Summary: The speaker shares his experience of seeing a message in the sky that read "You + God = a happy face" while on vacation in Florida. He reflects on the basic elements of life, such as air, food, water, and light, and how we plan our lives around these needs. He then turns to John 1:3-5, which declares that in Christ is life and the light of men. He emphasizes the importance of aligning our lives with Christ to reach our true destination and find purpose and meaning in life.

In this sermon, the speaker talks about how we all have a designated space in our lives that is meant for God, but many people try to fill it with other things like money, possessions, or relationships. He uses the example of a child trying to fit letters into a box to illustrate the importance of recognizing who this space truly belongs to. He also explains how Jesus is the origin of all things and how his spirit, bread of life, water, and light can bring order and clarity to our lives. The speaker emphasizes the importance of aligning ourselves with God and allowing him to guide us towards his plans for our lives.

The speaker encourages listeners to align their plans with God's plans for their lives, as God's plans take precedence over our own. He urges listeners to not resist the light of God that comes to bring divine order and blessing, even in uncomfortable and difficult areas. The speaker also reminds listeners of the promise of eternal life through Jesus and encourages them to align their lives with Him, as He is the source of true and abundant life. The invitation is extended to those who have not yet aligned their lives with Jesus to do so, and for all to make the intentional decision to invite God into every aspect of their lives. The message ends with a prayer for God to illuminate each person's steps and guide them on the path He has for them. The speaker leads the congregation in a hymn as an affirmation of faith and trust in God's transformative power.

It is a joy to be able to be here again in the midst of the church, to be able to share, after having been on vacation with my wife and my son, Lucas, there in Florida. We live in Florida enjoying the heat for a period of time there, thank God with my in-laws. And you know what? I learned two very interesting things while I was there. On one hand I learned that, wow! How grandparents pamper grandchildren. I do have one complaint. Parents don't do some things with their children, but with their grandchildren they do. I know that Carolina there gave me a lesson on that, she confirmed it there. I have to learn my lessons on that, but thank goodness for grandparents, I have to say.

And guess what? I also learned a second thing that is what I want to use for today's message. There, we decided to take Lucas to Downtown Disney, it's one of the small parks that is related to Disney, and don't worry, it's not that I'm promoting Disney World, it's not that. But yes, there is something that happened there that kind of caught my attention.

While my wife and I were walking like this with the stroller, walking with Lucas, suddenly, I realize that everyone around me is starting to look up and I kind of ...... looking up like this And suddenly when I realize, there was an airplane that was writing those words, it said 'You + God =", and the other photo says, equals a happy face. And I imagine it will be joy, happiness, but things are That equation that was seen in heaven, you plus God means, fill in the blank: joy, happiness, harmony, blessing.

And having seen that, I said, wow! How nice to see that displaced across the entire sky and I was left like that, stunned, looking up and Heidi told me, come on, let's keep walking and I, wait, I want to enjoy this. And I enjoyed it so much that I even took pictures of it and everything.

I saw that, although perhaps it was the intention of some human being, to be able to get on a plane and blow smoke and write those words in the air, but I saw it as a message from from God to everyone who saw that. And more so at the time it was, because we were approaching the end of the year 2007 and receiving the year 2008. What message? You and God equali za or equals a happy life, a complete life, and this is something I want to talk about today.

Let's pray and ask God for direction at this time. Dear God, I take this opportunity now and first of all I want to introduce myself before you Lord, my heart is grateful for the opportunity that you give me to be able to share your word once again with my brothers and sisters. Thank you, Lord, because we know that your word is alive and effective, your word is true, your word comes at an opportune time. Your word renews us, your word exhorts us, affirms us, and I ask that these things and much more come true today in our midst. May the reflection of my heart and the words that come out of my mouth, Lord, be used by you to build the lives of every man, every woman, every youth, every child who is here. You know the situation in which they are. May this word serve for the good of your lives, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

I want you to tell the person next to you the following: tell them, the life aligned with Christ will reach their destiny. say it.

What a chorus! I needed to hear that chorus. Look at that, the life aligned with Christ will reach its destination. And I'm not necessarily talking about the destiny or the plans that you personally draw for your life, but I'm talking about you reaching your… pointing to Jesus, the destiny that he has for you.

And make no mistake, I'm not talking about predestination, I'm not saying anything like that. I am talking about those plans that God has for your life. And the reason why I meditate on this is that obviously we have already been in 2008 for 6 days and it can be said that at this time there are still many people who are reflecting, planning, it is a time of much internal reflection. People analyze themselves, they analyze their lives, they see what their lives have been, what their lives are and what they want their lives to be in the future.

How many of you are in that boat? Not many, ok, okay, well, some of you already have your lives set, you have your retirement plan set, you have a 401K set, so this message is most likely not for you. No, no, lie, lie, this message is for everyone.

Look at something, brothers, I was meditating about this and when we were celebrating New Year's farewell there at my in-laws' house, after everything was over, we suddenly turned on the television and we arrived to the Univisión channel and in Univisión they were recounting the farewells of the year throughout the entire world. They started with New Zealand, how they fired him there, then Japan, then they moved on to China, the Czech Republic, Italy and even to the side here.

I say to myself, wow, how interesting to see how everyone is saying goodbye to this. And I was even more interested because when they got to Time Square in New York, suddenly the reporter was trying to interview people, and they ran into some guys who were there in Time Square and suddenly the reporter says, listen, and what? resolution do you have for the new year? And the boy was having a glass of beer, and he says, 'ah, stop drinking'.

Wow, if that's your New Year's resolution, well, boy, put the glass down and stick to that resolution. But him, no, no, I'm giving myself the last one... with that note like that in my voice... I'm giving myself the last one before it starts.

Well, let's see how easy or difficult it is for him. But the issue is that, brothers, that is, throughout the world there are so many people who begin to reflect or begin to throw wind, that is, throw to the wind to see how their lives can improve, how their lives can reach something better, or also, there are people who have no idea what they want to do with their lives, they are so confused that they don't know, they have no direction where they are going.

And I believe that in a time like this, we as a church, the Lord gives us the opportunity for us to be able to direct and help other people in how they can achieve direction for their lives, so that how they can make any kind of meaning is to make meaning about their lives.

And this is something very important, brothers, because if you do not give meaning to your life, what is the use of living it then. If your life doesn't make sense, if what you do day after day, hour after hour doesn't make sense to you, what good is it? You are living like a machine then, step by step, moment by moment, but you are not living with purpose, with an emphasis, with a focus.

And this is where I then thought about what are the most basic elements of life, what are the most basic elements of life and I could think of a list of 4, maybe you can add more, but at least there are 4 more basic ones that without them, your life is annihilated, it doesn't exist.

The first of these is air. If you don't have air, you can't breathe. You can breathe for a second, and you feel a kind of satisfaction in your lungs because you inhaled pure air, but the next second, you have to exhale, because that air that is inside is already nothing.

The second element is food. There are people who eat now and 4 or 5 hours later, because they are going to get hungry again and you have to eat again. If you're like me, maybe after 2 hours you'll be hungry again.

Another element that I think of is water. I can take a drink of water now and since I'm talking a lot, in 15 minutes I'm going to be thirsty again and I'm going to have to drink water.

But then again, these are things that satisfy for a moment. And the fourth forgiveness is light. Do you know that if we did not have light, what would this world be like? If the light of the sun did not illuminate this world it would be a piece of ice so to speak, inert without life. Do you know that sunlight is what obviously regulates the temperature here and in the world, in the ball of the world I say, on earth? If you realize, many of us suffer particularly in this time of winter because night begins to fall at 4, 4:30 in the afternoon and it's like you lock yourself in at that time, but again, the night comes. light, comes out the next day, and one continues.

Sunlight helps plants photosynthesise. Light provides your body with vitamin D in the skin so that you can continue to function more efficiently. Light is necessary.

These 4 elements are the most basic of life. You can add another one, you can think, well, for life I need a roof to live. And it is true, we all need a roof to live. And if I add that to it, one would be work, without a job I wouldn't have a roof, and I wouldn't have a way to supply myself with other basic needs to be able to sustain my life.

And based on this, my brothers, is that many times we make plans for what we want to do, because we have these very basic needs, we throw a series of plans in our lives, and we try to define our lives, and make sense of those things.

I don't know if you have ever met a person who gives you, as they say, their definition of what life is. I know people who maybe can be found on a beach, in the very exotic Caribbean, sitting in a boat, and having a piña colada, and suddenly they lean back like that and cross their hands behind their heads, and what is what they expire, 'this is life!'.

Maybe there will be some people like some pastors here in this church, that we can take a kayak and go to the coast of Rockport and jump into the open sea and when we are like this in the open sea, we drop everything and with the swaying of the waves we say, 'This is life!'.

It may be that having spent the year with your family locked up in your house, you stay there, look around, and when you see your children running, your wife, your husband, you feel says, 'ah, this is life!'

Maybe on a cold night the mere fact that you can sleep with your loved one and get warm with him or her by your side, when you're there, and forgive me for maybe not they can say that, but at some point... at some point their time will come if God willing... But you're there in that situation and you say, 'ah, this is life!'

But guess what? My brothers, when I analyze each of these things, that is not life itself as such. Those are results of the totality of what is my life and what is your life. And depending on how you plan yourself, on how you make a path of your life, you are going to be able to enjoy each of those results of the things that you plan for your life.

And thinking about that today, I came across a passage of Scripture in John, Chapter 1, and I want you to look it up with me. John, Chapter 1, beginning in verse 3, says:

“... all things were made by him and without him nothing that exists, nothing that has been made was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men....”

Let me repeat that verse one more time: “.....In him was life and the life was the light of men, the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not prevail against him.... -look how beautiful this is-.....”

The mere fact of knowing that in Christ was, is and will be life is something that fills me with a lot of hope. In Christ is life, and my brothers, these are big words because the mere fact that Scripture declares that Jesus is and life is in him, that implies that in him is where all things originate.

When I think about it, I remember a moment when I was playing with Lucas and there was an image that came to my mind. I don't know how many of you have seen one of these, this is one of my son's toys. I asked permission to bring it, but this is like a piece of foam that you use on the floor to mark a play area in the room where you want to use it. And obviously this has lyrics.

When I was playing with Lucas, Lucas took a letter out of here and then he tried to put it back and he couldn't, and he kind of got frustrated and tried to put other things in here, but they obviously didn't fit, and I came and helped him and took the letter that it was and put it there. I tell him, 'Lucas, it's like that,' slowly teaching him that kind of bonding between father and son, you know.

The thing was that suddenly I had a revelation: for me it was a divine moment, because it was as if God told me at that moment, 'Omar, you know what? That's how I am with each of the people. In people there is a designated space that is mine, there is a designated space that I made, it has my autograph, it has my fingerprints, it is there in each person.

Yes, my brothers, each one of you, each one of you here has that designated space from God. So as we are creatures that need to make sense of life, in order to make sense of our lives we try to fill this space with many things. There are some who can take a bottle of Coors Lite and stick it around here trying to find a sense of direction, of meaning, but obviously that doesn't satisfy.

There are people who try to take money and put it through that space, to see if it fills in one way or another and although it may satisfy for a while, the satisfaction later goes away. There are people who try to take a good sports car and put it in that space and when it doesn't fit they try to manipulate it to fit it in the way they want because they understand that this is what gives them satisfaction or what gives them meaning.

There are people who can put a career in there, there are people who can put an education, who can put a library of books in this space, there are people who can put their family, their spouse, their children for this space. There are people who can put a boyfriend, a girlfriend, what's more, you know what? there are people who try to get themselves into this space trying to make sense of life. And we laugh, brothers, but this is something serious, because what they are doing is focusing their lives on themselves and what dominates is a spirit of ego and pride that prevents us from seeing who this space truly belongs to.

....you guys have played with this before right? When what is intended for that space falls into that place, everything else falls in order. And obviously I chose the D of God, it is not the D of finger, it is not the D of David, no... it is the D of God, because I understand that in Jesus through that life that Jesus gives us is that mark, that fingerprint of God in us.

My brothers, I believe that in Jesus is the origin of all things. And why do I believe that? Because the Bible teaches me. In the passage from John, Chapter 20, verse 22, we see how Jesus through his spirit breathed a breath, an air of life on his disciples. In another way, Jesus is saying, I am that breath of life, I give that breath of life, that breath of life that you need comes from me.

That aspect of food, there is another passage in John, Chapter 6, verse 33 where Jesus himself says that he is the bread of life, and whoever does not eat of it cannot partake of it, whoever does not eat that bread that Jesus gives will always need it in some way or another. Jesus himself declares, I am the bread of life.

Regarding the water, you will remember that passage from John, Chapter 4, when Jesus meets the Samaritan woman at the well and what he says, 'whoever drinks the water that I give him , rivers of living water will flow from it, why? Because Jesus is the living water. Jesus is the water that provides life.

And then the light, Jesus himself declares himself the light, in John, Chapter 12, verse 8, when he says 'I am the light of the world, whoever follows me will never be in darkness ....” That life was transmitted through light.

You know what, my brothers? I had to ask myself this question. I said to myself, why did Juan insist on that aspect of light? Because? That light came to a world that was in darkness, in darkness to bring a new order, that is why light was necessary to be able to illuminate the minds and hearts of the people who were going to receive it. The passage continues further on, he came to his own, but his own did not receive him. He was coming to what belonged to him, Jesus was coming to his creation, but some within his creation did not receive him.

Look at what I write here. I say, if someone is in the dark, what will happen? He doesn't see. If it doesn't see it gets confused and if it gets confused it tends to resist or oppose everything it finds in that darkness.

Let me put it in a little clearer example. A few years ago in Puerto Rico, when I still lived there, almost every year a fair was held in one of the parks there, where they brought roller coasters, ride machines and enjoy. So I remember that one of the ones I liked to enter the most was the house of mirrors. How many of you have entered a house of mirrors? Well, this time that I remember, of the many other times that I went, I remember that when I entered this house it had many lights and it was where all the mirrors were that obviously distorted their image. Oh, if I stood in front of one, well I looked very wide, or if I stood in front of another, I looked super long, or if I stood in front of another, my body would be completely distorted with a very large head and body very small, it was a relaxation. The point was that there was light in that part of the house, obviously because the idea was for you to see yourself in those mirrors.

Now, as you entered, you entered a kind of labyrinth of mirrors and crystals, and evidently while you entered there the lights were turning off more and more and more, the point is that you got lost Inside that maze. Now, when I was walking in that labyrinth, when I saw what seemed to be an exit, when I was walking, pangana.... it hit me against the glass, because what was there was a glass and I thought it was the exit, but no, I crashed there.

And one was groping between the walls and the mirrors until finally I found what seemed like an exit, but it was a dark room, where the floor was moving. I mean, it's all dark, brothers, that dark, black, pitch black, that you don't see anything, that you put your hand out in front and you don't even see it. You don't know if you're putting it here or if you're putting it here, because you get disoriented in that kind of darkness.

The thing is that when I entered that room, and I feel that the floor is moving, and I'm trying to find the exit and I'm moving from side to side like that, suddenly I step on something, and I hear a scream, aaaay!, and when I realize it was that someone was lying on the floor because they got dizzy with so much movement and when they couldn't find the exit, they got dizzy and fell. And I kind of stepped to the side, stepped on someone else, and I… wow, but there are people lying on the floor everywhere here.

And if you noticed my reaction, my reaction was one of rejection, of defending myself, of being careful, of echa pa' ya, zapa viejo.... That was my reaction. Now, the only way you could get out of that black room was because at the end there was a door that opened every three seconds and obviously there was a light at the end of that door so you could see where you were going and get out.

If you were too dizzy, and if you were lying on the floor, you had to crawl out of there, or at least have someone else pick you up and get you out. Now, but if you were still on your feet, and could sway in so much movement, when that door opened, you would run like miles from Cuchiflan, don't ask me what that is, because it's a very Puerto Rican expression, but you ran out of there and left why? Because I saw the light and could get out.

That example, brothers, I hope it has not confused you more. But that example makes me understand the kind of world in which we live. If you see, I believe that there are people who can be surrounded by external darkness and when the light arrives and illuminates that darkness, people wake up, they can see and know where to go. But there are also people who, no matter what lights they have around them, the darkness they have is so deep in their hearts that they cannot know, nor can they identify where they are going.

These are two very different cases. In the first case, I am talking about a person who has a willing heart, and although things around him may be from bad to worse, when the light of Christ comes into his life and shines that person reconsiders, the person comes to himself. , he falls to himself again and knows where to go.

Now, a person whose heart is still cloudy, the light of Christ can be there, there, there, illuminating, illuminating, but if that person does not have that availability, they will stay there skating on ice, it will not be able to move in any direction.

And I believe, my brothers, that in this time in which we are living, the Lord Jesus more than ever is illuminating hearts with his light so that each one of us can align ourselves with him and know the trajectory on which we have to go. Today more than ever, my brothers, today more than ever the Lord is looking for us to align ourselves with him and to walk in his light.

The reason why I say this, my brothers, is for the same reason as what I said at the beginning, every day more and more, people are looking for how to make sense of their lives and they try to make sense depending on the things they put in this space. The things that they put out there, that they put in this space that is intended for God, that is what becomes the definition of their lives, but they are definitions that remain incomplete, they are experiences that remain in the middle, they do not experience its full potential because the main point is not in place.

And today more than ever the Lord is looking for us to align with him, the Lord more than ever is looking for people who intentionally dare to put God in the place where he has to go, thing, look This is so that all the things that we put in that space can fall into their perfect order.

Look, not all the things we put in here are all bad. Let me clear that up. Obviously if you put in the Coors Lite that I mentioned, geez, be careful, and if you put in some other chemical that is going to alter your system, please be careful. Now, but if you try to put your family here, look at your family, it's something beautiful, it's a gift from God, that's something beautiful.

If you try to list your profession here, look, praise God, you have a job, there are others who don't. Use it for the well-being of others, to bless others, and for God's blessing to reach your life. The thing is that when God is not in his place, brothers, those things that are in us are in a constant fight: which one is going to dominate? Which is the one that will have the most position? Which is the one that will have the most influence in the midst of the decisions we make?

But when God arrives and connects in the place that he has to be, then the light arrives. And the light begins to fight with the darkness, this pull and pull begins from side to side, bang, bang, bang.... fighting, fighting and God begins to put all things in their place. It's like a machine that starts to work smoothly and all the waste, whatever is worthless, whatever is useless, that same machine undoes it, takes it out.

Equally it is the light of Christ in the midst of our lives. When he arrives and finds the rice with oxen that we have in our hearts, he says, look, the rice with oxen is a very good dish but I want to do something much healthier, and he begins to put everything in its place. ; this here, this there, this here, this there, and when it encounters something that we fight against and resist, because that is what darkness often does, it resists the fact that light can dominate, it resists it.

But if I see that passage that we say that darkness did not prevail against light, that word is very important, brothers, because to prevail means, the meaning can come in two forms: on the one hand it is that it will not exercise control or dominance over the other; and also on the other hand is that it maintains a perspective of confusion.

So when the light of Christ comes, it comes to bring order to your life and it comes to bring clarity to your mind so that then you know how to align your steps in his light.

So that you know how to align with what he intends for your life. It is not necessarily that the Lord is going to thwart all the plans that you can make, but that he is going to put the plans that he has for your life in dominion and control, and those that you have drawn up, look, he will to lead and adjust them by hand with you so that you can experience the blessing that he has for your life.

One of the most important things I want you to take away from this is this, brothers: don't fight it. Don't resist it. Tell the person next to you: Don't resist the light.

Do you know why I say this? Yes, we can say, wow, that I lead a very nice life with the Lord and all that, but when the Lord truly begins to push our buttons in areas that truly hurt, in areas that sometimes make us uncomfortable, in areas, As if to say, we don't want anyone to get in there. Those are the areas where the Lord is going to begin to aim mainly and that is why I say, do not resist it, do not resist that light that comes into your life, because what that light comes is to bring a divine order in you.

On the contrary, when that light comes on, wow, like when I was in that tucked-in room, I saw that door open and that light came on at the end, run out there and get in line with that light.

Brothers, I believe that as you begin these first 6 days of the year right now, you begin to meditate and reflect on how you want your life to be carried out, perhaps some of you These first 6 days have started with villas and Castillas and look, we celebrate that, I give glory to God for that. And maybe for some of you it hasn't started very well. And I, however, celebrate that, because in the midst of good times and bad, the Lord is in control of his life.

The Lord has the way to work in you even when you are not looking for it, but the Lord seeks it for you so that his plans and purposes are fulfilled in the midst of your life. The most important thing is that we can maintain a willing heart, a heart available so that this light can shine in us, that it can penetrate the darkness of our lives and we can walk hand in hand with the Lord.

Brothers, I end by saying this. This was something I didn't mention in the previous service, but I'm saying it now. Why is the Lord looking for people to walk in his light? And this is something that many times we don't hear often but, brothers, I believe in my heart that the Lord is near, I believe it in my heart.

If you ask me, Omar, why are you a Christian, why have you given your life to the Lord? And I am going to tell you the following: I gave my life to the Lord because the Lord has given me a promise of eternal life that no one in life will ever be able to give me.

If you take that out of what the Christian life is, you know what? The Christian life is not going to make sense, it is going to be one more religious group that has a book on ethics and morals and through that they let themselves lead their lives. But no, I have decided to align my life with Christ Jesus because he has given a promise that he will return to his church, because he has given a promise that he wants that equation that I saw in heaven, that God and I together means a happy life, a full life, a prosperous life, an abundant life, a life that will last for long days.

Look how interesting, when Jesus says that he is life, even death, the one who dies in Christ Jesus, that death becomes life even more. And that can only be experienced when our lives, when our steps are aligned with Christ Jesus. I believe, brothers, that the Lord is preparing his church, the Lord is preparing all of us and I am not saying this message in a cliché way, like yes, the Lord is coming soon. No, no, no, brothers, think about that.

How many of you in these first 6 days of the year have meditated on that expression that the Lord Jesus is coming soon for his church? What can we say that this is a new year in which we have an opportunity to get closer to God, to be in line with him, to let his light shine on us, so that we can then be a greater blessing to other people around us , and that in the same way our lives can be prepared for when that moment arrives when he is going to return for his church and we enjoy a much better life, a life that has no words to express.

I want you to stand up, my brother and sister. I want you to think about this space. I want to bring you once again to this space. Think, what have you put here? What have you put here?

We will have put things that only satisfy momentarily but we are left with the same need and we continue, and continue, and continue looking and we find nothing. I want to make a first invitation so that if here in this place, in this room in this room there is someone who has not yet aligned their steps in the light of Jesus, and you want to take advantage of this opportunity to do so, I want to invite you to you want, if you want to raise your hand, if you want to come forward here in a step of faith, as a gesture of faith, that you say, look, this year is the year that makes a difference, this is the year where what I have to put aside, I will put it aside and I come and enter the line of light of Christ Jesus.

If you have not taken that step yet, listen carefully, if you have not taken that step yet and you have felt the voice of God speaking to your life, telling you, I want to let my light shine on you, I want to remove the darkness from your life, but for that you have to align your life with me. I have to enter your heart so that my light drives out the darkness.

If you understand in yourself, in your mind, in your spirit, that those words are for you, I invite you so that you can make that decision today. I'll give you some time, meditate there. If you want to raise your hand, raise your hand.

And in the same way, I extend this word to all of us, brothers, here no one leaves with nothing. Each of you in different ways, you are planning what you are going to do with your life, how you are going to continue your life, how you are going to maintain your life, please be intentional in inviting the light of Jesus into each of your transactions. that you do, in each one of the meetings, each one of the decisions, each one of the thoughts bring God there.

May that equation in heaven become a reality in your heart. If you want to take that step today too, I extend the invitation to you, my brothers. I also want the light of God to illuminate each one of my steps, whatever the circumstance I am living, be it good, bad, easy, difficult, prosperous, abundant, scarcity, whatever. Whatever the situation you are in, if you want the light of Christ to shine there in your life, take this opportunity to tell the Lord.

If you want to come here to this altar and take a moment to pray and do it as a confession, as an affirmation, as a decision, look, do it there in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, let this be a decisive time where things are going to be different, and you know, my brother, that if you align yourself, if you align yourself with that light of Christ Jesus, believe me that you will achieve the plans and purposes that the Lord has for you. Perhaps you have made decisions that have damaged, that you think will have damaged those plans of God, but you know what? God's plans take precedence over yours. Nothing can stop God's plans.

I have made bad decisions too, but those bad decisions have not damaged God's plans, on the contrary, they have made the drama better. The drama has gotten better. If you want the drama of your life to become much more interesting, accept that invitation right there in your heart today.

I invite you to close your eyes, think about that space that belongs to the Lord. Are you giving him the priority that he deserves, or are you working on your own energy, in your own strength, trying to do things the way you prefer, the way you think is best for you?

Look, if you decide to do that, you're going to get to a certain level, but you're always going to be dissatisfied. Now, if you align, if you bring Jesus into the middle of your plans, into the middle of your lives, the level of satisfaction will be even higher because you are reaching the center, the originator of life in you.

The life you most desire is found in Christ Jesus. And you know what? many more things can come out of this message but I want to impregnate this in you, that it be a message of inspiration for your life, that when you leave here, you can leave saying, Lord, look at all the plans I have for this year, look all the things I have for the future, look at all the decisions I have to make, look at the new situations I am going to have to face. Look at the new people I'm going to have to deal with, look at the issues I'm going to have to resolve, look at the doors I have to open, look at the doors I have to close. You know better than me.

And Lord Jesus, right now I ask you from the depths of my heart, Jesus that your light shines on each one of my brothers and sisters, you know their heart, my God, you know the intentions that they have by coming here to this house of worship. Everything is exposed, in front of you, and since you know what is in the heart, you better know how to illuminate in the midst of their lives, you know how to illuminate specific places so that there can be changes, so that there can be transformation. .

Jesus, I give this people into your hand. You are preparing a people, Lord, clean and pure before you, Lord Jesus, a people who walk in your light, a people who let themselves be led by the direction of your spirit, Lord, a people who want to see you glorified Lord, in the midst of all things because you come to look for this town, Lord, you are coming soon for your church and we are your church, we are your bride, Lord.

Father, and in the instant that we are here on earth, Lord, help us to live in a faithful way, integral to you, Jesus, and that although when we commit, Lord, our faults we can recognize that Your light is there to lift us up, to restore us, to move on, Lord Jesus, no matter what the situation, you are there to lift us up and use us to give your blessing to our lives so that we can also be a blessing to others.

I bless this town, Jesus, I bless this church, Lord, I bless each one of my brothers and sisters in this new year 2008 that has begun, Lord, may each one of the circumstances which they are facing, Lord, may it be you illuminating each of their steps. My God provides each of the needs that they have, Jesus, but above all things, may your life abound in the midst of their lives, a life that is not necessarily measured by the material provision that we may have, but by the abundance of your presence in the midst of our lives, and how we respond and obey your call on us.

Father, guide, guide, guide everyone here, Lord, from the youngest to the oldest, Jesus, I ask that it be you directing each of their steps, that this is a year, my God where through the faith that we put in you, Lord, we can see miracles happening in our midst, Lord Jesus, that we can achieve those goals to which you are calling us, Lord, that we do not let ourselves be carried away by fear or confusion or darkness, but that we can lift our faces to the admirable light that comes from you, Christ Jesus, you who are the one who illuminates our lives and teaches us the path we should walk.

We thank you Lord, and to you be glory and honor forever and ever, Lord. Amen. Amen. Thank you Jesus, thank you Lord.

Before the brothers leave, I would like us to sing this hymn as an affirmation to these words. This hymn that says, "with my faith I will reach you, with my faith I will touch you, I will receive my miracle, and I know that I will be transformed."

Guess what? The Lord is in the business of transforming our lives. Let's make this statement in front of him and we'll be fired. Thank my Lord. Thank you Jesus.
