I want to invite you to go to the word of God this morning, First Corinthians. Remember First Corinthians, Chapter 12? Three weeks ago, 21 days more or less, maybe a little less. I started a meditation on Chapter 12 of First Corinthians and during the last two weeks we have had special guests or special guests, and we had to stop the meditation for a little bit.

Remember that all these weeks the Lord has been taking us through the subject of the Holy Ghost and the filling of the Holy Ghost, the baptism of the Holy Ghost, the Holy Ghost-filled life. It is a very important topic, a topic that every believer should know about. Unfortunately there is a lot of ignorance about it and God does not want us to be ignorant of the intricacies of the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and has an essential role in the life of the believer. Christ saves us, he communicates us with the Father, he is an intermediary and God also manifests himself through his Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit is that executive agent that God has sent to earth to strengthen his church while his church is here on earth, to pour out gifts on the people of God so that the people of God can reach the goal that God has raised it, so that the people of God have the necessary power to evangelize the world, to live in holiness, to heal their wounds, to be effective witnesses of the Kingdom of God and many other things that the Holy Spirit does. As we have seen, it leads us towards all truth, it communicates us better with the person of Jesus, it strengthens us when we are weak, it illuminates our understanding and it pours out supernatural gifts as well, which allow, as we had a prophetic word this afternoon that agrees with what the Lord put it in my heart to call the church to consecration.

How do I know, for example, that God is calling the Lion of Judah to a spirit of greater consecration? No one has sent me a telegram telling me, Pastor Miranda, you have to teach about greater consecration. No, but I've been feeling something inside of me. I cannot explain exactly what it is, but it is a sensation, it is a feeling, it is a shadow that is inside there, it is an inclination of my thoughts that continually focuses me on the fact that God is speaking to the church and to my life about a greater consecration, a greater surrender.

I have no way of explaining why I feel that, because it is one of many issues, but I believe that is the Holy Spirit speaking to the senior pastor of this church and telling them, Roberto, the directives for my people in the León de Judá congregation for this time is: I want greater consecration, I want greater dedication. That is the Holy Spirit, doing that work in my spirit and I transfer it to you, that is the prophetic word of God, that is the prophetic spirit. That is one of the gifts that God provides.

Sister Alberta here, receives a similar word and the two things are connected and then there is edification for the people of God, right? There is a concordance, an affirmation. Other brothers feel the same and there is assent, recognition, yes, that is true. Many of you have perhaps felt the same things, why? Because the Holy Spirit is moving. That's what the spirit does, lead a congregation in a certain direction. And if a church learns to move like this, to discern the voice of God and adjust to the voice of God, that church is going to grow and be prosperous, it is going to be protected, it is going to be kept from the attacks of the enemy, and it will go from blessing to blessing, and from greater effectiveness to greater effectiveness.

How many believe that? That is the Holy Spirit and that is why God does not want you to be ignorant, as the Apostle Paul says, as we read earlier at the beginning, he does not want us to be ignorant about spiritual gifts. And God wants to do the same in your personal life as well and unfortunately many Christians do not know that when you enter the Gospel God wants to install a component in your spirit so that he can communicate daily with you. And you are going to be, perhaps, at some point in the factory, in the factory where you work sitting there at the table where the employees eat, and you are going to be eating your sandwich and while you take a bite of the sandwich, you see person who is in a corner of the room and you feel something pulling you and it kind of tells you, that person needs a word or get closer to him, and then if you are a Christian trained in God's move, you will discern that Thought does not come from your mind only, but it comes from the Holy Spirit.

And you are going to pray about it and in faith you are going to move, maybe uncomfortable but believing that there is something there, because you want to be obedient to the spirit, and you are going to approach that person and with all courtesy and respect you are going to tell him, look, I don't know you, I am a Christian and while I was sitting there I think that the spirit of God told me to communicate with you and to say hello and I am here to serve you, and I would like, if you Let me, pray for you.

And how many times have we done that and there have been tears that come out of a person's face, yes or no?, there has been confirmation in that person's heart and a divine appointment has been given there, and that person has had an encounter with God. God wants so many things.

Sometimes we have problems with a difficult, disobedient child and it's already night and the son or daughter is sleeping in their bed, and we perhaps go to our bedroom, look at the door and the child is there lying asleep, and the Lord tells us, go and anoint his bed with oil. Go and put your hand above his head and declare my power and break chains that the devil wants to put on his life and you in the name of Jesus go there and listen to the voice of God and you do it in the power of the Holy Spirit in that moment, and the next day your child feels something that he had not felt before. And next Sunday he comes to church, and he doesn't know why and there is an encounter of God with that individual.

So many things the Holy Spirit, the spirit of God wants to manifest itself in different ways and that is what the Apostle Paul speaks of, the diversity in which the Holy Spirit manifests itself in the life of the Son of God.

Look here in verse 4 it says: “.... now, -First Corinthians 12-... now, there are different gifts but the spirit is the same and there are different ministries , but the Lord is the same, and there are different operations, but God who does all things in all, is the same, but the manifestation of the spirit is given to each one for the benefit, because the word of God is given to him by the spirit. wisdom, to others the word of knowledge, according to the same spirit,... -and we will explain that later-... to another faith by the same spirit, and to other gifts of healing by the same spirit, to another the perform miracles, to another prophesy, to another discernment of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues, but all these things are done by one and the same spirit, distributing to each one in particular as he wants.... ”

The Apostle Paul is pointing out a very important aspect of life in the spirit in this passage and that is that there is there is only one God, there is only one Holy Spirit, but that Holy Spirit has no limitations in how it manifests itself. For each situation in life, for each need of the church, the Holy Spirit can assume a different manifestation.

I believe that the Apostle Paul did not have in mind to point out only 9 gifts and say, there are only 9 gifts. There are many charismatic Pentecostal people who identify with the movement of the spirit who only point to 9 gifts and say, those are the 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit. I do not think that the Apostle Paul was only interested in saying, there are 9 gifts and that is all, he was simply giving an example of the different ways in which the Holy Spirit can manifest itself, and he wants us to understand that the spirit of God It can manifest itself in any situation, any need, any problem, any demand of life.

And let me tell you that as I say that I am very aware that I am straying from the treatment that I gave to this verse, these verses this morning. What is coming out of my head right now is very different, but perhaps the Lord wants you to know that different situations in your life are financial, work, family, spiritual, emotional, mental and God says, he is telling you right now, look, no matter what your situation, no matter how specific the demand in your life, I can manifest myself favorably and bless you in that way. My spirit has no limits. So whatever it is that you are going through in your life I want to instill faith in you, says the Lord, and I want to let you know that I have no limits in my ability, I have no limits in my creativity and I can hold any problem and any situation to my good will and I can give you a solution to your problem.

How many believe that? Amen. There are diversity of gifts, there are not only 9 gifts. The Lord is saying, I want to distribute my gifts among my people and I want to raise up a well, well varied people. I want the teacher to be supernaturally endowed so that the word that comes out of his mouth is not a merely human and inert word, I want to endow the teachers of my town with a word that is life for the young people who listen to it that even if he is teaching mathematics or languages or whatever, I am going to put in the language of my teachers an endowment of power that is going to be life for the students who listen to it and I am going to put something special in their person that merely dealing with those students, life will come out of him or her and those students will receive a touch that will not come from any other being than the one who is in contact with my spirit.

And this afternoon I am telling the teachers in the name of Jesus to believe this afternoon for a special endowment of power to be life in those classrooms and to be a presence of the Kingdom of God in those places because God is going to spread his spirit specifically through the believing teachers, the Christian teachers. How many Christian teachers are here, retired or...? Get up right now, and if you teach in a nursery, if you're a teacher's aide, if in any way you have influence over... stand up. It doesn't matter what capacity you're working in, it can be whatever, but if you're teaching students in some way, young people, you're having some influence, anywhere, it can be an adult, it can be in a hospital, it can be in a school that is teaching, whatever, stand up in the name of Jesus and I will believe in this afternoon for a transfer of power and a special gift over your life. And I believe in the name of Jesus that we are also going to stand here in the place of many other Christian teachers, in other schools, in other churches, and I believe that God is going to spread a special gift, and I want you to receive it This afternoon it's like God is going to give you something, and then begin to exercise that and believe that when you talk to parents, when you talk to children, send that gift, send that endowment of power to those youngsters, to those teachers. that are around you too, and in the name of Jesus believe for a special influence.

So now, thank you Father. Thank you for your presence, in the name of Jesus. Lord, in faith, in faith I send upon my brothers your gift, your gift of life, your gift of knowledge, Father, your gift of transference of energy and grace, wherever they are, Father, because you have made us instruments of your kingdom And Father, I believe that we are in a key time, in a new time in the history of Boston and of this nation, and in the name of Jesus with the authority of your Kingdom, Father, I declare a new anointing, a fresh anointing on your deer and your hinds, you have placed them in places of influence, Father, to influence lives.

And now, Lord, I declare that they receive the endowment of your power and your grace, and I bless them in the name of Jesus and I declare an anointing of grace, of discernment, of wisdom, of advice, oh God, authority to rebuke demons in those bound children, Parents, authority to declare the peace of God in families and homes, receive that authority in the name of Jesus, authority to take schizophrenic children, and bipolar, sexually abused or physically, violent and to declare a word, Lord, of transformation in their lives in the name of Jesus, because your endowment of power has no limits, Lord and you have an endowment for any situation, so Father, in the name of Jesus We declare that we are not going to continue living on the defensive, we are not going to continue complaining about the devil that roams our schools and wreaks havoc among our children.

Father, we take the offensive in the name of Jesus, receive in the name of Christ, authority, power. I feel the presence of God here doing work. Open your chest, open your heart right now, open your soul and receive the gift of God in your life. Father, I create changes.

Lord, I believe that there will be changes in the hearts of your teachers. Father, this is not magic, it's really just what you promised in your word, that we take hold of it today, Father, and we believe that you're a God of miracles, Father, you're a God who gifts his people to do wonders and Father we refuse to walk in this impossible, this inadequate way, fighting against an enemy that's too powerful and we move in the power of the spirit, Father, we receive your annoyance.

We receive your anointing, Father in the name of Jesus. Thank my Lord. Say, I receive that anointing, I receive the power, I receive the grace of God. Hallelujah! amen.

There are also social workers here or people who run schools or hospitals or who work in the community in social service. Raise your hand, if you are in the area of social service or work with any agency, also rise up this afternoon, rise up in the name of Jesus. Get up if you are in any agency or in some type of administration process or whatever, I believe that the Lord has something for you too, an endowment of power.

There are people here who are also in family counseling or dealing with abuse, families experiencing abuse or something like that, abused women, young singles, all these kinds of things, get in touch. Stand up too and let's believe in the Lord for a special endowment. If you exert influence in any way in that way, receive also from the Lord.

Father, in the name of Jesus we send your grace, we send your power. Father, enlightenment, understanding, in a secularized, humanistic environment that often does not understand the processes of the spirit. We constitute ourselves as watchmen, radical presences in those places, Lord. And Father, I pray that your people be endowed right now with a special helping of the Holy Spirit, that they walk like kings and queens, like warriors with a rod of authority, Lord, like people with x-ray eyes that pierce deep, oh God and that they can heal, they can open and close, Lord, they are capable of declaring a blessing on any situation and that situation aligns with the purposes that you have for those lives. They are an example and they are people who have discernment of spirits and know what they are dealing with, what they are confronting and can give a suitable word to that situation, to that need and they are people of power and authority, they are people of prayer and fasting, They are people of prayer and fasting, they are people who know where to go to receive their food for what lies ahead. They are exemplary people, they are people who have defeated the devil and who may have authority to break chains and yokes on others, in the name of Jesus. We receive that anointing, we receive that authority, and we declare it. Receive that gift in the name of Jesus, gifts to transform the community, gifts to make an impact in the community.

How many work in hospitals or in physical health? If you work in a hospital or have any type of job in that area, please raise your hand as well. There are people here who work in hospitals, please stand up. It may be driving an ambulance, it may be translating in a hospital, it may be a nurse, it may be a doctor, it may be someone who works in X-ray technology or CTscan or whatever, but if you are in the area of physical health or mental health as well, stand up right now and let's believe for a visitation from the Lord this afternoon. Amen.

Because God says the diversity of my gifts has no limits. I am one spirit but I have gifts for all my people, in the name of Jesus we are going to believe in a visitation of power now. Father, I bless my brothers and my sisters who work in hospitals.

I bless my brothers and sisters who are working in hospitals, Father. We know that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, spirits of disease.

Father, we know that we do not fight against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, spirits of infirmity.

Spirits of mental illness, spirits of neurosis of all shorts, spirits of physical infirmities that kill the life in your children, Father. We pray for annointing.

We ask, Lord, for a supernatural anointing and we declare it in the name of Jesus. We want to see miracles, Lord.

We want to see miracles, Father and give you the glory and give you the honor.

So I declare in the name of Jesus works of power, miracles manifesting when we pray for the sick, when we are translating for them, Lord, that we can be an influence on doctors, on nurses. Father, in the name of Jesus, may this town be distinguished by a special grace that gives confidence to those who arrive at those hospitals with so much fear and with so many threats against their lives, Lord. I declare in the name of Jesus a special grace.

I declare special grace, special anointing, blessing of God..... to be angels there in those hospitals. In the name of Jesus receive that gift, I declare it in the name of Christ, in the name of Jesus by the authority of the spirit of God, gifts of healings, gifts of discernment, gifts of words of counsel in the name of Jesus you receive them now. Thank you Lord, thank you Father, we adore you, we bless you. Hallelujah!

Begin to exercise those gifts, when you are in those places that we have indicated because they are places where there is much reluctance to things of the spirit, but there the Lord wants you as a watchman, says the Lord. There the Lord wants you as a positive influence, there the Lord tells you, come in, as one who has authority. I give you that hospital, I give you that school, I give you that social agency. You are going to be my watchman there, you are going to be my presence of authority there, my authority is going to run through you even if you are simply an employee, but if you are in the Lord and he is not, or she, the who is above you, I put you there as my representative of my kingdom. Let my spirit run through you. Believe it and start praying for those people, and start hearing for those children, and start managing with the gift you have received. Amen.

Why has God sent his spirit? For the benefit of the church. So that the church can do everything that she needs to do. When a church is formed, a church needs talents, it needs gifts of different kinds, it needs people to sing in the choir, people to lead worship, people to teach children, people to teach Sunday school or discipleship classes, people who help in the maintenance of the church, people who support the pastor in the government of the church, people with financial gifts, for example, or administration, people with the gift of service, the hujieres, for example, who lose their fully enjoy the service because they have to be stopped, receiving people, watching that everything is fine, delivering this, fixing the other.

If God does not put a gift of service in the person, imagine people are going to say, well, I go to church because I want to enjoy the service, not to be there working, I'm working all the time week, as many people say. But God puts in some a gift of service and they feel a concern and say, I want to serve as a refugee. And what a blessing the hujieres are, God brings people like he has brought them to this church with knowledge about construction. These two buildings that we have developed we would never have been able to do if God had not sent people who work and know construction and who also have a gift of generosity for the church, and who have given in incredible ways for the benefit of the church .

I believe that whatever needs the church of Jesus Christ has, God is powerful to send what that church needs. We have started, for example, a service in English. We have been in this effort for a year or so now and I am asking the Lord to send me all kinds of gifts, for example, we want to strengthen the ministry of worship more and more. God has already sent us people like Jean Fabard and also Stephen Johnson and Sharon Shraft and others who have come there and have been an instrument for the Lord. But I know that God still has more blessings in this area, so I am already praying to you, Lord, send gifts of music and praise to strengthen this ministry. And I see in the spirit already a whole precious music team there directing that ministry in English, because God says, I am going to give my gifts for the benefit of my people.

You have a gift that God has placed in you, there are a variety of gifts. God says, each one is given the gift for profit. That is to say, that you have received something in your life for which you need to manage for the situations that you have to resolve in your life, and if you move with faith and trust, brother, God will begin to unleash the gift that he has put in your life. Never assume that you have nothing.

People sometimes think, well, that's for the pastor, yes, of course it is, or for educated people. Look, God sometimes chooses the humblest to put powerful gifts to bless his church and the church continually needs people.

A sister told me this morning, Sister Luz, she told me, I was talking with a sister for several hours, a person from the church, she just recently arrived to visit the church and praise God that. ... he did not tell me the name, he did not tell me anything about that person that would reveal his identity, but I was glad that there is someone with a gift of counseling and service who is supporting someone that I cannot reach . I don't even know that person, but God has placed in that sister a gift of mercy, of love to minister to that life and so the church needs people who say yes to the Holy Spirit.

God wants you to understand that he wants to use you and that he has a variety of gifts. That is what God is saying in this sermon, which is not a sermon so much as a pastoral sharing.

Brothers, there is a world out there that God is going to liberate soon to hear the Gospel and many souls are going to flow to the church. God, I believe that the heavens are going to thin out and the air that is infested with demons is going to clear up for a visitation of power over this city and the harvest is going to be great, but many people are going to be needed to be added to the army of God and begin to use the gifts that God has placed in them.

God is going to need evangelism gifts, counseling gifts, discipleship gifts, management gifts, financial gifts. I believe that one of the things that God wants to do is to endow Christians and perhaps they are already out there, and have not yet been converted, with the ability to make money and with a generous heart to give it to the Kingdom of God so that the churches can manage the things they need to do. It's a gift.

I believe there is a gift in making money. It is not there in the Bible but there are people who multiply what they touch, yes or no? There are people who are financially gifted and they sell ice to an Eskimo because they are financially gifted and know how to make money. Many of them are out there, they don't know the Lord, but God is going to bring them into the church. Churches need that gift. I am asking the Lord for two or three like this, but don't believe it, you are also going to have to continue giving, it is not to put me to sleep either. But when I think about it, two weeks ago we submitted a roll of plans that weighs about 14 pounds to the inspection department for a new sanctuary. That sanctuary is a beautiful, beautiful thing. I am walking by faith, financially there is no way that we can make that sanctuary right now, there is no way according to the books, but I believe in a powerful God, a God who gives his gifts for the benefit of the church. It is a dream sanctuary, if I could right now I would show you a painting or something of that sanctuary. And you have heard me speak for years. I have been working on it, we have not proceeded because we have been still working hard to finish this building here. It is a multi-million dollar project but God has allowed us to do it with a great economy, but the process is slower.

I see, brethren, a wonder-worthy sanctuary over that parking lot there. There it is designed. About 8 or 9 years ago, I don't know how many. I was sitting in room 208, it's in the corner of the second floor, behind that balcony, and this was still rubble. And what was out there in that parking lot was still dirt and brush, grass everywhere and the Lord, and I envisioned there a sanctuary on stilts preserving parking space below with a large balcony and a story above. We hadn't even gone very far on this building and God was telling me about an upcoming sanctuary. We didn't have people to fill half this room here, but that hasn't left my heart. And I have proceeded, God has provided us with an incredible architect, a man graduated from Harvard University, with a Christian heart of service to the Lord, he has done the design work for us and hired all the other engineers and designers, as a lion measuring every penny there, fighting for every penny for this church, charging us a ridiculous price that I myself told him this week, look, although we don't have much money, but I want to give you more than what you're asking for this, because I believe in being fair and I also believe that when one is also generous, God blesses. He didn't want to accept more but I told him, no, in the name of the Lord because you have been very noble with us. I believe that we cannot abuse the generosity of the people either.

But you know? We submitted it to the inspection department, that's it, now it starts an analysis process and all that kind of thing. I am walking by faith, there you have the initial design of the sanctuary. And soon I'm going to show you an even clearer performance. It is a sanctuary with a large balcony for many, many people. I am not free to even say it for reasons of inspections and all this kind of thing, but it is a beautiful space that would honor this community and the Lord above all. It would be a great place to honor the Lord and say, God prosper and God bless his people. Imagine 3 buildings all joined together, that one with this one, with this one there. There is enough for all the needs for a long time unless the Lord makes us grow so that, as happened here, we soon exhaust this building.

But the point is that there would be something that the Lord could glorify himself and that we could have the next stage of growth. Now, for that God is already providing the gifts. He provided us with that wonderful architect, with a generous heart. It has provided us with people who work.... I don't know how many have been able to see the work that is still in progress from the doors out there. When you pass the front of the church look at the front entrance and soon it's going to be finished inside too, like we did back here. Those doors are beautiful, God provided the materials from Bolivia. And God is providing carpenters, has provided masons, plumbers, electricians. Those are God's gifts to this church, brethren, you know. Because people believe that the gift is only, let's say, the gift of prophecy, or the gift of healing, that is a way of manifesting the diversity of the gift of God, but there are many people who do many other things that bless us here.

And I bless the Lord for those brothers who work in cleaning, who work in maintenance in the parking lot, gifts that God provides for his people. And I am asking you, Lord, and I declare it in the name of Jesus, send a large financial endowment so that this church can do what it has to do and put in the hearts of your people a generous gift, a generous heart to to give and to put to work for what you want to do, the miracle that you want to do in this city, be given.

What would happen right now if God sent thousands of people to convert? Where are we going to put them? We're not going to sit on top of each other here, we're going to have to have a bigger place and God can do it. God does not set a church to grow and then put it in a straitjacket. He sends gifts to make it possible.

Here in our church there are hymn writers, in our church there are teachers, there are administrators, there are disciplers, there are mentors, there are more leaders in this church and the Holy Spirit is sending those gifts. You begin to exercise them in the name of the Lord, begin to believe, God has put something in me.

Paul tells Timothy, I advise you to fan into fire the gift of God that is in you. The gift of God is in you, now you have to begin to live it and use it for the edification of the people of God. God needs, this church needs counselors, it needs people to get involved and for the gift of the Holy Spirit to start running and working. This Thursday Gregory is going to be hosting a reception for people who are going to be working in the areas of counseling, social service, providing referrals and all that kind of stuff. God has placed among us people with these endowments, we want to develop more of them.

But people are required to say, yes, amen, present, I am going to make life difficult for myself, I am going to sacrifice myself because the gift of God is in me and I want to develop it. I want to start studying the Bible, I want to start taking steps of faith.

3 weeks ago we received a notification, the federal government, God used me and a person named Pat Duval to make a proposal to the federal government, and they sent us $50,000 for a project to create family counselors in Hispanic churches, this is through COPAN, lay counselors for couples, for married couples. There is a huge marriage crisis in the Latino community. Many couples are dividing, there is still a great need in the Christian people for good counseling.

Well, we want to develop people in the churches who can counsel others in marriage, because here we have the brothers Luis and Ada Valles and Meche, my wife, and they can't keep up, so people are needed Among you, may God endow you with the gift of counseling to advise others and to join our church, there is a great need in this area.

How many here has God at some point made you feel in your spirit that perhaps you have a gift of counseling? To how many? You have felt that, perhaps. Why don't you stand up right now, we are going to believe, we are going to believe that God is going to begin to develop that gift of counseling for you. Amen. There is a terrible need here in this state and across the United States in the Latino community. I am glad to see men as well as women as well, because the gift of counseling and teaching is not only for women, it is also for men. If you believe that God has given you a counseling gift, get up. Jorge, you are back there, I saw now, get up too because I believe that you have a gift of counseling within you. So, someone else, if you have felt that God can use you, and seeing you I feel that yes, I feel that confirmation from the Lord.

You don't have to be a great scholar or necessarily have studied psychology, that can come later, and it's great if you can do it, but now what you need is for God to plant the embryo inside of you, that impregnate you with the ability to discern, to have empathy, mercy, to feel the pain of another, to be able to look inside his soul and see what he needs and how to advise him. And that God has put in you. Nancy stand up because I believe that you also have that gift. Will there be someone else? Well, I'm going to help you if you don't know. Amen.

And now in the name of Jesus we are going to believe, we are going to believe that God is also going to put in us a gift of counseling. Receive it, focus now on the Holy Spirit as if he were there telling you, I commission you.

Father, I commission these men and women and young people, glory to the Lord, up here on the balconies, down here too, wherever they are, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Father, there is a community out there that is falling apart and still in our church there is need and Father, the field is white for harvest, the woman is ready to give birth but there are no midwives to help, Lord.
