My god is sovereign

Let's admit that we are not fit to exercise control. Not even about ourselves. The Christian who believes he is in control of things will not cease to suffer from frustrations. God is irreplaceable and no one will do things better than what He thought to do beforehand. .. because He is sovereign and in His unlimited sovereignty, which encompasses the control of all creation, you are included ., your feelings, your emotions, your entire life. Playing God is trying to usurp his sovereignty.

Humanism says that God's sovereignty has its gaps because He allows wars, natural disasters, the doom of man that leads to his own destruction. That is false, because the sovereignty of the creator does not generate inconsistent and arbitrary actions to damage his creation, but to bless it. The sovereignty of God has nothing to do with the free will that he allowed man, but with his majesty and eternal power. Man does what he wants and the actions he takes in his life will have consequences, good or bad, it's that simple. “There are ways that seem straight to man, but that end up being ways of death (Pr 14.12 NIV) He is good and merciful, but let's not forget that he hates sin.

He does what he wants, because he is God; He controls, He commands, but… Make no mistake! He wants the best for his children! If you love God and trust in his will and power, get rid of all fear and listen to this blessing “… we know that God arranges all things for the good of those who love him, those who have been called according to his purpose. (Ro 8.28 NIV).

There are also promises in the sovereignty of God: “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how can he not generously give us, along with him, all things? (Ro 8.32).

You have the choice. The sovereign King offers you work in his Kingdom, appointed you administrator of his grace (1 Peter 4.10) and promised to be with you until the end of the world.
