Dr. Roberto Miranda
Summary: The sermon is about the importance of having a vision and being patient in achieving it. The speaker refers to the passage from Abacuk, Chapter 2, which emphasizes the need to conceive a vision, declare it, and wait for it to come to fruition. The speaker shares his own experience of setting goals for the church and persisting until they were achieved. He encourages the congregation to do the same in their personal lives, emphasizing the adaptability and flexibility of human beings. The sermon concludes with the idea that with God's power, anything is possible.
The speaker encourages listeners to set specific goals and expand their mental capacity to believe in what God can do in their lives. He gives examples of areas in life that can be improved, such as weight loss, buying a house, overcoming character flaws, pursuing hobbies or careers, and developing relationships. He emphasizes the importance of thinking big and widening one's mental space to allow for bigger dreams and visions. The speaker uses Isaiah 54:2 as a reference to encourage listeners to enlarge the place of their tent, which represents their mental space. Ultimately, the speaker believes that one must always strive for more and never settle for small goals.
In this sermon, Dr. Roberto Miranda encourages listeners to expand their mental space and capacity to believe in great things from God. He shares personal examples of how he expanded his own capacity to believe and achieve goals beyond what he initially thought was possible. He emphasizes the importance of setting bigger and broader goals and never staying comfortable in one's current level of achievement. Miranda encourages listeners to banish doubt and fear from their vocabulary and trust that God has good purposes for their lives. He concludes by reminding listeners that everything is possible if they can believe.
Not only this Sunday, but in the next Sundays that the Lord allows me to be in the pulpit, I want to start a series of messages, which I have titled "The attitude of triumph." You could also call it “The Elements of Triumph”.
And there in Abacuk, Chapter 2, which is one of my favorite passages when I talk about believing that God can do great things, dreaming great things and setting a vision for your life. The Abacuk Chapter, verse 2 says: “...Jehovah answered me and said, 'Write the vision.'
Brothers, in life everything begins with a vision in the mind that registers in some way. It's the thing we have to do to record the vision, write it down, mark it down, set it down in our mind, it says, "...and declare it on tablets."
It must be declared. Many times you have to declare it with your mouth. You have to declare it before an audience, before your wife or your relatives, but we will talk about that later as well. You have to pronounce with your mouth the things that God has placed in your heart and to which you are committing yourself to achieve.
It says: “..... so that he who reads in it may run”. Because there comes a time when you wrote your vision, declared it, conceived it in your mind, then you have to walk in it, you have to live within that vision and bring it to fruition over time, "so that he who runs read in it."
He says: "... although the vision will take a while,..." Do you know how many times God puts dreams in our hearts, desires and projects and plans but they are not for the moment current, but for the future. But God often takes time to realize the visions, and there he says "...even if it takes a long time, don't worry, she hurries towards the end and she won't lie."
Never give up on a vision because it takes too long. Many times the visions of God have to take a very long walk to reach it, but in that walk you will collect a number of things that are necessary to finally reach the goal.
“He won't lie, he rushes to the end. Although it will take time, wait for it”. Patience is one of the most important requirements that I understand, which is needed by a person who wants to live by visions, by dreams, by longing, by specific projects, who wants God to do something great in their life. Those people that you see out there reaching goals, achieving great things in their lives, conquering mountains, overcoming their flaws and personality every day, doing great things for God like Tony Meléndez and others. I have discovered that they have that common denominator of patience, although things take time, they can persist in their vision.
How many years would it have taken that man to learn to play the guitar with his toes? Right now in your mind try to imagine touching the strings of a guitar and with your big toe, pulling, pulling out a tune. It seems impossible, but through years of learning and effort, little by little, his brain was preparing to perform this feat. God has made us, brothers, tremendously flexible to human beings.
If you had told me that there is a person without arms, who plays the guitar, I would not have believed it, but every day I see more and more, how God has made man, like a tremendously agile, flexible, plastic machine, it can adapt to anything. The human brain today, the studies that are being done in psychology and biology and brain chemistry, all these things, are discovering how the brain operates on reality. And the brain is a tremendously agile thing.
I am sure if an examination of Tony's brain was done when he died, or of another woman, also without arms, which he wanted to put, but time does not give us, it would be discovered that there is a part of your brain that is more developed than average. That part probably has to do with toe and foot coordination, because the brain determined that that part needed more work because Tony was giving it more work, and so it developed a wiring harness, so to speak, specifically designed to train you to use your fingers. And so it is also for evil. If you do enough evil in some area, some improper practice, something that is harmful, your brain also pulls cables to strengthen you in evil. What you do continually, persistently becomes a habit and then becomes a character trait, and then becomes part of the hard wiring of your personality.
Today we are discovering all these things, and that is why it is so important that we understand that God has made man tremendously flexible and adaptable to anything. And that's why by understanding this, we can dare to undertake new things. Perhaps you are 30 years old, 40 years old, 50 years old and you say: "I can't develop that skill anymore, I can't change this habit. "
Brothers, you can especially if you have the power of God with you, because God naturally made you adaptable. We human beings do wonderful things like a computer, for example. And a computer can do amazing things, but you know what, a computer still, and talk about artificial intelligence and all that stuff for the future, but a machine doesn't adapt, like a human being adapts. The machine can do wonderful things, but only what it is programmed to do. But the human being, God put an 80% program in his soul and in his biology, but also left him a tremendously adaptable 20, 30%.
And for me that is what gives me strength to say: 'Look, I can do anything in the name of Jesus. Every day I can develop new habits, new abilities, new abilities, new projects, I can undertake new things, because God has made me capable. And it's not because it's me, but it's that every human being has that skill within their heart. What we have to do is be patient and persist and believe this and great things can be achieved.
One of my favorite themes and one of my favorite texts, I have repeated it so many times here, is that text that says "because the path of the just is like the light of the dawn that increases until the day is perfect." Because I believe that God has called us to be perpetually surmountable, that every day we become better, stronger, wiser, more intelligent, more experienced, more astute to live life, that we improve in our defects, that we improve in our obstacles , in our struggles, and that every day we are in process, because that is how God has made us.
And when we understand this, it should revolutionize our lives. So that's why the writer of Abacuk says "... although it's late, wait for it because it will undoubtedly come, it won't be long".
The essence of this text is to conceive a vision, to believe that God can do something great in your life. and I want to share with you through the next Sundays, when the Lord allows me to be behind the pulpit, what I believe are attitudes, skills, elements, that at least in what I have been able to read and in what I have been able to observe in my own life, of our church as it has been developing and of the things that we are doing there as a congregation, are elements that are required for an individual or an institution or a community to be able to go towards success, towards the abundant life that God has for us.
I told you months ago that I was going to be talking about how to live a successful life. In recent Sundays other things have come and have intervened, but in my mind it has continually been, 'I want to finish what I started', and I told you months ago that I was going to be talking about very specific things, very low to the ground. , very practical, but which are based on the word of the Lord. And these are things are things that I have seen that we can do and share.
Moreover, I give you a sample, one of them, for example this: you saw them yourself, everything that has happened today is a sample of the development of an institution like León de Judá and that is seeking to put these principles into practice. For example, I remember a year and a half, two years, three years ago, maybe two and a half years ago, every time we were going to put a video or something electronic up here, I trembled, because either the screen didn't work, or the light went out, or a cable was missing or whatever, but thank you Lord, over time God has allowed us to develop in that area, because we have persisted and because we set ourselves, I set myself a goal and I still have it, so Let our church master technology.
Who said that minorities are cavemen? That only the whites or the blues can only do these things. God has given the anointing and power to us as well. Amen. And that is a goal that we have there. And God, when I set that goal for myself, God began to bring resources.
Today, for example, our sermons go out on the Internet, right now there are people watching us, on the Internet. A young man from the church who left for Seattle, Washington, this morning, his mother told me, 'Pastor, I want you to know how blessed our son is. He went there to work at one of the big computer companies and there he is seeing the services of the Lion of Judah. And he is happy to be able to continue with his congregation. That is, that simultaneously with the help of the Lord, these messages and these services are being seen by people anywhere in the world potentially, simultaneously.
But the sermons are on the internet too. Any Sunday you can go now, see the sermon on the Internet, it is also transcribed, you can download it from the computer, or you can see it at any time, a sermon from two weeks, three weeks, a month ago, is on the Internet. God has been blessing us in that way.
But what happened? You had to set a goal. You had to say 'We as a church want to be a church that can use the technology that we have available.' Today the church has transmission over the Internet, wireless, without cables. You can bring your computer and if you have access to the password you can, from anywhere in this building, touch the Internet and bring the Internet to your computer. Because God is a God that when an institution, a community, an individual sets a goal in the name of the Lord, God gives the power to achieve it.
And you see, and so do all other things. We have set goals to be an administratively excellent church. You look for the vision of the church and you will see, showing excellence in the area of evangelism, community movement, administration and the training of its members, to be effective servants of the Kingdom of God. Among those things is the administration. What our brothers Luis and Ada did, to present the rules for marriages, is part of a search that we have spent years in the process of improving the administration of our church more and more every day.
That is why we have people like Yoxmar RodrĂguez and others who help us in the area of strategic planning and financial administration, because we believe that this glorifies God. And that it is good that a church has its finances in order and that it is known what is there and what is not there, and there are people who are dedicated to performing certain functions.
Yesterday we spent the whole day planning what is going to be, with the help of the Lord, one day, an umbrella organization that is going to unify all the social services of the congregation in a single institution and we summon different people for a day of reflection on that theme. And we continue, we continue, we continue...... we have been 3, 4 years since I set myself that goal in the name of the Lord that our church improve administratively, God has been bringing the resources.
Because what you believe, brother, what you say "I am going to achieve it in the name of the Lord" and if you put feet to your vision, God delivers it to you. That is the wonderful thing about being a child of God and I will continue in that goal of seeking excellence in evangelism, administration, community involvement and the training of you to be effective servants of Jesus Christ. That vision animates everything we do here at church. And all the programs and everything is geared towards that. Sometimes we fall off the horse but guess what, we come back and get back on and persist. We will continue until that becomes the most realized reality possible.
And I say this as an illustration that you can do the same in your life. There are areas in your life that need to be put in order, there are visions that you have to conceive. There are areas that you want to develop. We could have stayed as a typical Pentecostal church, doing things like all the other charismatic churches, Latino Pentecostals, but God has said 'No, I want you to progress. You have my spirit in me, you have my power in me, and therefore I want you to be an example of what can be done when the spirit is within a community. And so we can do in our life.
I want to clarify something about these sermons that we are going to be preaching. Everything you are going to hear applies to any area of life.
Repeat after me: 'any area' except'. I don't care what the area is, it can be the spiritual area, it can be the physical area, the body, it can be the financial area, it can be the area of relationships, be it friendships, marriage, courtship, university, whatever. , the relational area. God wants to touch that area of your life with a vision. It may be the emotional area. There are areas in your life, perhaps you suffer from depression, anxiety, phobias, fears of some kind, character defects, whatever, in those areas God wants you to name your goal, name your vision and then proceed with determination and persistence to conquer that area of your life and bring excellence to your life. I am going to be using different examples, taken from different areas of life.
Perhaps you have set yourself, for example, the goal of losing weight, 20 pounds in the next 18 months. God can give you that vision. There are brothers who want to lose weight and have been fighting for years and years. I want to share with you, how you can in the name of the Lord, with the elements that the word provides, win the victory over the weight. Glory to God. Some are already jumping for joy and I see them there.
You may want to buy a house. He has never been able to have the downpayment. God can give you that downpayment. God can give you that house. There are brothers who are buying a house, why not you too?
Perhaps you want to overcome a character flaw or habit that is holding you back and you have not been able to break that area. That in an area where if you conceive a clear vision, a specific goal, God can give you your land.
Perhaps you have a career goal you want to achieve or perhaps you want to see changes in your married life. Perhaps you want your marriage to go from being a mere coexistence where there has been an emotional divorce, and to a full marriage, where you rejoice when you see your wife's car and God around the corner and parked there, instead from doing 'I'm asleep' and puts the blanket over her.
God wants to turn your marriage into something of a blessing, that instead of your children running to get inside the books, when they see that dad came home to take refuge and 'save who can', they come out once at the door to receive, let them be happy because you have changed some area of your way of relating to them.
Or maybe you want to develop a hobby, or a sport. Who told you that you can't swim at 65? Of course, if you can do it in the name of the Lord, but everything depends on what you propose and that you launch yourself to conquer that goal.
It can be academic studies, it can be learning English or another language, Chinese, whatever. You can do it. Or perhaps you want to develop an area of ministry and learn the skills you need to be successful in ministry. God can give you your land.
Perhaps you want to overcome a fear or a neurosis. God is powerful. Today one would think that there are areas that are chemical issues or physical issues of my brain. Look brother, as I was saying, the brain is the most flexible thing and it yields to the will and the declaration of faith. You can in the name of the Lord. You don't have to live your life with a phobia or a neurosis chaining your life. In the name of Jesus you can win, God can give you the resources, but you have to set specific goals.
Any area, I don't want to spiritualize this too much, any area of your life requires the formation of a goal, a vision, and there are elements and attitudes that you can use to conquer that area.
I have many and this morning I only stayed in one, and it is the following: if you want to achieve any goal in your life or many different goals, you have to expand your mental space. Listen well. The first thing we have to do is expand our mental space, widen. All success begins in the mind. Studies of successful people show that one of the most important things is a person's attitude, the belief that they can win. Much of the fight for success is the fight for the mind.
And one of the things that the first thing we have to do is widen our capacity to believe what God can do in our lives. Most of us suffer from small, timid vision and what we have is a small 17” screen in our mind to create dreams and conceive visions. God says 'No, look, I want you to put one of those screens in an auditorium, in a stadium, one of those jumbo trunks 10 feet and 10 feet high, with high definition and that you capture your dream there so that they light up the whole the darkness of the region and everyone can see it, and that God from his throne can look at it and say 'I like that vision, it's my size, I'm going to create it, I'm going to make it'. God wants you to expand your capacity to believe him.
Look at what Isaiah says, Chapter 54. One of my favorite texts, I always quote Isaiah 54 because there is a call precisely to expand our capacity to believe God, to believe that you can achieve great things. If your vision is small, your achievement is going to be small. If your vision is great, if your capacity to conceive great things is great, then God can fill the space that you open up for him. Many times what happens is that we open small spaces for God, then He has to force his greatness into that little box that we have opened for him. God says: 'No, I need a big space. Expand your vision.
Says Isaiah Chapter 54, verse 2: “enlarge the place of your tent”. What is it referring to? Which shop? The Bedouin tent in the century in which Isaiah wrote. Many people lived in portable tents, in the desert, in the fields. It was made of animal skin drapery fabrics and was tied together with rope, with a stake driven into the ground. You have seen them. Then God says to Israel and he told us by extension and he says to you, man, woman, young person who is in this congregation, he says “...enlarge the site of your tent and the curtains of your rooms are extended. Do not be scarce, lengthen your ropes and strengthen your stakes because you will stretch out to the right hand and to the left hand and your descendants will inherit nations and inhabit devastated cities ", says the Lord. Celebrate God's promise for your life.
What is the Lord saying there? Look, don't just think and ask God that your son doesn't turn out to be a serial criminal, but ask the Lord that he be a Nobel Prize winner because He wants to give you that. Many of us ask only "Oh, Lord, Father, that my daughter does not get pregnant, that is the only thing I ask of you, Lord." Why don't you ask him: 'Father, make my daughter a wise woman, full of the power of God, that she be a counselor, a teacher, a mentor, an inspiration to the community, that she become the best in her profession.' Ask God for great things, wide the space of your mind. What you dare to wish for your children, because God says that they will inherit the devastated cities. They will inhabit those cities, they will inherit the land.
When you enter the Kingdom of God, you enter with all the baggage, all the resources, all the blessings, all the aids, all the accessories of the Kingdom of God are with you. The spirit of God wants to help you. That is why God says in this passage, and in so many others throughout Scripture, 'enlarge the place of your tent, behold'. Why is that so revealing? Because imagine, if you had a tent that only occupied a space, say, 10 square feet, and now you want to put up a much bigger tent, a much bigger tent, what do you have to do? The first thing you have to do is make sure there is enough space for that larger tent to fit in, because you are not going to put it in the 10 square feet, if the tent is 50 square feet or 100, you are going to need a bigger space.
And I say that it is so, brothers, before we bring big things to life, build big projects, the first thing we have to do is, in our minds, visualize and open a space sufficiently big so bigger things can take care of it. If the space is small, the structure that goes over the space will have to be small.
If you want God to do great things in your mind, you have to widen the mental space. What do you think God is capable of doing in your life? I have told you before, when we set up this place here, many people told me: 'but, Roberto, this place seems very small. You should be looking much bigger. Well, I always for this place double its size, because always for two services here. That's 10 years ago when we bought this building, 12 years. I always saw two full services of people.
And it has been done. I was saying, one day we are going to fill the two services and we are going to need another big place. Years ago God said to me 'Do you know where you are going to build the next temple? In the church parking lot. Because I already saw that we were going to fill two spaces and we were going to need something bigger.
One has to think big, brothers, do you understand? You have to think that God can do things that we can't imagine and when you dare to think like that, to think optimistically, to think aggressively, to not hinder God, that becomes a magnet that attracts blessings.
The problem with most Christians is that our ability to dream was killed when we were little. Our parents, in subtle ways, told us 'look, you don't dream of going to university because we don't have money. Plus no one in our family has ever gone to college. Don't dream of being the president of a corporation because you don't speak that language or you don't have access to that university.'
When we came to our father to present him with a little drawing we made, they looked at him like that quickly and kept doing what what they kept doing. They killed our hope. They killed our ability to dream. Maybe some failure in life: we try to do something and we fail, and then we stay there little. And what happened? We turn off the screen where we can visualize dreams.
I always tell my daughters to 'Cultivate the ability to visualize'. There is a screen that one has in one's gut and if one learns to visualize – I am going to talk about actively visualizing later – that unleashes one's creativity. So the first thing you have to do is find a screen big enough to display big dreams. You have to start exercising your ability to believe the great things that God wants to do. The first thing is the store site.
Afterwards you can put a tent with big curtains inside it. But if you only settle for something small, if in your mind you are, for example, as a pastor or as a leader; Well, I am satisfied with 40 people who come to my church, God is going to give you 40 people. But if you yearn for something greater and you start to apply these principles that I am saying and that I am going to continue sharing with you, God can, over time, give you more and more and more. The person who knows what God can do in his life must always be wanting something more.
I say that one always has to live in deficit, in the positive sense of the word. That means that you always have to be, when you think you have reached a goal, you have perfected it, God tells you 'No, now I want you to go beyond this'.
God has always done that with me, since I was little God has always put me in more uncomfortable and bigger situations so that I can develop. When I learned to preach, well, better before that. I started Sunday school classes when this church was founded in 1982 and from then on the Lord led me as a deacon in the church, to lead worship, to work with young people. Later, when the pastor left, I gave classes on Wednesdays. I was going up. For a while the one who preached was Dr. Pablo Policciupo, I did not dare to preach on Sundays. One day Dr Policciupo said 'I can't go on anymore', and I had to stand in front of the congregation. My insides were turning into a tremendous knot. But God told me 'I want you to expand. I want you to widen, to elaborate other things.
Then came the time when I became the pastor of the congregation. So I already had to preach every Sunday. And when I was comfortable with that, then they invited me to preach outside the church, and that was another expansion of my capacity. From there to preaching in English, and that's how it always has been. God has been taking me and every time a new challenge comes, I say 'Thank you, Lord. Amen'. Because the Christian life has to be a life of continuous improvement.
You can't stay at the same level you started at. When you already conquer a habit or an assignment, or a job, it is time for you to set yourself a bigger, broader, more challenging goal. Never stay comfortable. Because God wants you expanding the site of your store. God wants you developing new skills, new things. And according to your ability to believe God, so will the Lord give you.
I share an illustration with you, I know that time is moving forward and I am almost done. I was telling the brothers, this morning, a few years ago, 4 years, 5 years, I don't remember exactly right now, I came across an ad in an American Christian magazine, Christianity Today. Perhaps I have shared a little bit here and there, of this testimony, and there was a full page ad, where a philanthropic foundation called the 'Lilly endowment' called on large US denominations and ministries to make proposals for the development of pastors for pastoral excellence across the nation. And I read that ad, I remember that I was on my bed in my bedroom, and I read it and it seemed very interesting to me because once it occurred to me, 'ah, the Hispanic pastors of New England. We could train pastors with this money, if we could get it.' And I thought of COPANI, the organization that I direct, and I said 'this is ideal for COPANI', but you know what? My ability to believe was very small and once I thought, doubt came into my mind, 'No, this is impossible. They are asking denominations, they are asking seminaries. They are asking universities. We are a tiny organization of pastors, we are just beginning. We don't even have our incorporation papers. Nobody knows us. We don't have a record of years of working in the community, so you know what I did? I took the magazine, closed it and put it where I put all the magazines I read. I forgot.
My ability to believe God was too small. But since God has always persisted, one day I stumbled upon the ad again in the Christianiy Today magazine, it had not yet arrived at the time to submit the proposals. And then he rebuked me, as has happened to me so many times. I said 'Well, why not'. I have learned that you have to try at least, brothers. You can't give up just because you can't.
Give up the idea of not being able to. As Tony Méndez used to say "I can't, I shouldn't, I haven't done it before", we must banish that from the vocabulary of the son of God. The thing was, I said 'well, look, I'm going to at least try and if I fail, at least I'll have learned a few things'. So I set a goal in my heart, that I was going to make an effort and that I was going to try.
And you see, when you set a goal for yourself, things already begin to happen. When your ability to believe God develops, then God says, "That's what I was hoping for, that you would visualize something and give me a task, because I want to bless you."
And as soon as I did that, the first thing that came to mind 'I know what I'm going to do'. I went to the director of the Emmanuel Gospel Center, Jeff Bass, the Emanuel Center is a place that has been working here in the city of Boston for many years, it is a well-known institution, with an illustrious record, a lot of trust in the leaders of the city , a million-dollar budget, administrative excellence and a national reputation. And I went to the director and said 'Jeff, I have a proposal for you, why doesn't the Emmanuel Gospel Center sponsor COPANI in this proposal? And you become our cover and cover us with your prestige and your experience and We are going to this proposal together, but the money is for us. You help us but we have the money. But you can benefit by projecting an image of a mentoring institution that helps Hispanics, and that is your calling. In addition, we are going to pay them for the financial administration of that money, if we receive it. They're going to take a percentage of that. And thank God it has been very good for them. In addition, they have benefited greatly from their reputation in the community, having supported the Hispanic community in this way.
Jeff caught the vision, said 'let's go'. God then provided a person to help us write the grant, the proposal. I wrote a good part of the whole conceptual aspect, she helped us with all the technical, mathematical, statistical aspects, all those things, and she put it all together. By faith we invested 5000 dollars in the project, we launched the proposal. A few weeks later, the director of the philanthropy organization that was giving the money called and told Jeff, 'Your proposal is one of the best we've ever received. Of thousands of proposals by institutions such as the Catholic Church, the American Baptists, Notre Dame University, Boston University, at that level, the Hispanic Theological Studies Association. We are talking about cruise ships and here came this little boat with a motor, not even a motor, and he said "the proposal is excellent."
And you know what, brothers? When we had finished preparing the proposal, when it was time to put in how much money we wanted, I said to Jeff 'look, let's not ask too much, because it's a long shot anyway, as they say, it's a I shoot blind in the dark, so we're not going to scare them by asking for too much money. We only asked for $632,000 for 5 years, because I didn't want to, again, scare them, because we thought it was too ambitious.
The fact was that the news came, they gave us the 630,000 dollars and you know what? What hurts me the most is, I am clear now, that if I had asked for a million dollars we would they would have given it And that is actually the point that I want to make to you, is that my capacity to believe God was not great enough. If we had dared to ask him for 800,000, a million or 1.2 million dollars, we would have received it. But Glory to God, that at least I was able to expand my ability to believe the Lord.
That is why I say, brothers, let us not hinder the Lord. I am going to continue with this point because we are not even finished. There's so much material in that area, but we're going to talk about a lot of things. We are going to talk about persistence, we are going to talk about how to define the vision. We are going to talk about how to declare it, well, so many different things, how to take concrete steps to elaborate the visions. These sermons are going to be on the Internet and I would like us to open them as a section on the page, because I know that God is going to bless you through these concrete, specific meditations for your life. take these things seriously brothers, and God is going to bless greatly, what God tells you this afternoon: expand your mental space. Expand your capacity to believe great things to the Lord. Amen.
God can do great things. God tells you 'I have good purposes for you. Do you dare believe me? Do you dare to think that I am going to open the window of heaven and I am going to bless until it overflows in your life? Believe it and it will come true.
We are going to stand up and we are going to repent of all the petty visions that we have had in our life, of all the tiny dreams that we have submitted to God and we have tied his hands when He wants to give us things great, and He wants to give us the land, He wants to give us our cities, He wants to give us our communities, give us our family, give us the inner terrain of our emotions, our mind. There are no obstacles for a child of God. The word of the Lord says that we come confidently before the throne of grace through that wide and spacious path that Christ has opened through his death on the cross. The path to the Father is not a tiny path for a child of God, it is a wide path, it is a highway, it is a highway that God wants you to cross to present your need to the Lord, and you will see what God tells you. What do you want? I'm going to give you half the kingdom', as the word says on several occasions. To children of God who dared to believe the Lord.
Trust in your God. Right now tell him, 'Father widen', say 'widen my mental field. Widen my shop site. I widen the site of my store. I conceive big dreams and I will have great expectations for my future and the future of mine. My house will be blessed and it will bless others as well. And I will have my victory, I will achieve my dream and I will reach my goal, by the power of Christ that dwells in me. Thank God. Thank the Lord. Amen. Amen. We believe in great things.’
God has great things for you, brothers. Widen the site of your store. Expand your capacity to believe God. Believe, increase the level of your visions and you will see great changes in your life. maybe not now, not tomorrow, but your life will be blessed and your field will be greatly expanded. Believe, create a vision and go after it until God delivers it into your hands.
There is a beautiful chorus that says 'everything is possible if you can believe'. Sometimes we say those things but we don't understand what we are saying. Your faith moves the hand of God, says that chorus. Through faith you connect with the levers of heaven and those levers move reality and bring things towards the realization of your goals. Those noble goals, those high goals, those goals that are going to bless your community, your family, your neighborhood. God wants to give them to you. And He says 'I know the thoughts I have about you. Thoughts of good and not of evil to give you the end you desire.
Let's declare, everything is possible if I can believe.
