Summary: We saw a big bird being chased by smaller birds who were defending their nest. It reminded us that as Christians, we are the church and need to defend ourselves against Satan. We can't be afraid to acknowledge our sins and ask for help from our Christian brothers and sisters. When we unite in the name of Jesus, we can defeat any giant.

We have seen an auratiñosa flying followed by 4 small birds which were pecking at it. It was incredible to see the huge bird cowering away from some brave little ones who, it was evident, were unanimously defending something precious, something like a nest.

Our nest is the church and the church is us.

Sometimes, we can see Satan as something so great that it makes us tremble and we do not dare to defend ourselves from him, in a cowardly way we corner ourselves allowing him to gain ground in our life and shake us at will. “But Jehovah is with me like a mighty giant; therefore those who persecute me will stumble and not prevail; They will be greatly ashamed, because they will not prosper; they will have perpetual confusion, which will never be forgotten ”Jeremiah 20.11

We are warned in Matthew 12.43-45 “When the unclean spirit leaves a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest, and does not find it. Then he says: I will return to my house from where I left; and when it arrives, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and adorned. Then he goes, and takes with him seven other spirits worse than himself, and they come in and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. As this may happen to this bad generation"

In fact, we have living examples of this situation, I knew a brother who had an active life in the church, he won Bible verse memorization competitions, he was the head of a construction brigade, but he had a serious problem, he loved money more than to the Salvation that Christ had given him and he succumbed to temptation causing losses to the church and in this way began his descent that brutally culminated in a prison.

But this prison was not the worst of his life, sin became an invincible giant that crushed him and the house of his heart, swept and adorned was raided by unclean spirits. He did not have the foresight, from the first fall, to seek other little ones who would unite in defense of his spiritual life and peck at the evil one through prayer.

How difficult it is for us to recognize our demons when they invade us!

Is it so difficult to know when we violate, when we displease God?

Is it so easy to carelessly leave the door open?

When we see it in the life of another, we are horrified and we think:

-How could it happen?

The terrible thing is that it can happen to anyone, we are tightrope walkers that is only sustained by the intimate relationship that is established through prayer and fasting, because as our Lord said, some genders only come out with prayer and fasting (Matthew 17.21)

Let us not be afraid to make our brothers share in our sins, rather let us be afraid to share in our lives the unclean spirits that can corrupt the soul. The best army that a Christian can have are his brothers, those little ones that surround us, meek, defective, but who become fierce to take a life from Satan.

So: No matter how great the enemy, when the children of God unite in the name of Jesus (Matthew 18.19-20), there is no giant that is not defeated.
