Summary: The author received an email from Elena, who asked him to contact Laura to find out about the health of a sick relative. Laura, who is an idolater, mistreated and humiliated Elena. The author reflects on how people often seek intermediaries instead of going directly to God in prayer. The author encourages readers to learn to face their problems with God's help.

A few days ago I received an email from "Elena", asking me to contact "Laura", in order to find out about the health of a sick relative, Laura has an email, like me, however, I had to serve as intermediary between two beings who also have blood ties , but for those things in the lives of people who do not have Christ, Elena has been mistreated by Laura and humiliated and worse, by petty material interests Perhaps unconsciously or simply because Laura does not give Elena's feelings the importance that God gives to all the physical and spiritual needs of her children.

Laura is an idolater, faced with life situations, she goes to any abomination despite the fact that on multiple occasions she has been spoken of the word of God, however she could not understand how Elena did not communicate with her directly and used me as an intermediary, when they both had mail and were family.

For God's children, who know him intimately and love him above all things, it is also difficult for us to understand how, having the solution to our problems and the relief of our burdens within the reach of a prayer, we insist on using intermediaries that only delay the arrival of the message and prevent its reception by the only being that can help us.

In this way, before seeking God in prayer and expressing our concerns and sufferings, we look for the man lacking in wisdom and discernment, who many times, instead of helping us solve our problems, sinks us deeper into them.

In the same way, those who do not know God look for him in a piece of stick, stone or inert metal. Jesus Christ tells us: “I am the way and the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me. If you knew me, you would also know my Father; and from now on you know him, and have seen him. John 14.

The names of the story are false, they can be any of us, but the story is real and it happens in different ways every day. Learn to face your giant from the hand of the living God and you will always bring him down
