Summary: The author shares their experience at a women's meeting at their church and how one sister was absent because she was out evangelizing. The author initially had the impulse to criticize the sister for not attending the meeting, but after reflecting, they realized that both prayer and evangelism are important in their own ways. The author warns against judging others based on personal whims and reminds readers to correct with love and based on the word of God. The Holy Spirit should be allowed to work in people's lives, and we should strive to have a mind like Jesus.

We celebrated last Saturday the first women's meeting of our church, it was a very edifying time, because we were, as Psalm 133: 1 tells us, together and in harmony, praying for everyone and everything, especially that God provides us with the construction of our temple. I ask all who read us to join us in this plea.

Some sisters were absent. In our Sunday service we gave testimony of how blessed we were in this activity and when we left, a sister explained to me that she had not been able to attend because she had gone out to evangelize.

My first impulse was to tell him that I could have done that another day, that it was the first time that women met, but something prevented me from speaking, I had a moment to think and I said: - I don't know what is more important, if saving lives or pray for them, I believe you were where God wanted you to be. If we had known, the schedule was adjusted and we would have enjoyed being with your company. Tears welled up in her eyes and she kissed my hand, but I really felt it in my soul.

Christians are surrounded by people who are constantly scrutinizing us and even criticizing us, much more if we give reasons for it.

But the worst is not those who are outside, the worst is when those in our yard become our scourge. God's word is full of warnings about this (Acts 20: 28-31). Each one thinks that he has the truth in his hand. It is true that we must correct, but we must correct thinking about what Christ would do in each situation. What would Christ do in this situation?

When we study the lives of men who were powerfully used by God, something that is striking is how different they were from each other. However, they were valuable tools in their hands and thanks to their testimonies, today we can know what it is to live a life according to God's will.

We do not have to be and act the same, nor are we used in the same way, nor does God deal with our lives in the same way. Beware if wanting to impose our criteria and points of view we are stumbling to the weak in faith! Let's observe what happened to Job's friends, (Job 42.7) who wanted to judge like God and he was angry against them.

Beware of personal whims, your own criteria without foundation in the word; Let's remember that people judge God by our attitudes. When we do not correct a brother with love and based on the word of God, we cause wounds that may not heal easily. There are many injured on the streets of this world who do not dare to enter a temple avoiding bleeding again because a bad attitude from someone blocked their way to the only one who can heal them.

Let us always bear in mind when convicting a brother:

1. Identify a bad attitude well.

2. Correct correctly (based on the word of God)

3. Be an example.

Let the Holy Spirit deal with lives, if we want to help, let us have a mind like Jesus and say "And for them I sanctify myself, so that they too may be sanctified in the truth" (John 17:19)
