Summary: The purpose of these sermons is to encourage a mentality of faith and to understand that the Christian life is navigated with the power of the Holy Spirit and the gifts that God provides. The gifts are given for profit, or blessing, and are necessary for the Christian life. The gift of wisdom is a supernatural provision of practical knowledge for any situation in life. The gift of knowledge is an endowment of specific knowledge about something that is not normally accessible. The gift of faith is central and necessary to maneuver in other gifts. The gifts of healings are given to some believers who move in a gift of healing, but healing is not always manifested for various reasons. We live in a mysterious world and must trust in God's sovereignty.

The speaker believes that healing is not given sometimes due to obstacles that we put up ourselves, such as a lack of faith or immaturity. He believes that God wants his church to increase their level of collective faith so that the gifts of healing can be manifested with fluidity, frequency, power, and magnitude. He also believes that healing can manifest in different dimensions, such as emotionally, physically, and from demonic oppression. The power of God to heal knows no limits or barriers, and the speaker encourages cultivating a sense of faith in our lives.

The power of God to heal has no limits and is important for manifesting grace, strengthening the claims that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and helping the church in its evangelistic activity. The church needs the gifts of healing to be manifested so that the Kingdom of God can be preached effectively. The gift of healing is a direct attack against the kingdom of darkness and is like a representation card of the legitimacy of the Kingdom of God. The gifts of healing and miracles work in concert with each other and have many different purposes, including spiritual warfare and evangelism. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are necessary for the church to break the confinement in society and to evangelize effectively. The purpose of the gifts is to help people understand that the God of Israel is the only God and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We must ask God for more power, more of His glory, and more of His gifts of healing.

The Christian life is a life of power, healing, miracles, and victory over evil. We must ask for more of God's power and glory in our lives. The Gospel is not just words, but the power of God. God calls us to be conquerors, healers, and to free the captives of the devil. We must activate the power of God within us and receive a fresh endowment of God's power. We are victorious in the Holy Spirit and can win in every situation. We declare that God is powerful, faithful, and our healer, and we ask for His healing power to be poured out on His church.

The purpose of these sermons is to raise in us a mentality of faith, a supernatural mentality, so that we can understand that the Christian life is a life that is walked in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Christian life is not just a routine life where you navigate a lot of words and theological concepts and mechanical teachings. The Christian life is a life that is navigated with the power of the Holy Spirit, with the gifts that God provides to give us victory in all situations that we may encounter.

And that is ultimately the central purpose of all these teachings that we have been giving and sharing. We have talked about the Holy Spirit and the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the need to be filled with the Holy Spirit, the need to not depend on the routine, just come to church just to have the tire re-inflated that is a bit tired. for the week and we return again to... No, the life of the Christian is a life that is nourished by an interior source.

“... rivers of living water will flow from within us...”

That is the presence of the Holy Spirit and we have to ask the Lord to baptize us, to fill with your Holy Spirit. Brothers, I encourage each one of you, from the newest to the oldest in the Gospel, to understand that, that we have to continually go before the Lord so that he may baptize us with his spirit. That is an experience.

There is a baptism that is initial, it is a baptism that opens the connection with the Holy Spirit and that fills us, but after that we have to go repeatedly for fresh fillings of the Holy Spirit, continuously.

The word of the Lord says, "... Be filled with the Holy Spirit..." that is, it is something continuous. Be filled with the Holy Spirit continually. And one of the things that the Holy Spirit does is he provides us with gifts specifically. Gifts means gifts, supernatural provisions so that we can walk the Christian life successfully. And I was preaching in the last interventions that I made based on Chapter 12 of First Corinthians, where the Apostle Paul talks about the different gifts or gifts, or provisions of power that the son of God receives for the tasks that have been assigned to him. , that the church has received to carry out the tasks that God has given it.

First Corinthians 12, verse 7 says: "... but to each one, to each one is given the manifestation of the spirit..."

Remember that always, to each one, it is not one here, and another there, the most beautiful, the oldest, the most consecrated. I believe that God gives each potential a gift of his Holy Spirit. You have a gift in your life. You have a provision of God's grace, you have a manifestation of God's power that can be used for something God wants to do and for your own benefit as well.

“.....To each one is given the manifestation of the spirit for what? for profit....”

I'm going to talk a little more about that. Notice that for what are the manifestations of the spirit of God given? For profit. In other words, for whatever is necessary, for the blessing of the person, or for the blessing of the church, or for a constructive purpose.

You have heard many times over there people say that the gifts are no longer in manifestation because the time of the first century has already passed, before the New Testament was written, before the canon was closed and all these things. This doctrine is called cessationism, that the gifts have already ceased. And there are many very pious evangelicals who love the Lord very much, who say that the gifts are no longer in function because it is no longer necessary because the need for the gifts was for when before the church finished writing the Bible, the New Testament and the old one that was already written above.

I don't see that. Here it says that the gifts are given for profit, that is, for blessing and that need for blessing has never ended, we will always need some kind of profit from God. Amen. So the gifts are going to function because God gave them for the benefit and for other tasks and other purposes that we are going to see later.

Then he says "....because the word of wisdom is given to him by the spirit...."

We already talked about the gift of wisdom, I say that the gift of wisdom is a provision and you can see that sermon and listen to it, it is a provision for situations, it is a supernatural provision of practical knowledge, of practical wisdom for any situation in life. We are talking about the wise Solomon who received wisdom for certain things.

Jesus, when they tell him, whose coin is this, to get him into trouble, he says, 'well, what side of the coin is it?' 'Caesar's', 'well, then give it to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's..." and in this way he very wisely avoided the trap they were setting for him.

Wisdom, God has wisdom for you to navigate any situation in life. The Apostle James says, "If anyone lacks wisdom, ask God who gives abundantly and without reproach..."

We can receive a portion of wisdom for a specific situation. Now, there are people, I believe, that God has endowed with a supernatural gift of wisdom to give advice, to resolve situations. That person walks in a gift of wisdom and those people have always been through the church, they have been very gifted people to bless the church, and they receive that infusion of practical wisdom to help people, to help the church. It is a special gift.

But it can also manifest in your life in certain situations. You can receive a word of wisdom for a specific situation.

Word of science or in the original Greek is knowledge, and I said, there are many different ones.... I come back again, go to the sermon on the gift of knowledge. To my knowledge, and to many other people I've read, the thing that convinces me the most, the most convincing interpretation is that it's a situation-specific gift.... that is, it can be technical knowledge, it can be administrative knowledge, it can be Knowledge like the one Daniel had, for example, revelation knowledge, but also administrative knowledge. Daniel had both. The gift that Joseph received, I believe, was a gift of knowledge to manage the finances and the economy of Egypt. The gift that Neemiah received, was a gift that I believe was knowledge to help Jerusalem rebuild its walls and to handle a very difficult situation and how to deal with the king and all things.

The gift that Besaleel and Oholiab received to design the tabernacle, God gave him gifts of design, gifts of colors, gifts of fabrics, gifts of craftsmanship, gifts of architectural design, I imagine, all those gifts, knowledge.... are people who walk...

I think there are also gifts of knowledge that are manifested in terms of people who can think in a very deep, theologically developed way. All this is.... gnoseos is the word, of knowledge.

In my opinion that's what it means. Some people believe that it means, the gift of knowledge is that you know something that is not normally accessible to the human mind, for example, when Pedro knows that Ananias and Sapphiras have not given all the money from the inheritance that they have sold, that they say they have given. That can also be a gift of knowledge, but it is again, it is an endowment of specific knowledge about something that is not normally accessible. That may also be it, right?

Everything that has to do with supernatural apprehension of the reality that we live, all that can be a gift of knowledge.

We are talking about the gift of faith, which is the gift that for me is the central gift, without that gift you cannot maneuver, I believe, in the other gifts. Abraham had that gift when he started walking because God told him to 'leave your land and your relatives'.

Look there in Chapter 11 of Hebrews, all those heroes of faith. And by the way, it is interesting that there in the count of the heroes of the faith, people, men and women who had faith, there are two types of people there. There are some whose faith brought them great victories, they parted the sea, raised their dead, shut lions' mouths, defeated great armies, felled giants like David, but it also says that there were others who walked the world wandering the earth, fleeing , being stoned, suffering different types... he says, of which the world was not worthy.

Remember something, that faith is not only... a person who has faith is not only a person who is always victorious and who always heads demons. Sometimes it takes faith to believe that God is good even in the midst of difficult situations.

Job had tremendous faith, because even when everything seemed to deny God's love and consistency and faithfulness in his life, he persisted in believing that God was good and had a purpose for him. And so he overcame his faith and put the devil to shame and glorified God, and finally received God's blessing. Because faith is a process. You see?

That is, there is a lot in the Pentecostal charismatic world that we have the bad habit of only glorifying faith when it manifests itself in a positive, luminous, victorious, easy way, but we often do not understand that God also chooses painful processes and dark so that faith can also be manifested. Amen, do you understand? That is to say, what faith many times, you stand firm, as the Book of Ephesians says, ".... and having passed the bad day stand firm...." like the Roman soldier who stood at his post and even if it happened Whatever happened, he stayed in his position, and all the enemy's arrows were shot at him, and when it was all over he was in the same place at the beginning, defending his post.

So that's faith too. And as I said, the charismatic Pentecostal world often does not know how to handle the complexity of what faith is and that is why we are sometimes so superficial and even so weak, many times when dealing with the complexity of the life of the spirit.

So, we have gifts of wisdom, gifts of knowledge, gifts of faith, and now here in verse 9 another gift is mentioned, it says:

“... to some he gave them the gift of faith by the same spirit, and to another charismáta and amaton gifts of healing....”

How many dare to pronounce that? Charismato and amaton, which means, charismata, charisma is a gift, charismata, gifts, is the neuter, a plural neuter gender, gifts of healings.

That is, there are believers, there are people, there are figures in the life of the church who again move in a gift of healing. They have that specialty so to speak. They have received the gift of healing. It doesn't mean that every time you pray for a person, that person is healed because I don't believe there are such things as perfectly manifested gifts. The gifts are so complex that sometimes there are situations that we do not understand why the gift did not manifest.

I was speaking this week with some dear brothers from another North American church. I have known them for many years and in their church there is a beautiful man of God who has terminal cancer. And this man has received words, with these two brothers of mine, friends in front of healing, that God is going to heal him, from very powerful ministries here nationally known, however, he continues to decline, his situation declining.

Now, I tell them, because these two people are learning to move in the gifts now. They have come out of their narrowly evangelical world and are entering the more powerful charismatic Pentecostal world. And I tell them, they ask me, 'well, and why isn't he being healed, and why if God wants him to be healed, and if they said he was going to be healed, why?' , 'Brothers, there are mysteries that we cannot understand, who knows if God wants him to be healed, but there are other things that are taking place, there are struggles, perhaps there are things in himself, perhaps there are controversies between God and the devil that they are trying to solve. There are mysteries that we do not understand. Ah, but then it is that God can desire something and not give it.

If God is sovereign, why doesn't he give what God wants? Look, there it is when Jesus went to his native village it says that he prayed, but he could only heal some, because there was little faith in the environment. So, the Lord wanted to heal but there was no faith. Sometimes there is no faith, sometimes there is sin, sometimes there are other things that have to be worked out first before healing is given. There are times when God wants to work, as we said in the case of King Joash, Elisha tells him, 'strike the earth, take a group of arrows in your hand, strike the earth. He only hits her three times, and Elisha tells him, if you had hit her 4, 5 times you would have completely destroyed the Syrians until there were none left. God wanted to give victory to that king over his greatest enemy but there was no faith in him, and that is why it did not happen.

There are many reasons why healing is not given sometimes. And we live in a mysterious world, but there are people who pray and have, statistically, a much higher number of successes in healing. I believe that a Yiye Ávila, for example, no one with good intentions can deny that this man God has used him greatly throughout history to perform great miracles in his life.

A Puerto Rican jibarita who I don't think knows anything about Cervantina's grammar, but is a man filled with the Holy Spirit, a weight lifter, former baseball player but who has a gift of healing. Now, it does not mean that every time he prays people are healed.

Benny Hinn I think he has a very powerful gift of healing, with all his problems and his terrible mistakes, and all his things, I know, from my own experience and from people that I have seen that in that man there is a healing power. What happens now? Many times we complicate things and by our own defects we impoverish the gift of God.

I believe that God would like his gift of healing to be manifested in very, very powerful ways, but we ourselves often put up obstacles, and there is immaturity in God's people, there is a lack of faith and all these Things prevent the gifts of healing that God wants to give in the lives of his children from manifesting with the fluidity, the frequency and the power and the magnitude in which he wants them to manifest.

That is why we have to ask him, 'Lord, help your church to increase its level of collective faith more and more each day, because I believe that the collective faith of the people of God helps a lot. When a church like ours can continue to grow, because there are different measures of faith here. If I look around, one can see, there are different measures of faith. Some people give faith to dare to do many things in the spirit, and dare to give to the Lord and surrender to the Lord and serve him. There are others that are still very short.

I believe there is a net measure of faith. God takes the faith of all of us in our lives and there is a covering of faith that is established over a congregation. I ask the Lord, Father, help us each day to increase more and more our level of collective faith as a church so that the gifts and manifestations of your power that you want to be given can be given here.

For this reason, brothers, each one of us is responsible for what is given. We don't understand that many times but with our life, with our actions we impoverish or enrich the level of our church.

What are you? Are you a drag or are you a blessing to your church? Amen. Are you giving, are you carrying weight or are you your weight? That's a legitimate question, brothers, it's not that I'm in a bad mood, I had a good breakfast this morning, I assure you. But it's a reality, I don't do my brothers any good if I don't ask them difficult and diagnostic questions.

Where are you in your measure of walking with the Lord so that your church has the coverage it needs so that the manifestations of God's power that God wants to be given can be given? That is what God wants to do in all of New England. New England is a region of churches that are in decline, many pious churches but that deny the power of God and that believe that the gifts are for another time and what interests them is to come to a service of one hour and 10 minutes, and Woe to the pastor if he goes over 20 minutes in his sermon. They would fire me immediately, brothers.

And so they want and are asking, revival, Lord, that we don't see souls being saved, that we don't see your blessing... Hey, if you would take the time to cry out to the Lord, if you would open your heart to the manifestations of God, if you gave the Lord the keys of your temple, God could then do something, but we say, 'Lord, if you are going to do something, do it within the hour and ten minutes that we give you, And please don't go too far because I have to go to lunch and I have my reservation at the restaurant and they cancel it if you go too far. How will the power of God be manifested?

I believe that there is a collective faith that is created when all the people of God intertwine their prayers. It is created as a network of power and I believe that the network that exists over this region is a network of finite and weak threads and there are a number of spaces that are completely open and everything bad gets in there and all the good also escapes. . And we have to ask Him, 'Lord, raise the level of faith in all of New England so that the healings that You want to be given can be given. Raise the level of faith in our life. Do your works in our life also so that what you want to do through my life and in my situation can also happen because all of us God can use us so that miracles and healings can be done in our lives too.

You don't have to be Benny Hinn or Yiye Ávila for God to use you in healing in your life as well. You can pray for many people and God can do powerful things in your life too. God wants a people who can move in the power of healing. That's not over. Healing is important because no matter how far science progresses, there will always be a need for special healings from God. Science has not yet been able to cure all the cancers there are. Science has not yet been able to ensure that every woman who is sterile can have a baby. Science hasn't found a cure for down syndrome, mental retardation or certain heart or neurological conditions or whatever, and it will take the power of God to bring about those healings and God is needing and wanting but not finding many times those vessels that he can use to channel his power here on earth.

The word says "... I looked for someone who would make a gap between myself, my condemnation and the people and who would save the people and I did not find him...."

God is looking many times for ways for him to enter the land and do what he wants to do but he does not find a prepared church. It does not find us as we have to be prepared. Many times then he has to start preparing us and he has to start digging and destroying and undoing and putting in the trapiche so that the man, the woman of God can be prepared for what God wants to do.

That's another thing, if you want to be used by God in supernatural works, there is a price to pay in your own life. God is going to have to crucify you, God is going to have to do things in your life, God is going to have to break everything that is not his, because to whom much is given, much is required. And if we want to be vessels used by God we have to be willing to be crucified by God, we have to be willing to pay the price.

There are many churches that want the power of God but are not willing to give up their routine, their preference, their schedules, their theology and a number of things, and so they say, no, it's not like that, I first have to prepare my glass, I have to prepare my vessel so that my power can manifest itself in him or her.

Healing, those gifts of healing that God wants to give in our lives, how do they manifest themselves, for example? They sometimes manifest themselves in very complex forms. Look, there are some gifts there, healings and miracles. He says, after healings come miracles, these two gifts, in my opinion, are often very difficult to separate because they are sometimes very linked.

Now, I would say that .... for example, a clear manifestation of healing: when the Lord prays, for example, for a man blind from birth and the Lord prays for that blind man, there is a difficulty, he puts the first prayer and the blind man sees, he says that he sees men as if they were trees. He doesn't see clearly, but then the Lord prays for him again and the miracle is affirmed, and then he can see clearly. An intervention there, healing on a sick body.

Another, the deaf-mute, the Lord says that they bring him a deaf-mute and he sticks his fingers in his ears and I don't know... because sometimes miracles are so many that one gets confused, puts the tip of... puts saliva on his tongue and opens... and says, 'open' and opens his ears, 'groans' says 'and opens', and the deaf's ears are uncovered and he can speak because there is a specific healing there.

That is healing like that, in its clearest, purest form. There is nothing else. There is a direct intervention of Jesus, a request or an order, a word of authority and that person is healed immediately.

Now look at how complex healing is. There are times when it is more than that. For example, in the case of the woman who is bent over for many years of her life, she walks totally bent over and the Lord prays for her and there is a spirit there that is rebuked. And the Lord then says, 'this woman is a daughter of Abraham and has been oppressed by the devil, I think it was 18 years or something.' So there was a spirit there. There is also a deaf spirit that the Lord rebukes.

Many times healings or illnesses are not only of purely physical origin. Sometimes it takes... power to rebuke a demon. Sometimes illnesses have demonic origins. Sometimes it can be something purely hormonal. It can be something purely physical and then in that case it is a purely healing work, but on many occasions the disease can have a demonic origin and then there is also a spiritual intervention that must be done for healing to occur.

And then many times the gift of knowledge also has to intervene and we could say, where a revelation from God has to come, from the person who is going to intervene so that they can also pray so that the The origin of the physical illness is detected and can be neutralized so that healing can occur.

You remember the case of the paralytic who came down through the roof and the Lord said, 'son, your sins are forgiven.' And the Pharisees who are around get offended and say 'well, now they're going to see too, which is easier, one thing or the other. Take your bed and go. And then comes a physical healing as well. There were both things: in one case, the Lord healed a sick person and told him, "Go and be careful that something worse doesn't happen to you, behave well from now on", because perhaps there was a sin that was behind that disease.

There are many things, there are many mysteries, right? but people are needed who have the power of God in their life to be able to channel the energy of God who wants to heal people. The Lord Jesus Christ was the most eloquent manifestation of all regarding healing.

Look, in Chapter 4 of Luke, verse 18, the Lord says speaking of himself, "... the spirit of the Lord is upon me, prophecies of Isaiah, because he has anointed me to give good news to the poor, he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and sight to the blind, to set the oppressed free, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord..."

Notice one thing that the gift of healing can manifest in different dimensions. God can heal emotionally. God can heal physically, what's more, I think there is an allusion here, a reference to the fact that God can heal from demonic oppression as well. Many times as I say, physical healing is linked to demonic issues, not always, but many times and the Lord says, 'God has anointed me to heal whatever, any type of situation.'

He The Lord had that power, he was filled with the Holy Spirit and we have to ask the Lord, 'Father, also make me a manifestation of your power in all the dimensions that are necessary.

There is another passage that I am looking for here where healing is also given, we see how the Lord can heal any type of disease. Look at Matthew 4:23, it says,

“....and Jesus went through all Galilee teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom and healing all sickness and all sickness among the people... .”

Healing all sickness and disease in the town. The Lord had power to heal any disease, any ailment that might come his way.

“...And his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought him all who had diseases, those afflicted with various diseases and torments, the demon-possessed, lunatics and paralytics, and he healed them... .”

You know, brothers, what encourages me is that the power of God to heal knows no limits, knows no barriers. That is why I tell you that we have to cultivate more and more each day that sense of faith in our lives, that God can intervene, the Christ who healed every disease, every ailment, can also intervene in any situation in my life. or in the life of someone, for whom I pray.

There are people who say, well, I'm going to pray to the Lord to heal me from a headache because that's why I take two aspirin. Well, look, take the aspirin and also pray to the Lord to heal your headache, or pray first and I believe that one should always be praying in any situation, one should pray in season and out of season. One must practice the gift of healing. One should practice the habit of always praying for people who need prayer. Pray to them, bless them, ask the Lord to work in their life because that is part of what God wants you to do.

Healing is important because it is a way to manifest grace, to strengthen the claims that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, to help the church in its evangelistic activity. All of these things are involved in the healings and miracles that God wants his people to do.

If you look here in this passage that I just read, you see that as the Lord heals... he says, "...preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom and healing all sickness.... ”

The church needs the gifts of healing to be manifested so that the Kingdom of God can be preached effectively. That is why we cannot say, ah, the gifts are over, because there is still a need for the preaching of the Gospel to be accompanied by healings that empower and strengthen and support the validity, the legitimacy of the Gospel. That is one of the purposes of the gifts, is to show that Jesus is who he says he is. And that is why we cannot simply settle for a church that moves in the natural plane, where there is no...

We have to keep insisting, 'Lord, give us those gifts, manifest those gifts in our midst'. We have to always be restless because it is needed so that the Gospel of the Kingdom can continue forward.

You know another reason why you need the gift of healing? Because the gift of healing is like a direct attack against the kingdom of darkness. Here I think it is no coincidence that he says that he was preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom. In the Scriptures, the concept of the Kingdom of God is a concept of war. The Kingdom of God is advancing against the kingdom of darkness and when the Kingdom of God is spoken of it is like an army that is advancing, it is a conquering power that is advancing. And so God's healing miracles are an expression that God is more powerful than Satan, that the Kingdom of Light is more powerful than the kingdom of darkness.

So we always have to pray for healing and ask the Lord to endow us with his power, and fast and seek the face of the Lord so that the gifts of healing are manifested in our lives so that the Kingdom of God may advance and may conquer. The gift of healing is very important to evangelism so that the Kingdom of God can be advanced.

What happens when the Lord heals all sickness and disease? He says that his fame spread throughout Syria. Go? It's like a representation card. One of the most powerful ways one can express the legitimacy of the Kingdom of God is by manifesting the healing works of Jesus Christ. And that is one way that the Gospel begins to spread and God still wants to give the church that capacity to do it.

Look in verse 25 of that same passage, it says, "... and many people followed them from Galilee, from Decapolis, from Jerusalem, from Judea and from the other side of the Jordan..."

When there are those gifts of healing, people immediately flock. So the church has to take them, disciple them, instruct them, teach them and strengthen them, because the gift of healing, the gift of miracles, is simply a gift to grab people's attention. And it is unfortunately many times, the churches, by the way, are satisfied only with that, bringing people to the church, because there was a demonstration, there was a revival but then they do not disciple them, they do not consolidate them, they do not teach them, and then What happens is that there are simply superficial Christians, superficial churches, where there is a lot of power but little spiritual depth, little spiritual knowledge.

You have to do both. The gifts simply capture people's attention but after that you have to consolidate, you have to teach, you have to instruct, you have to create mature Christians.

Let me give you another example and I'm going to stick mostly to the gift of healing, and then the one of miracles I'm going to leave for later so it's clear how these gifts work in concert with each other. But also what are the purposes of these gifts.

Do you remember the case of Naaman, the Syrian, in the Old Testament in the ministry of Elisha? Naaman was a tremendously illustrious general, a man with a lot of prestige. He had won many battles and had great prestige before the king of Syria, but he had a serious problem: he was a leper. And in the Old Testament and also in the New Testament, a person with leprosy was unfortunately an outcast, a completely marginalized person. Leprosy is a terrible thing, it is physically unpleasant to see, it creates deformities in the skin and sometimes deformities in people's limbs. It is a very terrible neurological problem with very serious consequences. And this great man, a man of dignity, a man of courage, a man of great distinction, was a leper. And the king of that country, the enemy of Israel, sends the king of Israel to heal this man because he knew that there was power in Israel.

But unfortunately the king of Israel was not a man who knew the power of God. As today many times people come to our churches, sometimes ours included and people come looking for, ok, I read that there is power, and that this and that and I heard a message on television.... and what happens? They do not find the manifestations of God's power that they need.

And the king of Israel tears his dress, complains before God and Elisha listens to what is happening and sends a message to the king, he says, 'King, send him to me and I will resolve your situation.

How good it is when the power of God is in a person. How good when the gift of healing, the gift of miracles that were those gifts in the prophet Elisha moving is. That's why the church is the place, brethren, where people must come to receive healing for their situations. And we have to say to the Lord, 'Father, have mercy on us because we are in affront and we need you to remove the shame from your people, because they bring people to us and there are no manifestations of your gifts as there should be.'

And Naaman comes to where Elisha and Elisha prophetically, look there were several gifts working in Elisha. There was the prophetic gift, there was the gift of miracles, and there was the gift of healing and there was also an evangelistic purpose and there was even a spiritual warfare purpose involved in all of this.

Because, I mean, sometimes in situations there are different gifts that are moving and they have to move in concert with each other. When Elisha tells Naaman, 'go and wash', what's more, he doesn't even tell him directly, but instead sends his servant to tell him to go to the Jordan River and wash 7 times, and Naaman gets upset.

Look, what's more, I believe that the gift of knowledge and revelation was also working in Elisha because Elisha knew that this man came with a lot of pride and with a lot of demand that he be healed because he was the general so and so and it had to be done like this. And then Elisha sends him to humble himself, he doesn't receive him personally as he should have done and he sends him to wash in a river over there, which is very ugly inclusive, and for that reason Naaman gets upset.

That is, when God wants to do something, brothers, God uses his supernatural gifts. I believe that at this time in history I do not see any other way, brothers, that the church can break the confinement that exists today in society. Today as never before the church needs the gifts of the Holy Spirit manifesting itself, as never before. I am clear that if the church continues as it is, the world will continue to go from bad to worse and further and further away from God. And I believe that God wants to stop that. God wants to give his power to the church to be able to deal with people like Naaman.

God was there, even fighting at the level of nations because this man was directly related to the king, he was a powerful representative of another nation. And God wanted to send an evangelistic message to that nation as well. And God wanted to show that the God of Israel was the true God, instead of the God of Syria.

And all of that is implied there. There was spiritual warfare too. You see? In the gifts there are many different issues that are being handled together, that's why we can't differentiate, ah, this is the gift of this, this is the gift of that. It is the spirit of God that is only one manifesting in different ways, different pipes coming out according to need and sometimes there will be a need for 3 or 4 gifts working in concert for something to happen at that moment and then others in another situation. But it is the same Holy Spirit moving in different ways, as the Apostle Paul says.

So, Elisha sends the general to go and wash himself and he is already humiliating him, he is already working with that part that the Holy Spirit has told him that this man needs to experience brokenness, humiliation. And then there's the gift of miracles there, because he tells her, 'when you enter the river 7 times...'

The river itself has no power, but something miraculous has been released. It is also one of prophecy, a prophetic word that he has given. When you do that, the river will magically become a source of healing for you. There the gift of miracles is working and the prophetic word is also speaking, which when pronounced in the Holy Spirit makes the world conform to the word that the prophet gave. It is the prophetic word, it is a word that unleashes, it is a word that forms, it is a word that creates, it is a word that releases certain things. That is the prophecy that we are going to talk about later as well.

And then all those gifts expressing themselves there and when Naaman obeys what he was told, then he comes back and says, 'his skin perfectly healed.' There's the gift of healing manifesting itself perfectly too.

And then, what is the purpose of all that? What does Naaman do when he returns? He says, now I know that the God of Israel is the only God, because the gifts are given, one of the most powerful purposes of the gifts is to evangelize, it is for people to understand.

How are we going to get into the minds of people in universities corrupted in their minds with human intellect, armed with arguments that can neutralize whatever arguments the church may offer them verbally for saying that Jesus Christ is the Son of God? . They already have twenty thousand arguments that are powerful, including supernatural arguments, because today they can also believe in the power of the mind at the most powerful level, they can believe that they are other mysterious energies, other dimensions of nature or whatever. Modern man has arguments for everything that we can shoot at him. The only thing they cannot argue is when they see the power of God manifested in their life, when they have a marriage problem, or when they have a situation of illness, or when they have an emotional and mental illness and through the power of God they experience the God's healing power in their lives, that neutralizes all the arrogance that has been and will be. Because the human being is still a human being and when he experiences the power of God in his life he has to lower his head, brothers, unless he is not a pervert. And if he is a pervert then he must go to hell. But if he is a normal person he will react in a positive way and he will recognize that God is God, that is why we have to ask 'Lord, help us, activate your power in our lives and help us to flow more and more in the supernatural power. that you want us to have.

When Naaman returns, he is already a soft little lamb. He is not the same arrogant man who came in to see Elisha. And he says, now I recognize that God is the only God of Israel and I am not going to worship any other God but the God of Israel.

The gods of Syria were humbled that day. The spiritual war was won by the Kingdom of God, there was progress in the Kingdom of God at that moment because the healing power, the prophetic power, the power of miracles, the power of discernment of spirits included, was in manifestation.

And we say, 'Lord, help your people.' I am not satisfied, brothers, with what we have. I don't settle, and neither should you. We must ask him, 'Lord, we want more power, we want more of your glory in our lives, we want more of your gifts of healing.'

Let's stand up, brothers. Glory to the name of the Lord. Thank you sister. One person at least wants a little more. Thank you sister. Amen and amen. Brothers, how good it is when one listens to the word of the Lord, the understanding of what we have been truly called to is renewed. We have not been called to simply come to a church, sing 3 hymns there, soaked in water, and listen to a theoretical, theological word there, and then go home exactly as we came, with all our burdens, with all our helplessness, with all our depression, with all our defeat, with all our problems intact. That is not what the word of God tells me.

Paul says that the Gospel does not consist of words but is the power of God and Paul tells the Corinthians, in First Corinthians Chapter 2, he says “... when I came to you I was not with excellence words, or with human wisdom, but I promised myself not to know anything but Christ and him crucified and I did not come with words so that your faith is not based on words but on the power of God. I came with works of power...'

Brothers, the church of Jesus Christ needs to be alerted that the Christian life is a life of power, it has to be a life of power, it has to be a life of healings. It has to be a life of miracles, it has to be a life of revelations, it has to be a life of victory over life's crises and problems. It has to be a life where faith defeats the enemy. Our faith puts Satan to shame, our faith can put out all the darts of the devil that he wants to throw in our direction. That is the Christian life, brothers, that is the life that we have to ask the Lord to give us more and more every day.

God calls you to a life of power. God calls you to a life of success. God calls you to a life of victory over evil. God calls you to be a conqueror. God calls you to be an evangelist. God calls you to be a healer. God calls you to free the captives of the devil. God calls you to set Satan's oppressed free.

You have that in your life. Renew God's call on your life right now. Renew the call of God, receive in the name of Jesus a fresh endowment of God's power this morning.

Say with me, Lord Jesus, I declare that I am a healer, that you have called me to free the captives of the devil, that you have called me to heal the oppressed, to declare the day of good will of Jehovah, that you have called me to be victorious over all the tricks of the enemy, and that you have endowed me with power to win in all situations. Your Gospel consists of power and through the Holy Spirit that dwells within me and your promises that are faithful and true, I can do everything in Christ Jesus, who is my fortifier. Hallelujah! Glory to the name of the Lord. Glory to the name of Jesus. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Glory to the name of the Lord.

Brother, activate within you that power right now. Take a deep breath and receive that fresh endowment of God's power, receive it now in the name of Jesus. Take a deep breath and receive new power, fresh anointing from God, fresh anointing from God, fresh anointing from God. Hallelujah! because you are a man, you are a woman called to be victorious in the Holy Spirit, called to win in every situation, called to be a conqueror of territories for Christ Jesus. No matter what the enemy wants to shoot at you, you can take it out in the name of Jesus with power, because the Lord is with you, the Lord has promised you.

You are the head, you are not the tail. You are victorious, not a victim, says the Lord. You have power, whatever situation you are going through, spend it in the Lord and with the Lord. Hallelujah! Win in the Lord. Send the power of God, the word, the promises of God, be it financial, be it health, be it family, be it emotional, be it spiritual, be it anything in the name of Jesus, work, housing, documentation, the Lord is with you. The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your strengthener. The Lord is your healer.

He is your healer and he makes you healer of others as well. Hallelujah! Thank you Lord, we adore you. we bless you We declare that you are powerful, Lord, you are faithful, you are our healer and you make us healers. Thank you Jesus.

Lord, pour out your healing power on your church this morning. Open the windows of heaven, Father, thin the air above us so that your glory can descend, Father, and that this church can see your healing works, Father. There is no disease that can resist the word of authority of your anointed son, Lord, and we want that anointing, we ask for that anointing this afternoon, Father, we ask that a double portion of your spirit, Father, be manifested in the lives of your children and in your church collectively.

Unleash the gift of healing, Lord. Unleash the gift of healing on your people this morning, Father. We receive, activate, develop the gift of God that is in us Lord, we put it to flow, we put it to work and we believe that you do what you have promised in your word, Lord. Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus. Thank you, Jesus

Give the Lord a big round of applause.
