The balance between the instruments we use

In this meditation I want to take a moment to return to the topic that originally led us to this series of messages on the balance of mercy and grace, and holiness and truth on the other hand.

You will remember that a few weeks ago we wrote and talked about the problem of homosexuality and the advance of this harmful evil that is creating so much disorder in modern culture and that I believe is one of the great, great threats against the health of humanity at this time, against the Church of Jesus Christ and our children, and future generations.

And for that reason, the churches, the Christian leaders have to be very alert and very well informed about this phenomenon of homosexuality and homosexual marriage, because if God does not change things I am convinced that in the future homosexuality will grow , becoming more and more harmful, becoming more and more entrenched in the structures of culture and we will see an increasing number of people practicing this very destructive and harmful sin, and that is why we must know how to deal with it.

And because of this I have wanted to explain that balance that we must have in this 21st century that with time will manifest more horrible and destructive sins, and that will produce people so tied to these sinful behaviors that it will take a lot of work to be able to heal them and get them out of it. trench they have gotten into, and that will require a Mother Church, a mother Church, a Church adviser, discipler, teacher and pastor that can shepherd these destroyed lives when they come to our temples seeking liberation, and if they find a Pharisaic, legalistic Church and demanding with the scourge in hand we will never be able to heal these lives, and therefore an attitude like Christ's is required to be able to deal with this.

Homosexuality is an evil that when practiced and gets into the structures of the brain and emotions, and that many times in itself is the product of deformations that come from childhood, and even generational curses, sexual abuse suffered by these people and from distortions in family life, which is why homosexuality is so difficult to break once it has taken root in the individual's mentality.

And if we try to take these people and put them under a regime of immediate liberation, and to break these practices, we are going to find that we are going to fail over and over and over again. I don't have time to prove this, but after having studied this phenomenon long times, after dealing with people in my own Church who suffer from this disease, let's say, after looking at so many different ministries, reading literature on Christian psychology and counseling, and From observing other ministries that deal with this issue, I can tell you with confidence and I hope you believe me, that this is an issue that we must treat with much, much subtlety and with great wisdom from God.

Machetes in these cases are not good for much, very delicate scalpels and very subtle surgical tools are required that come from the Word of the Lord to be able to deal with these evils effectively, and that is why we have talked about the balance that is required between one thing and the other.

The issues of pornography, sexual addictions, homosexuality, homosexual marriages, the changes nowadays that people even physically operate with operations to convert from man to woman or from woman to man and that produces terrible transformations in the The very structure of the human brain and the nervous wiring of the individual require the emergence of ministries that are well understood in this regard, that on the one hand make use of spiritual warfare and the reprimand of the demons, and of the instruments of liberation, but on the one hand. Another part also know that it also requires the instruments of counseling, patience, love, to understand that these people are going to go through times of falling and falling, and getting back up and falling until finally the image of Christ is affirmed in them.

If we are not willing to do this and if instead of this we prefer the primitive schemes of so many legalistic and falsely holy churches today, instead of having the instruments and attitudes that we see in Christ Jesus, we will produce more neurotic and more devilish so to speak of what they were when they entered our churches.

And for that reason, many times, if we do not combine that balance we will produce people as Jesus Christ of the Pharisees said, we will make people twice children of hell than they were before they entered our churches.

May the Lord show us through His Word how to help the homosexual, the person who is addicted to pornography, the alcoholic, the person entrenched in patterns of resentment, depression, anxiety and sexual abuse, and memories that come associated with all this, to deal with these very typical 21st century ills; people who have used drugs for example, hallucinogens, people who have been involved in the occult and witchcraft for example, well into this, to deal with all these genres will require fasting and prayer but also a lot of understanding about the dynamics of the psychology and the human soul and emotions.
