Summary: The speaker discusses Joel 2:18 and emphasizes that when God calls us to his ways, it is to bless and prosper us, not to suffer. He encourages listeners to focus on emotional and character healing and to have an active expectation that God wants to bless them in all areas of their life. The speaker also believes in a healing God and encourages preventive health measures, such as visualizing and blessing different parts of the body. The speaker emphasizes the importance of discipline and living an orderly life as well.
The speaker believes that the power of God gives strength and discipline to live an orderly life and develop character. God wants us to use the principles of the Bible to bring order to our lives, not just rely on a magical mentality. God also wants to bless us financially, but there are conditions such as being faithful with tithing and not being stingy with the Lord. Prophetic actions and acts of faith, such as giving to the Lord, can attract God's blessings. The speaker shares a personal example of a financial blessing that came in the most wonderful and easiest way imaginable.
The speaker believes in a God who prospers and blesses those who are upright, faithful, and generous towards Him. He encourages the audience to live a life of integrity, love the Lord passionately, and give generously to Him. He declares that this year will be a year of conquest and that God will bring a blessing to Boston and Massachusetts. The audience is urged to commit to living a life that pleases the Lord and to ask Him for a new anointing and fresh blessings.
Joel, Chapter 2, beginning with verse 18. I wanted to use these times to put a new sensitivity in his spirit, not new, but to reinforce a couple of key elements that should base our search for the Lord in this year 2006 and always too, but I feel that that is where the Lord wants us. The beginning of the year, one is good to start it with a word of encouragement, prepare ourselves for the rest of the year.
Joel 2:18 says: “and the Lord who is solicitous for your land will forgive his people, the Lord will answer and say to his people: behold, I am sending you bread, must (meaning wine) , and oil and you will be satisfied with them and I will never again put you in reproach among the nations.”
He is speaking to Israel, to his people, but also by extension he speaks to us, evidently because we know that everything that is written in the Scriptures also has its application for the people of God through of the centuries. And they are simply principles that God left established in Scripture for us to extract, apply to our own lives and in our own time. So that's the way we read this passage.
“.... and you will be satisfied with them and I will no longer put you in reproach among the nations and I will drive away from you the one from the north and I will drive him into a dry and desert land. Its face will be towards the eastern sea and its end towards the western sea. And it will exhale its stench and its rottenness will ascend because it has done great things. Earth, fear not. Rejoice and be glad because Jehovah will do great things ".
May the Lord bless his word. I'm going to leave it there, we'll have an opportunity to perhaps expound some more ideas that are in the rest of that passage. Brothers, the Lord puts in my heart to re-emphasize something that you perhaps already know and are convinced of the fact, and that is that when God calls us to his ways, God calls us to bless us. God calls us to prosper. God calls us to stand on a solid foundation. God does not call us to suffer, God does not call us to simply grit our teeth and live life there, holding on, until Christ comes and takes us out of this sad world. Christ has come so that we may have life and have it abundantly. Amen.
And that sometimes we lose sight of in the struggles and in the worries of life and in the zigzags, and moments of crisis in life, we forget that fact. I like this passage, and the entire book of Joel, actually, and if you look at almost all the prophets, they are very few, even Jeremiah, who had been called the weeping prophet, a prophet of much tragedy, but even there you find passages where God invites his people to look to the future positively, with hope, that he has good things, good purposes for them.
In this year 2006 I invite you to renew your awareness that there are good things ahead of you. And here in Joel we clearly see that call to the people of God to rejoice, to rejoice, to celebrate. He says: “earth, fear not. Rejoice and be glad”, verse 21 “.... for the Lord will do great things. Animals of the field, do not fear, because the pastures of the desert will turn green, because the trees will bear their fruit.
The Christian has to live, brothers, with an expectation, an active expectation, worth the redundancy. We must have an active expectation that God wants to bless us, that God has called us into his kingdom to prosper us and to subdue the destructive forces in our lives for our best interests. God wants to bless his people. And someone who has walked for decades is speaking to you, I'm not going to tell you how many, but many of you already know, since we met the Lord, since my mother, who is 92 years old, met the Lord, some 45, 47 years ago in the Dominican Republic. I always say that I can date our life as a family to before and after Christ. As history says out there, before Christ, after Christ.
Certainly when Christ enters life, brothers, there must be radical changes in the life of man or woman. And one should be able to see like a clear wall that marks a border between how you lived before you met Jesus and after you met the Lord Jesus Christ. And that change must extend to all dimensions of life, it must extend to the dimension of emotions, because Christ, when he enters the heart, brothers, Christ wants us to be healed of our emotional wounds, of past traumas, of the memories that torment us, of the experiences that victimized us and that have created a well of sadness in us.
How many Christians and how many people out there live their lives still wading through the same quagmire of the past? And there are many people in the ways of God who have not experienced the transforming power of the Gospel, they have not experienced that emotional healing that Christ wants to do in our lives.
Brothers, I am not telling you to bury your head in the sand like an ostrich and pretend that there are no wounds in your life, because that is not receiving emotional healing. But I do believe, brothers, that when Christ is in our life, He wants to heal us emotionally so that we can face and look at the emotional wounds, the specters, the ghosts that are in our lives hurting us, and that we invoke the power of Christ who transforms those wounds and heals us and helps us to process and work on them and to enter into a life of emotional healing, of emotional health. Because Christ wants there to be healing at the level of emotions.
But Christ also wants there to be healing on a character level and deliverance on a character level. I believe that many Christians bleed out in the area of character. The Lord wants to bless you as well, Christian man or woman, in the area of your character. And that means that you and I have to face, what are the areas of my life where I have to ask the Lord to work and what are the areas where I am not exemplifying the character of Christ. And that you believe that Christ is committed to you to work day by day to hold that area of your land and become an exemplary man, a woman, a man, a woman of excellence, a man, an admirable woman, a man , a woman that others when they look at you say: 'I feel a little more prepared to believe in the Gospel because that person exemplifies what the word says'.
In Christ there is power, brothers, the believer does not have to live a life stumbling, making mistakes, stepping on people's keys, being a bad example at work, destroying their marriage, from failure to failure , for lack of character, because God is committed to us to help us overcome those areas in the name of Jesus, brothers.
I encourage you in the name of the Lord, in this year 2006 to focus on that dimension of your life and ask the Lord with integrity: 'Father, I recognize that there are areas in my character that you do not like, they do not suit me and I want to submit them to You, and I believe that in You there is enough anointing to make me a man, a woman, different, that is a blessing in my marriage, that is a blessing in my family, that is May it be a blessing in my work, may it be a blessing in my church, in my community', because in Christ there is power, brothers, for that.
Here it says that ".... and Jehovah solicitous for his land", solicitous, that word impressed me. “...And Jehovah, who is solicitous for his land, will forgive his people, respond and send bread, must and oil, etc. etc."
Brethren, God is a caring God. Do you know what the word solicitous means? It means concerned about, involved in, attentive to, detailed in, we could say as eager, using that word in a loose sense, eager to bless his people. Solicitous is like when that waiter in a 4-star restaurant is looking into the distance and since the last drop of water in the glass ran out, there he runs to pour you a little more, so that you don't suffer from lack. So is Jehovah to his children. Solicitous.
And God is continually asking us: Son, how can I help you live a fruitful life? How can I serve you?, even. God is a helpful God. He wants to bless you in your life, in your areas of need, but you need to recognize them, name them and submit an order, let's say in the sense, like you order something in a store, to the holy spirit so that it begins to work. work on that area of need and lack in your life. and Jehovah solicitous for his people will answer his children.
So my brother, my sister, you don't have to live life limping and making mistake after mistake after mistake. What you need is to recognize that area of need and believe in a God who is willing to bless you in that area, to treat you in that area and to heal you and strengthen you and bandage you and make you a man, a functional woman, a man, an admirable woman, because God wants admirable men and women. God wants to bless you at the level of your character.
I believe that God also wants to bless you at the level of your health, because I believe in a healing God. I believe in a God who strengthens his children because that is part of the abundant life that Christ has come to give us as well. Because if you are sick and that is stealing your joy and peace, I believe, brother, that God wants to heal his people. And I believe in a healing God. What's more, I believe in a God, who not only heals me, but also prevents disease and makes me live in health so that I don't even have to ask him to heal me, because He keeps me healthy and vital.
Oh, my, I believe in healing. And I encourage you to fill yourself with that active expectation. If there are areas in your life of disease, look, fight, fight with that adversary and fast and pray and cry out to the Lord, and ask God for healing every day, and declare healing over your body. There is something about preventive health that I like. I suggest the following, that from time to time in your prayer life, you sit somewhere comfortable and visualize the different systems of your body, the different parts of your body, and mention each one of them. Maybe you're going to have to buy an anatomy book, I don't know, and start sending blessings to the different systems of your body.
I start from my brain and I ask the Lord to bless my brain, just that lump of tissue there that is in my skull, and to bless the nutrients, to bless the electronic connections of my brain, to bless my brain chemicals, and start down the spine and continue through your extremities and bless your circulatory system, your heart and your veins, make war on cholesterol in Jesus name and send fire of God to melt that fat. And then continue asking the Lord to bless your liver, and to bless your gallbladder, and to bless the different parts, your kidneys and your digestive system. Brothers, and still see the less noble organs, the intestines and also bless them in the name of the Lord, and your reproductive system and your skeleton, and your muscles and your skin, and all other parts of your being, send a blessing. Father, I bless my heart, I bless my veins in the name ..... I declare healthy veins, I declare a healthy circulatory system, I declare that my body is full of your vitality and your word says that even in old age I will be fruitful and that I will be vigorous and green to declare that my God is righteous and that in Him there is no injustice. And you begin to send blessing to those areas of your life. And visualize the Lord healing those areas, penetrating those places.
Brethren, I believe that this has a power to keep us healthy and strong and vigorous. And I also advise you not to make the holy spirit's job more difficult, filling yourself with things that hurt you. Because what good is it for you that God cleanses your veins and then you fill them up again with crap. You're going to have to keep praying, because then you have to have a balance in life, see? That is where it comes, brothers, the power of God that gives you the discipline to live an orderly life as well.
Because I believe that power is not just a magic wand that touches your head and little stars appear. I believe that the power of God gives me strength to be a disciplined person, too. To live an orderly life and in that there is also a beauty that if God turned us, simply into a parasite, that He moved us as He wants, like puppets, we would not develop character. And that is why it is also good, brothers, I encourage you, look, the holy spirit also wants to work in your life so that you have the strength to exercise. Say amen in Jesus name.
And that you dust off that treadmill that you have in the house and that you take the coats that are hanging there, that they are already using it as a coat rack, and that you put yourself on it name of Jesus and that when you get up there and start walking you say: 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me'. Amen.
Philippians 4:13. Because God gives you strength, brothers, also and discipline. Create discipline. Believe that God wants to bless you also in discipline, in character, in food, oh, say amen. There it is difficult in these Christmas days. But I believe, brothers, in a God who also gives me discipline to govern what I eat and to eat in quantities, let's say Christian.
God glorifies himself in that, brothers, you know? Oh, God looks down from his throne and says: 'Look at my daughter, how disciplined she is. You are learning from my word. He is learning to live by the principles of my word.’ Because God wants us to use his principles. God wants us to use the concepts of the Bible to bring order to our lives. It's not just that magical mentality, well God is going to send Yiye Ávila to put his hand on me and I lose 50 pounds immediately and have to grab my skirt and go to my seat. That can and has happened, but you know what? God has other ways he wants to work in your life. God wants to work through discipline, building character, building self-control.
The Bible says that God has given us a spirit of timidity and not of power, of love and self-control to have a good diet, to exercise, to rest adequately, to subject the different aspects of our life. How many of us live haggard and destroyed and emotionally sterile because we are at the mercy of circumstances? Our life rules us instead of us ruling our life. And we have to say, no, God has given me authority and the Holy Spirit is with me and I am going to subject all areas of my life to God's discipline. I am going to take my life of work, my life of rest, my responsibilities as a mother, as a housewife, as a servant of the Lord, and I am going to take all those things and I am going to order them with power and authority and the wisdom that God gives me, so that I can live a balanced, fruitful, joyful life and full of the joy of the Lord.
Because God wants to bless us in that area. Do you know the limping foot of the charismatic Pentecostal world with which we identify? It is often that, that we only think of the power of God in the magical area, in the fast area, not things with steam, but we forget that the power of God is to give us energy to live an orderly life and develop character. , develop wisdom.
Many times God is not going to give you that quick fix because He wants you to develop order in your life first. Because God does not want to be your sweeper, every time you make a mess, a mess, He comes to sweep it. 'No, no, I want to teach you order and I'm going to heal you this time, but from now on you order your life.'
Brethren, in the name of Jesus I declare a spirit of discipline in the people of God. Why don't you stand up for a moment this...... is a prophetic word for your life this afternoon. I want to impregnate your sensibility this afternoon with a spirit of discipline and order. Amen. Receive it in the name of the Lord. Character.
Say with me, I receive the spirit of discipline, of self-control, God has given me power to subject all areas of my life to conquer giants and to destroy the enemies that prevent me from living in a life abundant in Christ Jesus. I pledge to live in the principles of the word of God and glorify Him with a life of excellence, in the name of Jesus. Give the Lord a big round of applause. Amen.
God wants, take a seat, God wants to make us, at least I can speak to you as your pastor, God wants to make us an exemplary community. Say with me 'exemplary', that is to say that we are, brothers, a family that with the passing of the years, every day we show more and more of the excellence of the Kingdom of God. Or that people look at our family life, look at the order of our homes, look at our children growing like plants, like straight palm trees next to running waters. May he see our finances blessed, that our houses may not be mansions, but may they be where people enter and feel God's order.
A people that has order and discipline, whose relationships among others are relationships of transparency, honesty, good communication, conflict resolution, forgiving each other, tolerating each other, giving each other space to others to grow, to make mistakes and that there is patience to forgive them. And if you erred against someone, go and ask for forgiveness too.
And in those things, brothers, that the holy spirit wants to do in our lives and that God is committed to, God is solicitous, only He wants us to say: 'Father, I want You to bless my life in that area'. God wants to bless us, brothers. God solicitous for his land will respond and bless his people.
I believe that God also wants to bless us this year and throughout our lives in the area of finances as well. They do like it there, right? In the area of finance, but that also has its tail, don't believe it. Brothers, God wants to prosper us.
I tell them speaking about the changes, when the Gospel entered my family it left through the back door fleeing misery and poverty, brothers. And our life began to change and God immediately, I believe that on his throne, gave an order that the Miranda Felix family be blessed and prosperous. And we have seen in our life as a family the blessing of God, financial, material, brothers. We've seen it in our extended family, too. Because that is something.... I tell you, look, believe it in the name of Jesus.
God has called you. God does not want you to live in misery. Well, maybe for a while, like with the Hebrews when they were in the desert, God gave them a lean time, but you know what? It says there, that even there God blessed them. When He was going to enter them into the Promised Land He told them 'look, remember that your shoes never got old'. Listen to me 40 years, neither Tom Macan, nor Rombo nor any other product can say that in 40 years their product does not age. you know what? The sandals, the Bible says, of the Hebrews never grew old in 40 years in the desert. His foot did not swell walking in the desert heat, his clothes never fell apart on them, never aged. Wonderfully God kept her clothes. Wow! I'd like to see that on video when I get to heaven one day.
God provided them with divine heating, every night with a column of fire that guided them and illuminated their camp every night. And during the day he provided direction with a column of smoke that guided him where they needed to go. Glory to the Lord. Not even GPS devices today give you that kind of service. And God, says the word that, provided them with manna, food for princes, directly from heaven. Oh maybe it didn't have the garlic and chives they liked in Egypt, but it was nutritious food. I imagine that this food, if we were to analyze it today, we would discover that it had the nutrients that the body needs to be healthy, because it came from God. God was the cook of that meal. He provided them with manna every day, they never lacked. Manna, although it was not the abundant food that they wanted, and tasty, but it was what they needed, for that carnal people that they were, who loved the..... they were carnivorous and carnal, both at the same time. And God said 'no more meat for you for a long time so you can learn to be spiritual. I'm going to give you manna, because sometimes again God wants to create character, do you understand?
I believe that God can sometimes put us through a time of lack because that time of lack is going to form character in us. How good that worked out for me! Lack often leads to character and that is why God sometimes allows his people to go through a time of lack. But you know what? When you have learned character, God then sends prosperity and blessing to your life, because the lesson has already lost its usefulness and now you can move in God's prosperity.
I believe that the natural, normative state of God's people is prosperity, it is abundance. It is having enough for the needs of each day, and even a little more too. And God wants to bless you in that way.
Brothers, but again, you have to have that expectation that God wants to bless you financially. You have to ask the Lord, specifically and brothers, that is where the tail that I told you comes from. Each blessing also has its condition and it is in one's area to be forceful and faithful with the Lord in tithing for example and in one's goods. Don't be stingy with the Lord. you know what? I was telling people last night that you have to practice joy, even when you feel joy, you have to declare joy by faith. One has to speak joy even if you are there sad and depressed. How are you? In the name of the Lord I am fine, as my mother says. I'm fine. And I believe that the Lord is my helper and my strengthener.
Again, it does not mean that you are unaware of what is happening to you, but I have learned, brothers, that there are prophetic actions that magnetize and attract God's blessing. If you are depressed, find yourself the best tie in your closet and wear it even if it is to look in the mirror, because there is a blessing in that. What happens when we are depressed? People find us all haggard and disheveled and unkempt, because we are depressed, we don't want to bathe, we don't want to eat, we don't want to dress. Look, when you feel depressed and if you can't change what's on the inside, change what's on the outside at least, and that will change what's on the inside, and the blessing will come that way.
And it also happens in the area of finance. I believe that the way to attract God's blessing is by doing things, declaring the blessing that is going to come into your life, but also making acts of faith, giving to the Lord. I have always said, when we started tithing it was the least appropriate time for us. I was studying, Meche too, I was going to leave my job, we were going to get married, a number of things. But I said, "Lord, if that is the time that this doctrine has come to my mind with such force, You are faithful." I can tell you how God rained down blessings on our lives and it has not been lacking at any time.
You have to believe God and you have to be faithful to the Lord. I recently shared with our daughters and Meche a financial blessing that God brought into our lives. I had asked the Lord for something that I don't even have to go into detail about because it's something personal, a few weeks ago, and I asked him, 'Father, when that blessing comes,' and it seemed impossible, let me say, 'remind me that I I asked you'. I put it there, I left it there, and recently, brethren, it came exactly as I asked, in the most wonderful and easiest way you can imagine.
I imagined God laughing out loud, looking at me, saying 'Thank you, Lord', so difficult that it seemed and so simple that it was done. He was there next to me, brothers. This is the blessing of God and I told my daughters 'I want you to remember that all...'
I have seen, brothers, the blessings of God throughout all the years that I I have walked with Him, materially. That is why sometimes I do somersaults in a vacuum, in the ministry and in other things because I believe in a God who has told me you will never be ashamed, as long as you trust me and be faithful to me.
Be faithful to the Lord. Seal the Lord. God calls you to become financially blessed. Put order in your life. don't be spending your money on silly things and excesses. The most stingy person you will meet with your money is me, because I don't like to give my money to people, make them rich unnecessarily. Yes, I am generous in giving to those who need it and other things, but when it comes to making someone else rich unnecessarily, I prefer to give my money to the Lord, to give it to my family. Instead of spending money many times as we do on nonsense. My best suits and jacket that I buy, do you know where? Building 19. That's right, I'm not ashamed to say it. Or yes, some might say, 'oh, the pastor is not living a life of excellence, I don't know what, I don't know how much,'. Look, why am I going to give my money to someone if I can buy the same thing elsewhere for less?
I ask the Lord ‘Father, always put me where the blessing is. And find me those places where I can dress well, decently, more or less minimally elegant and not have to give my money to those stores that what they do is steal your money. Ask God for better wisdom to invest. Ask God for understanding to seek where the opportunity is, where the blessing is.
God has necessarily given us millions of dollars to make the buildings we have, but guess what? It has given us wisdom and resources to make buildings and build them for a third and a quarter of what it costs others and save millions of dollars. He has not given me the billions, but he has given me the wisdom to do the same as if we had the millions. And you know what? That gives me more satisfaction than if I had the money to throw it around.
People see León de Judá, that a building here, that a building on the corner, that we have a....... and that we are going to build one with the help of the Lord, there in the parking lot, and they're like 'oh, Lion of Judah is rotten on money.' No, it is rotten in God's anointing, power, grace, and wisdom.
Because I believe, brothers, I believe in a God who prospers. I believe in a God who blesses. But you have to be upright, you have to give to the Lord, you have to love him above all things. You have to be fiercely faithful to Him. You have to stay awake for Him. When God calls you, look, jump out of bed and go wherever. When God tells you to 'give someone', give more than anything. When God tells you to "serve someone for me," attend to him. When God tells you to 'serve my people', serve his people. There are so many people that God wants to bless in this church, but brothers, we give to the Lord with little spoons. God is not going to bless you that way. God blesses the person who is generous with Him.
Why did He bless David with all his mistakes and all his flaws? Because David had a passionate heart and fiercely faithful to the Lord. You couldn't hurt David from the Lord. David said 'I hate those who don't love you. I hate those who speak ill of you.’ Because David was a man fiercely faithful to the Lord. When he heard Goliath cursing the armies of the Lord, he was enraged, and put his life on the line and beheaded the giant.
Because brothers, that is what God wants from your life. For this year, I beseech you in the name of Jesus, live a life of integrity. Love the Lord passionately. I would like to enter your brain right now and perform a surgical operation on some of the hearts of those present here, to beg you to learn to love the Lord above all things.
Do not be flattened with the Lord. Give to the Lord generously. Oh, brothers, so the blessing of God is going to flow in your life. So God is going to bless you. No more excuses for the Lord. Oh, no more excuses to the Lord. Excuses will always be there, but the only thing that convinces the Lord is a warriorly passionate heart towards Him. People who give to God on time and out of time, early in the morning and late at night and at noon too.
That is what I desire in my heart, to raise up a people unified in their level of passion for the Lord. People who do not say, this is my time and that is the time that I give to the Lord. No, everything is from the Lord. Whatever you want, Father. What do you want from me? What do you want from me? I give it to you, I throw it there. take it.
That is the attitude that God wants from us. That is the attitude that God blesses. Look, when a man, a woman lives like this, brothers, the blessing is going to rain down on her life. I tell you without fear of being wrong. God will prosper you. God is going to bless you, but you have to give it to Him, upfront, as they say, first. Give to the Lord first. Prefer Him above all things.
Ask the Lord ‘Father, give me a passionate spirit for you. Give me a spirit on fire, burning to see your glory.' ..... as I can say 'as the servant pants for the streams of water, so pants for you, O God, my soul'. Bellowing for the Lord.
How many have found themselves bellowing for the Lord? Like an animal in the middle of the desert that is looking for a stream of water because it has been under the sun for hours and hours, and it wants that water more than life, and more than the beat of its heart, so God wants to take us to that hot red point. To love the Lord above all things. Give the Lord everything we have, to remove all the moorings, to open all the doors, to tell him 'Come in, everything is yours, Lord. My life belongs to you.'
When you do so, God will not tire of pouring blessing after blessing until it overflows in your life because God is solicitous to his people. The Bible says that the eyes of God run through the whole earth looking for those with a perfect heart towards Him to show His favor towards them.
But many times God looks at the congregations, He looks at His people, and He sees people who give to Him as a measure. And they say 'oh, I already gave him, so now he has to wait until next time'. For the Lord, there must always be an open key. Always flowing, always flowing. And whatever God asks of you, give it to him. Whatever it is and you are going to see how God is going to bless you in your life financially, materially, it is going to prosper you. I'm going to leave it there because there are so many other things, brothers, but God has put that idea in my heart. God wants to prosper us. God wants to bless us, but God also wants everything from us.
He who gives a lot also asks for a lot, you know? God gave his son Jesus Christ. God delivered it. He knows what it is to give. And you cannot give God lessons in generosity because He is the most generous being in the universe. He is a giver par excellence. And God wants givers too, happy in his people. And the Lord is solicitous and the Lord will send bread, wine, oil, into your life. He will rebuke the devourer, it says there, everything that was stolen from you in the world out there, Christ will recognize you. God is going to give it back to you and he is going to give it back to you with interest.
And all the time that you have lost in the Gospel, when you start to live passionately, red hot for the Lord, God will begin to work in your life in a different way. And you are going to see the curve of your life in an ascending way. You're going to look back and you're going to see that through the years, it's going to have some ups and downs, but the curve will always go up, up. Because the word of the Lord says, 'because the path of the just is like the light of the aurora that is increasing, until the day is perfect'.
Launch yourself on that adventure of living a productive life in the Lord. Launch yourself on that adventure of living an abundant life, filled with the spirit of God. May this year 2006 be a year of dedication for us, brothers. May this year 2006 not be a year of defeats. I believe that this year God is going to do, as he also says here, 'make the desert green' in the city of Boston. I haven't given Boston over to the devil yet, brethren, nor will I give it over to him any more.
Because I believe that here in this spiritual desert that is the city of Boston, God wants to make the desert green and he is going to use his church to do it. And God will rebuke the one from the north. Do you know which one is to the north? Those demonic hosts who want to do damage and havoc in the life of the church of Jesus Christ, the north was where the Assyrians and Babylonians came from and all those hosts that periodically destroyed Israel. And God says 'if you start to fast and pray, read the complete Chapter of 2 Joel, 'if you cry out to me, if you align your life with me, if you ask forgiveness for your sins and acknowledge your sins, he says, and Jehovah solicitous with his people, will forgive his people and bless. This is the order God.
I believe that God is going to bring a blessing to Boston and Massachusetts and we are going to see it. This is a blessed year. I am declaring it, and of conquest. This is going to be a year where the forces of darkness are going to be forced back quite significantly, but God needs a people who move in the anointing, in the blessing of God, in the power of God, in the joy of the Lord. . And we want to be that kind of people.
We are going to stand up and ask the Lord to bless us greatly on this journey that we are beginning. Make a commitment of integrity to the Lord. Make a commitment of integrity to the Lord in your life this afternoon.
Tell him, Lord, I am going to live a life that pleases you and I no longer want to live in a mediocre life, staggering, limping all the time, making false starts, but I want to live a life of continuity and progress on you You have called me to be blessed. You have called me to conquer my land.
Say your prayer personally. I'm not going to do it for you. Give the Lord your life and your heart right now. Let those words of the Lord be heard from the people of God to the Lord. Thank my Lord. Thanks, Dad. Bless your children. We want an exemplary community, Father. We want a people of integrity, a people that shows the abundant life that Christ has come to give us in the financial area, in the emotional area, in the area of character, in the area of physical health. Oh god thank you. We receive your portion, your portion for the road. Our hands, Lord, we open them so that You put in them bread, oil, wine, water to cross the path of life with prosperity and success. I declare your blessing on this town, Father. This year, Lord, help us win great victories for Christ Jesus. Help us reach new levels of excellence in you. We commit to you, Father. We commit to you, Lord. Oh holy spirit, baptize your people with a new anointing, a fresh anointing. We will walk, Lord, that path. We will lack nothing because you will be with us. We adore you, Lord. we bless you Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Thank my Lord.
