a violent faith

Summary: The speaker encourages listeners to have a strong and violent faith, citing a message preached by their pastor on December 2nd. They emphasize the importance of faith in approaching God and the need to believe in the principles of faith. The speaker references the story of blind Bartimaeus in Mark 10 as an example of overcoming obstacles, including the obstacle of time. They emphasize that faith grows through resistance and encourages listeners to be persistent in their struggles. Overall, the message is about the power of faith in overcoming obstacles and achieving victory in spiritual warfare.

The importance of the course is not because of the class, but because it teaches us to fight and overcome obstacles. The story of the blind man in Jericho shows us that we should seize opportunities and have vision beyond our negative reality. We need to cry out to Jesus and not be discouraged by resistance from others or circumstances. The attitude of praise and seeking the Lord even more eagerly is a powerful weapon in our battles.

The most powerful weapon for the people of Israel was praise, and they used it as a weapon in battles. In the story of the blind man who was healed by Jesus, we see that the Lord takes our needs seriously and asks us what we want. But our need is only the prelude to something greater that God has for us. God sees the gold in us, even when we see ourselves as coal. He is working something great in us, and our struggles are part of His process of glorifying His name in us. We are a spiritual nuclear bomb about to explode, and Satan fears us in the hands of a mighty God exercising mighty faith. With each act of faith, Satan loses authority over our lives and the Kingdom of God advances. We need miracles, and we ask for a special endowment of faith to receive them. We declare that God will use us to shame Satan and advance His Kingdom.

Book of Mark, Chapter 10, verse 46. Obviously our senior pastor, Dr. Roberto Miranda is not with us this Sunday, he will be with us again next Sunday. But, brethren, as we look up this Biblical quote, Mark Chapter 10, beginning with verse 46, as we look for you, brethren, I want to direct you to another quote, but this one is not in a Bible.

Brothers, I don't know how much you have searched the Internet, for a message or the message, but there is a message that Pastor Roberto preached on December 2, and brothers, if you were not there that day, even if you were there on December 2, I recommend brethren, go and look for that message. He is one of.... brothers, the Lord always uses Pastor Roberto, but there are messages, brothers, that are in their prophetic character boundaries that mark a new phase of the church, that initiate something in the prophetic and unleash incredible power about the life of the church, and the message that the pastor preached on December 2, 2007 is one of those messages, which I have titled the gift of faith.

It was one of the messages that started this series about the gifts of the spirit, to which the pastor has been preaching all these months, since December. It was one of the messages that started it. I don't know if you remember, about three or four weeks ago, that in another message from Pastor Roberto, in which he stated that he was preparing to preach that morning, he searched the Internet, stumbled upon one of his own messages and he himself was blessed by her. He was talking about this message, and among us, brothers, this message is like a sub-theme, a scaffolding that has raised this whole series and that is a theme that is behind this whole series about how the Lord uses the gifts of the spirit still to this day in the church, and until Christ comes, he will be using his church, using lives, transforming lives in a special way, but it starts with faith.

The pastor declared that morning, “....because many times God is endowing us with faith but we do not dare to believe the Lord and we let a number of obstacles stand in our way ..."

He stated "...there are principles that operate and if you stick to those principles you receive faith and you receive the power of God through faith and God has to respect those principles because God is a God of principles, and if you operate according to principles of faith...."

Look, brother Gonzalo, and brothers, frankly, we do not mix here, I did not call Gonzalo, I didn't tell him what I was going to preach about, what it was about, but a lot of praise and adoration dealt with, again, he highlighted the theme of faith this morning and Gonzalo even brought an example, precisely one of the examples that the Pastor Roberto on December 2, about the woman with the issue of blood. Brothers, it is because there is consistency and coherence in the word of the Lord.

And he says, ".... and if you operate according to principles of faith, look brother, I believe that God is going to bless, God is going to honor your faith...."

And brothers, I would call that faith of which the pastor preached, a violent faith. It is so. If you are here this morning, if the Lord has called you to be with us or if you have tuned us to the Internet and you are hearing this message, it is because the Lord with his grace has endowed you with a level of faith.

In fact, the word declares that it is impossible, it declares in the Book of Hebrews that it is impossible to please God without faith. Because? That same verse declares that it is necessary, the basics, it is essential. There is no way that you are still getting closer to the Lord, there is no way, not even brothers, that you are here attentive to this message or that you, at any moment of your life, pray to an invisible God, untouchable, at least for natural ways, it is impossible for you to approach that God without first stating that he exists, that there is a God, that you are not praying to a vacuum, but there is a powerful God who is seated on a throne, with authority, ready to hear you, ready to receive your prayer, ready to extend his scepter towards you, as the king extended it to Esther, And receive you in his presence.

And when you approach the presence of that powerful God, it is necessary to believe that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. In other words, it's worth it. There is something in you, brothers, at least in basic, there has to be something in you, if you are here, or if you are listening to me from anywhere, that tells you, "you know what? "Maybe things don't work for me. They have gone how I would like them to go, perhaps I have not lived the way I would like them to live, maybe the roll of my life has not gone as I would like, but I do believe this, even their most resistant relatives to the Gospel have sometimes they throw this at you, right? I believe in a God. And I believe that God is good. And there is something in you that tells you, 'I believe in a God and that it is worth looking for him, it is worth bringing my prayers to him, it is worth seeking his presence.' This is essential.

Brothers, there is a difference between that basic faith and a faith that produces powerful results in our lives, that result in transformations, that result in miracles, that result in outpourings of gifts, that result in walls disappearing, that result in victories.

Brothers, and you are here because you are waiting for that from the Lord. But know something, brothers, the Lord also has an agenda, the Lord blesses us, the Lord moves among us, as he declared in a hymn, the Lord works miracles because his life, his life, the drama of his life is a corner of a great battle that is being fought in the spiritual world. You are a soldier that you see, perhaps it is the tumult of the battle around you, but you do not realize that about this, this is the way, the drama of your life, and the operation of God in your life, your anguish , your trials, your needs, all the things that you pour out before the Lord, and everything that you desire from the Lord, is part of a gigantic pattern and what God sees from God's perspective, what he sees behind behind each prayer, behind each struggle, behind each soul that passes the altar, he sees one thing: that the Kingdom of God is advancing, that the Kingdom of God is beginning to remove Satan's authority little by little on this earth and asserting itself. more and more and more about a land that needs this mighty God and souls that cry out for him.

Jesus declared, 'the Kingdom of Heaven becomes strong, it suffers violence and the violent take it by force...' What's more, brothers, that key word 'the Kingdom of God suffers violence', are the violent ones who snatch it away.

Brothers, this was a very particular word, very deliberately that the Lord used this word. The word in the original Greek 'biazo', is the same word that the Greeks used to describe the sound that the tide made when it hit the beach. That insistent sound and for us who are from the Caribbean or lived near the sea, especially in pure February, we are missing those sea scenes.

But, brothers, God sees something else. What this word declares is that the sea is gradually conquering that beach. Every time the sea hits that beach, inch by inch, evil is conquering, conquering little by little, little by little, insistently, consistently, conquering the land. That is what the Lord is doing through the Kingdom of God and that is what the Lord is doing through the drama of your life.

There is a purpose behind the drama of her life. There is a purpose behind your fight in prayer, your prayer room is a battlefield where the principles of the kingdom are at stake. Brothers, the Lord takes your victory and your fight in a very personal way, he cares that you win that battle, he cares that you are blessed, he cares that you enjoy the victory because every time you a child of God approaches him, the more land we take away from Satan, the more the tide of the word rises.

It is not for nothing that the prophet declared, 'the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.'

Now how is that faith unleashed. Because it is? Have you noticed, brothers, that God is not a vending machine, he is not a machine to sell Coca Cola, you do not throw God a peseta and boom... or a dollar and boom... there is your blessing Father, I need a financial miracle, boom... there it is. Father, I need a miraculous healing, bam..... I need this answer, bam.....

Brothers, the reason for that is that the Lord is much more interested in the process by which he is leading us that still the result. The Lord cares more about the person, the warrior, that he is creating in us than even the blessing that we could receive through our prayer. This is a process. And the process is still worth much more than the request that we raise to the Lord.

And I believe that a biblical example, one of the biblical examples that has inspired me the most, that continues to inspire me about this spiritual warfare, is this person, blind Bartimaeus, whom we see in Mark, Chapter 10 , verse 46. We were talking, brothers, we could just as well apply this to the woman with the issue of blood, just like the Syrian shepherd or the Phoenician woman did, too.

Brothers, all these people lived by these principles of which the pastor declared, and if we know these principles, and put them into practice, this will give context for their drama, this will increase our faith and do us much more effective in our intercessions, in our prayer and make us more effective warriors on the battlefield of the Lord, which is what interests the Lord the most.

And I like the fact, brothers, in the Reina Valera Bible, for example, this story begins with a title that the editors of the Reina Valera Bible gave this story. This was not written by the Apostle Mark, this was written by the editors, but it says here:

Blind Bartimaeus receives his sight.

You know why I like it? For the irony. It's as if this doesn't even begin to describe the battle that was fought for this blind man to receive this blessing. In a very conclusive way he states this, without telling us all the resistance this man had to overcome to get to the point of receiving his sight.

And brothers, what we are going to do at this moment is to unpack this battle little by little and learn behind every facet and every obstacle that this man this man fought against, we in the name of Jesus and I declare in the name of Jesus that those same obstacles will fall in his life and the same victory that the Lord gave to this man in the name of Jesus, he will give to us on this day.

Brothers, I see the first obstacle in the first verse that begins:

“...Then they came to Jericho and as they left Jericho he, that is, Jesus, and his disciples and a great crowd, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road begging..”

Brothers, what do I see there? I see the first obstacle and for many this is a determining and insurmountable obstacle, and it is the obstacle of time. As thus, says the word, at least in the version of the Epistle of Mark, it declares that the Lord left Jericho. Leaving Jericho. What does that say to you? Do you know what that says to me? That the campaign was already over, the evangelist was already on his way to the airport, the musicians were already putting away their instruments and what Jesus was going to do in Jericho, one could conclude, he already did it. He did great things in Jericho in those days. Plunder, he had his encounter with God at that moment, it was on that day that he had it. And one would say, well, the time of the Lord has passed.

By the way, about the role of these obstacles. Brothers, as the pastor declared on December 2, and I highlight brothers, this faith grows in the way that anything worthwhile on this earth grows, and it is through resistance. If you are a college student and want to grow, there is no escaping the pain of studying. God's people who have studied discipleship can say amen. That trying and failing and trying again and going and not giving up, but you go on and on and on and on until your 'C' becomes a 'B' and your 'B' becomes into an 'A-' and you are transformed. And what you receive is much more than just an A in your class. You get the ability to struggle academically and your life is stretched.

If you start an English as a Second Language class, and you give yourself and through thick and thin you make it to that class, or it rains, I'm looking at Sister Elizabeth, because I give glory to God , you are fighters, ¾ of the class arrived last Wednesday still with some tremendous winds and water.

Brothers, why is the course so important? Brothers, it's not because of the class, it's because of you. You are learning to fight. You are learning to overcome all resistance and obstacles.

It's the same in the gym, brothers. Tell me any brother who is now trying to lose the pounds that we were blessed with at Christmas, it's not that easy to melt off, is it? How nice it would be, and brothers, do not be fooled by the pills or the magic rings, none of that will work. By the sweat of your brow, says the Lord, those pounds will fall, by the sweat. It requires, brothers, it is the same principle, the principle of resistance.

And it is through resistance that the Lord stretches our faith, it is the same principle that governs all growth, governs our spiritual growth. In this case, the first obstacle that this man was forced to resist was the obstacle that says to him, 'well, your time has passed. It is too late. Your time for this miracle has passed, and Jesus is leaving, the next time Jesus comes maybe.....'.

I would say that most people who faced this obstacle stayed there. There are so many who stay there, there are so many who say, 'maybe another God can bless you under these situations, but that doesn't apply to me. My case is too advanced, my pain is too deep, this marriage is a hopeless case, my finances are a hopeless case, my health is a hopeless case, it is too late for me. It's too late for me.

Know, brothers, that this is a lie from Satan. One, and two, brothers, the first thing we have to learn from this brother is that when he saw the opportunity to get a miracle, a blessing from the Lord, he fought and he conquered it.

Do you know why? One never knows, and yes, now something of the Pentecostal always comes out in the Pentecostal preacher. You don't know if it's your last chance and in the case of Jericó, it was. You know what? This man was wise because Jesus at least, Jesus never ever returned to Jericho in his earthly ministry.

The word records that when he left Jericho he was on his way to Jerusalem. In the next Chapter he describes the triumphal entry, within a week, Jesus would be crucified, within 40 days he would rise from the grave on the third day and then ascend to heaven. At least on earth, one day he will return in all glory, in all pomp, as king of kings to Jericho, but that evangelist Jesus in the flesh never returned to Jericho. And what if this man had thought, 'Well, next time then. I don't want to bother Jesus right now, I don't want to make a fool of myself.'

Brothers, it's never too late. It is never too late, indeed, declare, I tell you, I declare to you as the psalmist declared, today is the day of salvation. Today, you know about today. We know that the Lord is here today, we know how we declared now that the Lord moves among his people today. We know that there is an anointing to receive grace from the Lord today. We know that the Lord has authority for your life, today, and you are listening to the word of God right now, today. Today is your day. It's today. Is today.

Brothers, when the Lord gives you, when the spirit testifies that it is your day, take advantage of it. And this man, like a good warrior, took advantage of it. That is the first principle, violent faith seizes opportunities. Violent faith is a present faith, ready to take advantage of the opportunities that the Lord gives us.

Second, brothers, violent faith requires vision enough to see beyond the negative reality that surrounds you. In other words, your faith moves from the essential to the violent at the moment you begin to have a vision of what God can do in your life if he only touched you, if only the Lord moved in your favor, if only he only the Lord will remember you and extend his hand and bless you.

You know? This blind man is one of the men... I admire him, because I see him as one of the men with the most vision in the world. How ironic not. A blind man with sight. Why do I say this? In order for him to still cry out to the Lord, it was necessary for him to see the eyes of the spirit, the eyes of the heart of which the Apostle Paul declared, and I brothers, I too, the name of Jesus, I ask the Lord that in this One day he opens the eyes of his understanding and that the name of Jesus the Lord begins to reveal to him what his life could be if only the Lord moved in his favor, what his life could be if only the Lord extended you the miracle that you ask, what can your life be if you received on this day a special endowment of power and faith from the Lord, what can it be? You can imagine what his life would be like. You can imagine what changes God would make, you can imagine how your life could change if only the Lord would visit you.

This man saw it. You know, he had a lot to fight against. What was his reality, his role? It was the blind beggar, imagine that on his business card. The blind beggar His town Jericho, and Jericho had a reputation, my brothers, not a very good one. In each town, brothers, wherever one is, in the nation one is in, what does one do? First, before going to the market or something, one asks oneself, and is it safe around here? And many tell you, they know if the good guest tells you, 'don't go in, pastor, around that corner or that neighborhood, not even, they told us in some countries, not even the police dare to go in there. And Jericho was such a place, that the streets, especially this neighborhood of Jericho, the streets that led in and out of Jericho were populated by thieves and beggars, including Bartimaeus. It was not a very desirable place. That was his people, and his own name, son of Timaeus, son of filth is what that represents in Hebrew, son of filth. Go figure.

Who are you? Oh, I am the son of dung, I am the son of dirt, beggar from Jericho. Nice to greet you. That was his reality. But now when he heard that Jesus was passing by, for him to achieve his blessing he had to see something in his heart that said, 'perhaps God did not make me for this. Maybe this is not my end, maybe this does not represent God's purpose for my life. Maybe I know that I see negative things, I know that I have nothing to recommend, I know that everything is wrong but there is something inside me, I don't understand why, but there is something that the Holy Spirit reveals to me that tells me that it is possible that my life changes, it is possible that things are better, it is possible that if only God visited me everything could change'.

Brothers, ask the Lord for that vision now. In the moments, brothers, that you find yourself trapped, in the moments in which the enemy rises up to depress you, in the moment that the enemy convinces you that your life is a lost cause, know, brothers, that you are surrounded in this For now, around you, this church is populated with lost cases, know, cases, brothers, that when they entered the doors they seemed impossible, marriages impossible to heal, I see them together in the name of Jesus, adoring the Lord, more of one, more than one; alcoholics, hopeless cases, I see them serving in their proper judgment. Furthermore, serving as prophetic voices in their people. Lost cases.

Want a basket case? I see people here who, according to the doctors, don't even have the right to live, with an impossible diagnosis. I see my brothers, Wojtek, who in the name of Jesus is here because he appealed to a much higher and sublime authority than the medical reality that was defining his life.

Brothers, ask the Lord for that vision. Father, how can my life change? And this man knew that his life could change and he also knew that the only answer to change this life was Jesus. And violent faith, also brothers, is based on this. Brothers, it is not by force of your will, it is not because we deserve it, there is a part that we play, and do you know what it is? Cry out to Jesus. That's his part, to appeal to Jesus, to surrender to Jesus and say, 'Jesus, if there's a way out of this mess, it's you.'

Brothers, that's what this man was declaring when he he was shouting at the top of his voice, 'Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me.' Brothers, and even when they told him to shut up, with more drive, with more encouragement, with more energy he shouted even more, oh yes, Jesus, son of David, here I am. Have mercy on me, do not overlook me.

Do you know why he was stating two things? We can learn two things from that cry. First of all, brothers, you don't have to be very eloquent. In this cry Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me, he was declaring all these things at once. He recognized who Jesus was, the Messiah, he recognized his authority, he recognized his mercy, his power, he also recognized that this is not a time to play religion as usual.

Do you need something from the Lord? You need a miracle, you want it, we are serious that the Lord unleash this faith on our lives. You want God to move in your life in a miraculous way, then, brothers, if that is the place where you are, I have a revelation for you, it is no longer time then, if that is your situation, it is not time to play religion As usual, it is not the time to praise the Lord in a casual way.

Brothers, if that is your struggle, it is time to do extraordinary things that maybe make you uncomfortable, maybe humiliate you. But, brothers, it is the time to experience new horizons in the praise and adoration of the Lord, and let the Lord humble us and declare, you know, you are my redeemer, my savior, I am the beggar. I need you, and if for that you have to scream, scream, if for that you have to jump, jump. If for that you have to raise your hands for the first time in your life, I raise my hands. If for that you have to go to the altar for the first time in your life, dare. If for that you have to arrive each night of fasting in prayer, Father, if the first time I sink like Naaman in the waters of the Jordan I do not see healing, I will sink the second time. If the second time I don't see that my skin is like a child's, I sink the third time. If the third time doesn't work, I sink the fourth time. If the fourth time I don't see anything, until I see the miracle, until I see your liberation, I'll keep shouting 'have mercy on me'.

Forget what is around you, your customs, what you learned. Look, Lord, one of the purposes of the Lord with this is to reduce your religion to a simple thing that depends on a relationship between your Heavenly Father who loves you and wants to bless you and a son who needs him in everything and for everything. And the Lord is reducing our religion to that reality.

And, brothers, here he declares that many rebuked him to keep quiet, in verse 48. Brothers, part of this process, do not be surprised, if you receive resistance. These people who were around him, instead of encouraging him, what they did was tell him, 'Shut up, you're making a fool of yourself...'

Brother who is listening to me from wherever you are, in your church in whatever tradition it is, the moment your pastor over there hears you saying, 'Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me,' he may want to throw you out of the church, then find yourself a church where half the church is crying out for that manner. Don't be sorry.

Brothers, people and circumstances will take you from your place. You arrived, you had an encounter with God, I have seen many cases like this. We had a genuine encounter with the spirit of God but he gets into the same car, with a tire almost falling off the car, they go to the same apartment and this time they see a note from the owner that there are certain days left for the rent, he goes and go inside and find the same war. And you will say, 'and where is that Jesus?

Brothers, there are circumstances that will remind you of your place. There are circumstances that will remind you that you are the beggar on the road and they will tell you that you do not have the right to expect anything from the Lord; that will remind you of the futility of expecting something good from the Lord. Brothers, you know what? I prescribe to you, brothers, the attitude of this blind man. Seek the Lord even more eagerly.

Brothers, this is not about you, this is about him, this is about the giver of miracles. Brothers, in whatever way you find, brothers, at that moment you open the door of your apartment today, this afternoon, or you arrive at that job or you arrive wherever you arrive, wherever your battlefield is and brothers , proactively declare over and over again out loud, if necessary, 'Lord you are good, you are good, you are good. I await your reward. I look for you because I know that you exist and I expect your reward from you. You are good and your mercy endures forever.'

Brothers, that was the most powerful weapon the people of Israel had. The ark of the covenant, brethren, was not their hope. Israel's powerful weapon was praise. A strange army, with a battalion of priests in the forefront, ahead with banners declaring their general to be the lion of the tribe of Judah, with yophares, blowing trumpets and soldiers, it is supposed, declaring with every step 'blessed be Jehovah'. that his mercy is good and forever. Blessed be Jehovah.

Brother, that's your weapon too. That is your weapon too. And you know what? The Lord listens to you. Just as the Lord stopped, says the word of the Lord, "... then Jesus, stopping, ordered to call him, they called the blind man saying, 'Have confidence, get up, he calls you...'.

Brothers, see how they change their tone. ‘...Have confidence, it calls you. He then, throwing off his cloak, got up and came to Jesus..'

Brothers, focus on him. Sooner or later, the first thing you are going to do is the Lord, even before healing you, even before bringing you the blessing that you are looking for, he is going to admit you to his presence. The Lord will ask for an audience with you, he will recognize you in the crowd, he will call you by name, he will point you out and seek intimacy with you. Among all that crowd, that man for Jesus was special. That man for Jesus was.... indeed, why? That man stopped, not in the criticism that was around him, he did not allow himself to be influenced by them, he did not allow himself to be influenced by his negative circumstances, but something of the word of the Lord resonated in him and he heard those sublime promises that declared, 'you know what? The word declares, 'Call to me, and I will answer you and teach you great things that you do not know.' That applies to me.

He declared, as the word of the Lord declared, whoever comes near me, I will never, ever drive him out. Stand on those promises. Don't listen to criticism, don't listen to circumstances, listen to the promises of the Lord. Fill yourself with the promises of the Lord, live crying out and standing on the promises of the Lord.

Then the Lord asks him a question that seems a little, isn't this obvious? Jesus answered, he said, “...what do you want me to do for you?...”

How would you respond? Hello, Jesus.... Hello, who is the blind man here? Jesus, you.... I... isn't it obvious Lord what I need? You know, brothers, I see two things here. The first thing I see is this: the Lord loves that we begin to pronounce with our lips the change that we desire from God. ‘Lord, I know what Mecha says it was, but in the name of Jesus I ask Father that you take control of my finances in the name of Jesus. Father, you see that boy, you see that rebellious son, Lord, you have not finished with him, in the name of Jesus I commend him to you, Master. Heal him, heal his mind. I declare a young man, Father, I declare a young man who loves you, who will grow in your presence. Lord, I know what I... this is the diagnosis the doctor gave me, what do you think, Jesus? Heal me.

That you begin to confess, indeed, write it down, brother, write the vision you just declared, what change do you want from the Lord? Put it there. Lord my wife and I have not even spoken in five years, but I declare in the name of Jesus that you will unite us again, that you will heal every wound...'

Brothers, the Lord is great and the Lord is gentle and when all this crowd was telling this man to shut up, Jesus was the only one who paid attention and bothered to hear it. The Lord takes you seriously. The Lord loves to hear your need. Perhaps it was the first time in this man's life that someone asked him what he wanted. The Lord respects your dignity because you are his creature and he has purposes with you.

The word declares, 'Lord, I want to recover my sight, Master...'

And that makes me understand that this man was perhaps a seer, there was a time when What this man saw. Maybe you are here for that very reason. Perhaps you remember a time when you saw better. Perhaps you remember a time where God moved perhaps with more power in your life. Perhaps you are here because you are being animated by memories of a past and you will think that perhaps your time has passed for you too.

Brothers, God restored this man's sight, but you know what? God's plans were bigger than that, and it is so for you. The Lord not only restored this man's sight, but do you know what the word declares? He declares that this man followed him on the road.

Let's stand up and I ask the musicians to join me. Now listen to this, brethren, because this is the point that I think is most important for us to receive. You know what you want from your God, you know the miracle you want from your God, but you know what? For God, your need, your request, your prayer, your struggle for him, is merely the prelude to something even greater that God has for you. And the thing is this brothers, it is impossible for you to see this now in our nature.

Brothers, it is impossible for us to see the glory that is for us, but when the Lord sees you, when he sees your brother who is around, when he sees even the first time he arrives and arrives that man, and God only knows what he has been through, the Lord sees that man, sees that woman and he sees gold, gold locked up in a coal mine, and it is his life.

And when God sees your life, perhaps the mirror tells you that you are coal, but within you the Lord sees a treasure. And the Lord has a glory reserved for you. Says the word that eye has not seen, ear has not heard, heart has not contemplated what God has prepared for those who love him. God's purpose for your life is far beyond merely opening your eyes and recovering your sight and giving you the blessing you seek.

The word says that he followed Jesus on the road, how far did he walk? I know that this is a projection on my part, allow me. But the Lord was on his way to Jerusalem at that time. What awaited Jesus at that moment was the triumphal entry and the word says that in Jerusalem, at the gates of Jerusalem, there were some madmen who shouted at the top of their voices, 'This is the Son of God, blessed is he who comes in the name of God. Hosanna, hosanna, to the Son of David...'

You know what? My brothers, I am convinced that one of the people who yelled the most that day was that man. Brothers, I imagine that man in that crowd, the Lord moved him from a street lost like a carpet to one who was a herald of the glory of God, an announcer of the triumphal entry.

Brothers, it is incomparable. The Apostle Paul says that we can never... we can never reconcile our struggles with the glory to come. Brothers, God is working something in you. God is doing something great in you and your process of pain and search and struggle is part of his process of glorifying his name in you.

Brothers, what you are in the eyes of the Lord is indescribably beautiful and resplendent. And the name of Jesus God wants to unleash that glory, that power, that beauty, that energy, that potential that is in you and that it explodes on this city, on this church, on your family, you are a spiritual nuclear bomb about to explode . God knows the combination to the explosive that is inside of you. Satan fears you in the hands of a mighty God exercising mighty faith because he knows he doesn't even have the authority to stop you at the gates of hell.

The Kingdom of God is advancing, the Kingdom of God is advancing. Miracle after miracle, transformation after transformation, life after life, it goes on. With each glory to God that we raise to the Lord, with each 'Christ healed me', that we cry out to the Lord, with each Jesus is my redeemer and I will wait for him and I will not get tired, with each act of faith, Satan loses authority over your life, about this church, about this region. Hallelujah!

Father, we want what we have asked of you, but we want more, Master. We want more. Father, we have heard your voice, we have heard your invitation and we know that your cross touches our reality, Lord we recognize that you are here as we declared now, that your presence is powerful and we say, Lord, open our eyes, open our eyes. Father, that we can see the work that you have begun in us, that we can see, Lord, the purpose for which you have created us, that we can discern, Master, what it is that you want along with us. And Lord, we do need you. Father, your people need miracles and in the name of Jesus I ask, Father, that you give us a special endowment of faith.

Father, I declare, Lord, that your people are ready to receive, Lord, the necessary anointing to have the freedom that they long for, to have the healing that they long for, to have the victory that we long for, Master, but beyond that, Father, fulfill your purposes in your people, Lord.

Father, do with us what you want Master and use us, use us, Father, use us to shame Satan, use us, Master, to open the doors of the prison, the doors of heaven, to bring out captives , Lord, holy, use us Lord to advance your Kingdom. Glorify yourself, glorify yourself, Master in the name of Jesus. Give glory to God. Give glory to God. Give glory to God. Give glory to God.
