Myriam grew up in the church, turned away when she was 22, but returned at 37 and had a life-changing encounter with God. Myriam Diaz was born in Rincon, Puerto Rico. She currently resides with her husband and three children in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA and congregates in the "Congregación León de Judá" church with Pastor Roberto Miranda in Boston. She studied accounting at the University of Puerto Rico and works as an accountant. She also writes devotionals and is a faithful collaborator of the ministry "Mujeres Edificando Destinos".

Myriam writes: "I was born and raised in the gospel. At 22 years of age I turned away from the church even though God did not keep me very far away. At 37 years of age I returned to the feet of my Master. After attending the church for more than five years I experienced an encounter with the Lord that made me born again. It was not until then that my whole life changed radically. My mother was and continues to be an intercessor for Jehovah, who has been a great example for me in intercession and how to persevere in the Lord."
