year and something, it was a great blessing. They invited me to preach again and in fact some of the brothers there, the pastors have been watching this series on the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the gifts of the Holy Spirit and they asked me to preach there also on this subject.

So pray for God to use these teachings and that they may be a blessing to our brothers in Puerto Rico. And I want to finish this morning with these last two gifts that are recorded here in Chapter 12, verse 10. We have talked lately among other gifts: the working of miracles, prophecy, the last time we talked about the discerning of spirits, diacriseis pneumaton, as it says in the original Greek, discernment, separation of spirits.

And finally the Apostle Paul mentions two other gifts than among all the gifts, because remember that it is not only these gifts that the Bible points out. There are many other gifts in different biblical texts, but from this list that the Apostle Paul points out, there are two more that he says:

“... to other divers kinds of tongues....”

Gene glosson. Gene means genera or families or classes of languages. To another various kinds, or types, or kinds of tongues

“..... and to another interpretation of tongues...”

Hermeneia gloson. The word hermeneia where the word hermeneutics comes from, which is to interpret, interpretation of languages.

These two gifts go together, that's why the Apostle Paul, because one is to speak in tongues and another to interpret those tongues. Again, for the brothers who are new to the church, those who have not been part of this series that I have been preaching. I am talking about this text where the Apostle Paul says that the Holy Spirit gives the church different aptitudes or gifts or spiritual skills, we could call them, so that the spiritual life of the church can be carried out.

They are specific provisions of power that God gives and distributes among his people so that his people can move in a supernatural dimension and that the church can carry out the tasks that God entrusts to it, so that the church of Jesus Christ may move like a mighty army, an army endowed with supernatural power. And so that the church can address certain situations that may be found in the development of its corporate life. That the church can sometimes in situations of crisis or need, have these spiritual resources to be able to get out of them successfully. So that the church can impact the world with specific manifestations of God's supernatural power. So that the church can in a sense show the world that it does have divine support, that the spirit of God does move within it, that it does things that humanly, if the church did not have Christ and his spirit within her, she could not otherwise do. In order for the church to be able to compete effectively in a world where so many other groups, other churches, other religions, other gods claim to be the true ones, and so God has provided this spiritual power that manifests itself in different ways: in miracles, healings, revelation , prophecy, wisdom, knowledge, all these different things, spiritual discernment or discerning of spirits. And all the other gifts that move in the life of the church.

The Lord Jesus Christ said, '....but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you....”

And these gifts are not manifested in a person through unless there is no power of the Holy Spirit, that is very important for us to understand. That these are not things that just happen like that. There is an anointing that is needed in our lives. From that abundance of anointing, from that abundance of God's power in us, these gifts emerge and these different gifts are manifested.

Now, the Apostle Paul points out these last two gifts that he says are different kinds of tongues, that is, there are people, there are occasions in the life of the church in which the gift of tongues can be manifested.

How many have been, from our own meetings or in another congregation, where at a given moment in worship, usually at the end of worship, someone can stand up and give a message in a foreign language? that no one understands, and sometimes there can be a silence and then there can be a waiting time? And in another part of the congregation someone comes up and interprets what that person has just said and speaks the equivalent, not the exact equivalent, but the message contained in what that person stated. And this is supposed to have the effect of blessing the congregation, of strengthening their faith, of building them up in some way.

I remember more years ago than I care to remember, specifically 30 years ago, wow, 30 years in Paris, France, I was a student. I was living there for a few months in the house of a French family and I was looking for a church there in Paris to attend and it was a Pentecostal church, Assembly of God, and in that church, in that ultra-sophisticated city like Paris, I went the first Sunday and to my surprise during the time after adoration someone stood up and spoke in another language, it was not French, he spoke in another language. There was silence in the congregation and after that there was a little while of waiting, and another person spoke in French quoting the equivalent of the message that the other person had expressed.

I remember my great sense of wonder and awe when I saw this because one had grown up in a Christian home, but I had never seen the gift of tongues manifest itself with such elegance, and with that order and in that way. so effective. And that served as confirmation for me, because until then I had not really seen things that way, manifesting like that. Yes, I remembered churches where I had gone and it was not language so much as language. There was a lot of noise, a lot of mess at times, a lot of things but this was something different.

Because I knew the Bible, in my mind I made a mental note that ah! This is what the Apostle Paul means when he speaks of tongues. And I was touched, I was impacted, I was blessed. My spirituality was strengthened through that experience in that French church. And then I continued to attend there while I was in France with those beautiful brothers from that Pentecostal congregation.

That's what tongues are supposed to do for a purpose. When they manifest properly, when they manifest in the proper context, in the proper order, in the proper form, there is a great blessing. And it's supposed to create a sense in the congregation that yes, God is with us. God is in our midst and the presence of God has been manifested and there has been something that results in edification for his people.

The Apostle Paul in First Corinthians Chapter 14 talks quite extensively about how the gifts of tongues should be manifested in the congregational context, in this context like this, when the church gathers to worship together. And if you notice in that Chapter 14 the Apostle Paul writes rather as if to correct certain excesses.

One notes that he is not writing in a neutral way, simply to instruct, but rather to rectify certain errors, to clarify certain things that are not clear among the brothers concerning the gift of tongues. It's like there was a bit of controversy and perhaps the brothers wrote an email to the Apostle Paul asking him to clarify, will this be so or not? Perhaps the Corinthian pastor himself wanted to refer your question to someone with more authority and knowledge and asked the Apostle Paul how to handle this situation in his church. And then the Apostle Paul writes and it is interesting, I sometimes really like to read how the Apostle Paul writes, not only to know what he is saying himself, but how he is reasoning, because according to me I see the way in which he reasons I can then apply his reasoning to other situations in the Christian life as well. And that is very instructive.

But before we get right into this First Corinthians Chapter 14, which is going to clarify a little bit for us what the gift of tongues really is in the context of church life, let me say something. One question would be, why languages? Why this strange phenomenon of languages? And what's more, before that one could ask, what is the phenomenon of languages?

The Bible speaks to us, the first clear manifestation of tongues that we have in the Bible is found in Acts, Chapter 2, when the Holy Spirit is poured out on the 120 who are in the upper room on the day Pentecostal. And it says that tongues like fire were distributed to him. There were like tongues of fire, but there were also tongues, the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit and from that fullness, from that overabundance of the Holy Spirit within them some verbal expressions emerged that they themselves did not understand.

But since there were Jews in Jerusalem that day who came from different countries, who had come to Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Pentecost and who spoke the languages of the countries where they lived, they heard these Christians for the first time speaking languages, and they found that those who came from Africa could understand some of them, because they were speaking in certain African languages. Those who came from other parts of the Greco-Roman empire and had other languages, found that they could understand some of them who were speaking their language. And they said, but how is this, these people have never left Jerusalem, they are not educated people, and they are speaking in our languages? And that was a great sign that the Kingdom of God had come down in power over the church.

Now, look, that was an absolutely exceptional situation, it was like opening the doors of divine communication through languages. And I believe that this required a very special, very powerful sign and that is why, I believe, it was so clear that what these men were speaking were human languages, because God wanted to give a sign at that time that 'I have come to fall on all flesh, every nation, every nationality, every ethnic group and that is why I am going to give my message in different languages'.

At the moment there was a United Nations there where all the people were speaking the same language. It is interesting, that reminds us of something, do you know that in the tower of Babel, when God wanted to confuse the pride of men, what happened? Before, men spoke only one language and God confused the languages, says the Bible, so that they did not communicate with each other well.

Now, when Pentecost comes, when the Holy Spirit falls, initiating a new era, a new epoch in the history of humanity, God does the opposite, as if he unifies men so that they can all understand each other well .

So I believe that there are languages that God supernaturally gives to a person or people that can be the languages of some country on earth. The Apostle Paul speaks of human tongues and angelic tongues. In First Corinthians, Chapter 3, he says "...if I speak with the tongues of men and angels and have no love, I become like sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal..."

So, I I would say that among other things tongues are like a sign from God that he is communicating something in a special language, he is communicating a special supernatural message, in a supernatural container. And God can choose to speak through a person in a recognized human language, of a nation, or it can be a supernatural language, a language invented by God at that very moment.

How many know that God has no limit to the languages he can invent? And many times God chooses a language taken out of the box, taken out of the package, brand new to communicate a divine message, a spiritual message and God decides, 'I don't want to use a language that's already used, but I'm going to use a brand new language. '.

When Christ enters Jerusalem he tells his disciples to get a donkey, remember that passage? And what was one of the hallmarks of that donkey? That no one had ridden it before because it was special. That donkey was going to have the Son of God on top of it, and that donkey was going to be portrayed for the rest of the centuries, as on that donkey, that donkey had ridden the Son of God and for such a rider a special horse was needed. , not released, right? Because where God mounts has to be new. God doesn't like used cars.

Now, if you have a used car, give God glory for it. And if you don't want it, give it to me and I'll take it. But I think that something as important as God is sometimes requires a new container. And I think one of the things about tongues is that when God wants to communicate a spiritual message, he says, you know what? 'I'm going to use a language other than the one you use vernacularly, commonly.' That language that many times, from time to time you caught your little finger there with a hammer and something came out, do you remember? So I don't want you to use that language, now I want you to use something that I'm going to give you.

So I believe that many times an angelic tongue, a spiritual tongue can be a way in which God chooses a new, unique, consecrated vessel to carry out his communication with a human being.

Secondly, this is very important, there are experiences of the human heart and of the human spirit, there are feelings, there are impulses and needs and feelings that are so complex that trying to package them in human language would impoverish them and It would limit them and a language is required that is not tied to reason, to the mind and to the words that exist, which have their own limitations.

I would like you to understand a little more, perhaps some of you, in terms of linguistics, the study of languages, and those who have studied linguistics, and those who have studied the nature of human language. , of human languages, and those who have studied poetry or literature, for example, can understand this a little better and that is that poets and language scholars, and today in fact, the study of languages and their Nature itself has reached a very high level of sophistication. There is a whole branch of philosophy today, in fact, a lot of modern philosophy, that's why I tell you, one can get into these things so much. They fascinate me because that is my doctorate in Spanish-American literature and all this, and I have had to study a lot about languages and all this.

But nowadays a good branch, a good part of modern philosophy has to do specifically with language, with the nature of language. In fact, that makes a lot of modern philosophy quite sterile, even technical, because it has a lot to do with the nature of language, just what the terms are, what the words are, how they are defined, and whether the language is suitable for say things or not And there is much doubt today about the ability of language to truly express the nature of human experience.

And for example, the great mystics too, the great mystics of Eastern thought, say that if you can name something, that something is not the absolute. If you can name God, if you can say something about God, you have already lost God because God is unnamable, God cannot be expressed. According to some of the mystics, the only thing that fits in the presence of the divine is silence, because human language cannot make a dent in the immensity of what God is.

So, I believe that there are experiences, there are communications, there are interactions of the spirit that for one to be able to fully express them between myself and God, the only thing that can serve as an intermediary is a language that goes beyond reason and that communicates directly what one is feeling. And the mind cannot understand that, nor can language make it fit within it.

Each word is simply an approximation, it is a vessel with a specific shape. The word house is a word that within that word fits certain things, certain images, certain objects that resemble a house. But there are things that may be similar to a house, but are not a house, and then you have to use another word: home or other words like that. But they are vessels that already have a shape but there are other objects that perhaps are different and we don't have the right word.

There are feelings that we would like to express and cannot. We see a sunset with extraordinary beauty or a waterfall in the middle of the forest and we would like... How many have experienced...? I would like to have the language of a poet to express what I am feeling, right? This that I am seeing, this that I am experiencing. But you don't have it. You know what? That's where languages come in, you don't have to worry about what words to use, you just open your mouth and let a cascade of sounds express what you're feeling inside.

And those sounds express what your heart feels. Unfortunately that sound is only for you because it is a private language. Unfortunately, what's more, it's so private, not even his mind understands it, but his heart understands it, his emotions understand it, his spirit understands it. Faculties that you don't even know about yourself, they understand. You are verbalizing. Because language is that, it is simply feeling poured into sound, that is, with the additional convenience that over the centuries it has become understandable to others because certain equivalences have been made, a currency has been established that we can all use. and therefore we all agree on the value of that coin.

But when one wants to speak in only pure language, one puts the coin aside and simply releases the feeling that is inside through words. That, in my opinion, is languages. They are inner feelings and experiences expressed in a brand new, private language, taken out of the box by the Holy Spirit and all of us can do that in our worship.

When you are there in your seat and you feel something that you do not want to have to look for a word in Spanish, look, loose your mouth and speak in the language of God, speak in the language of the spirit And don't worry that the brother next to you thinks you're going to call an ambulance to be taken away in a straitjacket. Release it in the name of Jesus. The one who is crazy is he or she if he doubts that this is from God.

If you have the Holy Spirit in your life, and if you have received the touch of God's spirit in your life, you have that ability, what happens is that you just have to leave the shame to a side.

Do you know a lot of people say, oh, I can't speak in tongues? It's not that you can't speak in tongues, it's that you can't let go. That's the problem. Ask the Lord that you can let go, actually, just let go, throw yourself into the water. There are many people who are looking at the water there, do I jump, do I jump? I wish someone would come along and give him a shove and he would go in anyway. I would like to give many of you a push to let go and learn what it is to let go and worship the Lord. Open your mouth.

I see so many people sometimes there, trinco, as we say in good Dominican, so... they can't even praise the Lord. Release your mouth. Glorify the Lord, sing to the Lord but you can also speak, you have to be like a child and that is the most difficult thing for us, to start speaking in a language that we do not know, we do not know, we have no control.

That's something else, I think tongues help because they force us to let go of mental control. We depend too much on the mind and I believe that tongues are an exercise devised by God so that the Christian can exercise himself in the use of other faculties, which are not the mental faculty. And when you learn to speak in another spiritual language, that also makes you more agile, it's like a spiritual exercise that stretches your muscles a bit so that you are not so rigid and that you learn to flow in the spirit.

A playful spirit is needed. That word means, it is Latin and it means a spirit of play. You know that in order to move properly in the zone of the spirit one has to have a spirit of play, one has to be.... Christ said, “...unless you become like children you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. ..”

He who does not become like a child cannot enter into the great experiences of the Lord. Who can dance in the spirit if not a person who has the spirit of a child? Because the one who does not have the spirit of a child, the one who has a too adult spirit will say, 'oh, they are looking at me and I am making a fool of myself, and what are they going to say; And is the Internet putting my photo out there?' Or something like that, right? You have to be like a child, you have to let go of the spirit.

Look, to sing you have to be like a child, to think of a loved one you have to be like a child. What is stranger than a kiss? Tell me yes or no. Think about it. Do you know how to actually say kiss in Arabic? Get my bemba wet A kiss is the strangest thing. By the way, in Iraqi, kiss is, spit goes spit comes.

Brothers, there are so many things that we do that if you look they don't make sense and yet how much pleasure they bring to the human being. Look at the laughing, look at the crying and shedding tears, what less logical thing than that and yet how much rest these things give the human soul. Watch the dance, the dance. You have seen two people, let's say, if you see them through a glass window and you don't hear the music, dancing, what a ridiculous thing: two people there at their best, you don't hear the music. Yet the human race has continually declared dance one of its most beautiful, most important relaxations. There are millions and billions of dollars that go into dance in so many ways, into dance.

These are things that require a free spirit, a playful spirit, a childlike spirit, and it also happens with languages. God wants you to release your inner spirit and that you speak in that language. That is inside of you. The Apostle Paul says that we can all prophesy, and I would also say that we can all speak in tongues, that is within you, but you have to let it go. There are people who believe that to speak in tongues they say, well, yes, I am willing to speak in tongues but they wait for a little angel to come and move their tongues and they can speak in tongues that way. And that is not like that.

If I want to speak French, right now I can start speaking French, or Spanish, or English. I don't need an emotion to start speaking in those languages. Simply in an act of my will, a decision that I make and it is also with languages. Sometimes people think that in order to speak in tongues one has to be in a kind of ecstasy and it is not so.

The tongue is a resource that God has placed at your disposal so that you can speak and communicate with him in a different language, in a different way, in a looser, more spontaneous, more fluent way, without the limits of reason and human language, and that you can express your adoration to him, your praise, and that in the middle of a congregational meeting if you feel that the Lord is giving you a spiritual message or an expression for him, that there is space in the congregation and that person can stand up and in order and in control, because the Bible says that the spirit of the prophets is under the control of the prophets, that person can express clearly, and that person perhaps you will not understand what you are expressing.

Now, he says that if you speak in that public and deliberate way then you have to wait for someone to interpret. Tongues interpretation means the spiritually God-given ability to interpret, not translate, word for word, but interpret what that other person has said in the spirit.

Neither the person who speaks in the spirit possibly understands what he is saying, nor the person who interprets in the spirit possibly understands rationally what the other is saying, tends spiritually.

Let me put it this way, how is this from an interpretation that is not the same. Many of the pieces of classical music express specific feelings and phenomena. For example, there are pieces of music that express spring, let's say Vivaldi's 'The 4 Seasons', which is one of the precious pieces of world classical music. That piece by Vivaldi that is very famous expresses spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each of the 4 movements of that piece each express one of the seasons.

Now, you listen to that piece and what Vivaldi did was take what he understands, for example, like winter, a snowfall, and a strong wind and musically he tries to put into musical sound what it is winter.

How do you express through music what winter is? Well, it can be done, it's an interpretation of winter set to music. And so it is with the interpretation of tongues. What the person is intuiting when listening to the tongue is a feeling, it is an impression, it is an energy that is emanating from the person who is speaking in tongues. And this person who is interpreting is trying to put the equivalent of that feeling that is being expressed between God and that person into human words that the congregation can then witness and be edified by.

Am I making myself understood? It is not that that person is translating word for word, he is interpreting the feeling, he is interpreting the essence of the communication that is taking place between God and that individual. That is what the Apostle Paul talks about that some people receive the ability to interpret tongues, others receive the ability to speak in tongues.

And, brothers, I tell you again, I have benefited throughout my life from the gift of tongues. Now, I share with the Apostle Paul, I didn't even have time to go into First Corinthians, Chapter 14, perhaps at another time. There is so much cloth to cut from these things, brothers.

But, I have benefited through the years from speaking in tongues and I share with the Apostle Paul his understanding that, yes, tongues are beautiful, they are important, but look, it's not that either be the last Coca Cola in the desert. It's not like it's absolutely...., there are churches like they put their tongues out there, like it's the last and most important thing. It is something good, beautiful, beautiful, useful, important, but there are other gifts as well that are just as important.

The Apostle Paul says that he prefers to speak 5 words in Spanish, understandable to us, than a thousand words that nobody can understand. Look, why? Because what interested Paul was what edifies the church and I always believe that any use of any gift should be governed by that: it is not the guille of a prophet that he gives me, nor how impressive I sound when I am using the gift. No, it's whether it's a blessing to God's people, whether it's a benefit in any way to someone. That is what we seek through the gifts. That is what God wants, it is not simply one to put on a show, it is simply how he blesses, how he edifies.

The word edification is very important with regard to any of the gifts. God has given the gifts for the building up of the church, and the gifts have to build up the church. And the most edifying gifts must be the most valuable of all.

That's why Paul says, if I speak human and angelic tongues and I don't have to love, I don't dress because I don't go. The most important thing is what it blesses. What blesses more than love? Paul says.

So, we have to be.... that's why also that passage, First Corinthians, Chapter 14 says, “....Brothers, let us be children of malice but mature in understanding and in wisdom....”

Because many times people eat the peel of the banana and throw away the meat of the banana, throw away the fruit. And there are churches that put so much emphasis on tongues and this and that that they forget about character, the fruit of the spirit, edification, doctrine, spiritual growth, self transformation, evangelism, the beauty, of so many other areas of the Christian life that are more important.

But languages have their uses. I have benefited. How have I benefited, how have I benefited and how do they benefit? Again, when there are expressions in my life, there are times when I want to speak to my God freely and he and I are just talking. I don't have to worry if it sounds nice, if not, I just let go of my mouth and let go of the thread of language. It's like when you put on wide pants to be at home and you pray that no visitors come in that day, right? And a wide shirt because you want... I'm not going to go into more detail, you want to be completely loose, right? And just one is loose.

So it is with language. Language is a limitation and one day we will let go of our wings and talk to God directly without difficulties, without human limitations and nothing. It will be an angelic, divine language without any limitations. While we are here on earth we can do that minimally, taking moments to talk to God in an angelic language, our own language. We put on linguistic slippers and talk to the Lord freely. Glory to God.

And you can do that in your worship time too, by faith, open your mouth. Maybe a little word will just come out, but little by little... How does a language develop? How do children learn to speak? They start, goo, goo, da, da and when you come to see you have to tie their mouths because they don't want to stop talking. TRUE? And so it happens.

We have to start in the name of the Lord babbling, only maybe a sound will come out, a little word, ratatata and when he comes to see you are speaking completely, even speaking poems in the spirit because God has released your tongue . Gifts are developed by using them.

So, start there in your private life, I ask the musicians to please come in....in your private life or just there in your worship time, while the music is flowing and there is enough sound around that no one can realize, at that moment begin to speak to the Lord, begin to develop your gift, begin to speak unspeakable words, says the Apostle Paul, a language that only you will understand, but you will find great benefit of it.

I have found rest for my soul, I have found the ability to tell God things that I couldn't tell him otherwise. I've found ways to pray for people that sometimes I don't know whether to ask the Lord to give him this, give him that, take him out of here, put him there, and what I do is just, 'well, Lord I'm going to pray in tongue and you will know how to interpret it.'

Many times, the word says that the spirit prays with unspeakable groans. In other words, there are things that you don't know how to express but the Holy Spirit within you will express these things in unusual, unusual ways. And God, who is the translator par excellence and the one who knows all languages, will be able to interpret what your spirit is praying to him and he will be able to understand.

Languages do all these things. It is an exercise for the spirit, it is a way to strengthen our supernatural mentality. It is a way of undoing that dependency that we have on the mind and reason and it is a way of having a little piece of heaven with each of us, using our languages.

And if we do it in a public context, then the congregation must ask the Lord that someone can interpret. And again, that interpretation will be somewhat impressionistic, which will also be exercised by faith.

How many want God to manifest that gift of tongues in their lives? That's for you, that's for you. Every Christian has the right to use the gift of tongues. And I encourage you in the name of Jesus. If you have received the infilling of the Holy Spirit in your life, I ask you in the name of Christ, dare to use your gift and begin to flow in that gift.

Let's stand up in the name of Jesus this morning. Use it in the context of worship. That is beautiful. When, please, brothers, they begin to flow a little there, leave me too. Let's see if you guys can flow right now, don't practice anything, just play there with each other, everyone, everyone, let's all see what comes out of it.

Because you can do that in many ways too. You know, musicians do that in jazz, in improvisation. They simply let themselves go... they understand that, all artists know what it is to stop speaking in a language that hasn't been rehearsed and simply follow a script, a little something there, a little support and then flow and leave. That's the same thing, men understand, artists understand that about flowing, talking and letting go. We can do the same with our mouths, you know? You can sing in the spirit, you can speak in the spirit, you can pray in the spirit, you can prophesy in the spirit just by letting go, and you can listen, it's going to be a melody between God and you, like these brothers here are playing like this

If they do it in faith, what they're playing is a tune that God and they understand and that glorifies the Father, you know? When things are consecrated to God, and one says, 'Father, this is for you, this sound is for you, this song is for you,' and when the soul within is consecrating it to the Lord, God knows that it is being consecrated. to him and receives him as a sweet-smelling incense before his presence.

That is what they are doing and you can do the same in your own language, quiet right now I ask you, open your mouth and pronounce a sound, the sound that comes to mind, consecrate it to the Lord . Consecrate it right now to the Lord.

Pronounce those words in the language that comes out to you, the sounds, two, three sounds, whatever comes out of your mouth. Dare in the name of the Lord. And give everyone the privacy they deserve, and let go in the name of Jesus and try it there in your house while you are taking a bath, while you are in your bed before going to sleep, when you have a serious problem, when you have a situation that you do not know how to pray to the Lord, when there is a difficult situation in your life and you do not know what to ask the Lord, pray to him in a special language.

“Open your mouth, says the Lord, and I will fill it.” Dare, just dare to pronounce the spirit. Let the spirit flow in you. Dare to flow in that spirit right now. And use those tongues in the name of Jesus. It is for you.

You may feel embarrassed at any given moment, but that's part of the process, because if you're not like a child, you can't enter the Kingdom of Heaven, if you don't dare to play like a child. Child, you cannot receive everything that God wants.

Dare in the name of the Lord. Lose that shame and let the Holy Spirit take control of your mouth this morning and practice this until you completely let go. And that will be a great resource for your life.

Oh Lord, we praise you.

Oh, we adore you, Lord. Glorify yourself, Father. We bless you, Lord. Receive this language, oh God. Receive this praise, Lord. Receive this adoration that we offer you, Father. It's for you, Lord. You deserve the best, you deserve the new. You deserve the unreleased, Father. You deserve the words of our humiliation. You deserve our brokenness, Lord, this morning we put aside our false dignity, our pride as men and women and we become like children before you, Father, and we let your spirit inspire us, and your spirit direct us, Mister.

Be glorified, be glorified, be glorified in us, Lord, this morning. We adore you. That is also, languages also help a lot with emotional healing. A person who learns to speak in tongues will be emotionally healthier. If you have emotional problems and tensions in your emotions, flow in a language and speak to the Lord in an unknown language and that will also bring healing in the name of Jesus.

Thank you, Lord. Listen to that melody. They are flowing in the spirit right now and that is to the glory of the Lord. They are playing in their musical language and I hope that we do more and more of that, that there is music inspired by the Holy Spirit in our midst, that we can flow in the spirit, that our musicians, our worshipers can flow in the Spirit. Holy because that is tongues, they are musical tongues also that glorify the name of the Lord.

Oh, we adore you, Lord. We offer you our worship. Hallelujah! Worship, prophesy to the Lord, praise the name of the Lord, glorify him in any language, including Spanish right now. Give glory to God. Let's give praise to the Lord, let that spirit flow.

Let our spirit flow. Let the spirit of the Lord flow, right now, just express your words of blessing and praise and glory on to the Lord. We glorify you, Lord. We honor you, Jesus. We declare your lordship today. We declare that you are the King of our lives, that you are in control of all that we do and that we are, that you are the Master of every crisis, of every situation that we are facing, that you are in control, Father , that there is nothing in our life that happens out of your provision and your control and that we are secure in you, Jesus.

We adore you, Lord and we raise our praise to you, oh God, because you deserve all the glory and all the honor, because you died on the cross for our sins, and you won victory for us, and you have died for the souls of this world and you have set your church to be the mother of the nations and to protect life, and to heal the needy, and to proclaim the will of God on earth, and we do that, Father this morning. And we become your spokespersons.

This church, Lord, is an instrument for your glory. We become, Lord, tools that you can use for your glory in the nations, in the name of Jesus we declare that no human, angelic, demonic power is above the power of God, that no human will can ever be established over what God has declared and that you are still the Lord and that you advance irresistibly to carry out your purposes on the history of humanity and we give you glory and honor and we praise you, and we bless you and declare that you are the Lord, that you are the Lord.

We declare that you are the Lord over all your creation. Hallelujah! Forks.

Prophesy in the name of the Lord and declare the great things of God. Give glory and honor to the Lord. Prophesy before God this morning. Prophesy before the Most High and declare that he is, above all authority, above every name that moves on earth, over the name that is named, he is Lord, he is Lord, he is Lord. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

We glorify you, Father. We praise you, we bless you. We surrender our lives to you, Lord.

We yield our lives to you, Lord. We yield this church to you, Father in the name of Jesus. We declare that we are your property, oh Lord.

We are your property, Lord. We are yours, Lord, to make of us what you want, oh God. We surrender our lives to you, Lord, we surrender them at your feet, Father, as a living sacrifice, we surrender to you, Lord. Oh, we adore you.

Blessed is he who lives and reigns forever. Glory to the name of Jesus. People of God, people of God, move in the power that God has given you, move in what God has declared, move in the gifts, the resources that God has placed at your disposal. Do not waste what God has put in your hand, do not underestimate the importance of being a man, of being a woman filled with the Holy Spirit. Do not waste those precious gifts that God has given you, do not stop using them, do not stop moving in them, do not stop practicing them by faith, do not depend on your mind, do not depend on your emotions, depend on the spirit that is within you , the spirit of God is always willing even if your flesh wants to stop you, remember that your spirit always wants to be in communication with God.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Thank you, we adore you, oh we bless you, Lord. You are great, you are worthy of all praise, of all glory. Oh thank you, thank you, Lord. We praise you, we glorify you.

Oh, we worship you, Father. We revealed in your presence, Lord. We cast ourselves into your waters, right now, Father and we swim like little babies, Father, like little children without any kind of restraints, with all abandon, Lord we immerse ourselves in your waters and we rejoice as we swim in your seas, Father, in your depths and we glory in your greatness, in your goodness. Heal us, Father. Heal us inside, heal us inside, Lord and we shall serve you always. Glory to the Lord. Hallelujah!

Glory to the name of the Lord. Holy is the Lord. Hallelujah! Give the Lord a big round of applause. He is worthy of all praise, all glory, all honor.
