Summary: As Christians, we should not give Satan too much power in our lives. We should understand that God is in control of all aspects of our lives and is leading us towards blessings and abundance. We have been transferred from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of God through Jesus Christ. Our identity and legal documents now reside in the Kingdom of God, where we can find our blessings and instructions for each day of our lives. Satan wants to harm us, but God governs us to do good. We should rejoice in our new identity as children of God.
Our life no longer resides under the power of Satan but rather God has transferred us from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of His beloved Son Jesus Christ.
We have to understand that, if you are a son of God, if you are a daughter of God, the one who has the first and the one who has the last word, I would say the word in the middle of your life is God, Jesus Christ not Satan. Many times we Christians are in Christ but we kind of give Satan so much power and credit for all the things that happen in our lives. We are always talking about the devil doing this, the devil is attacking me, we are always reprimanding and like we are living life in terms of Satan instead of in terms of God. And then every time something happens in our life, we blame it on the devil instead of seeing that maybe God is doing something different.
Even testing them many times, the difficulties are not that the devil is promoting them but that perhaps God is allowing them or is using them for a benevolent purpose. The Bible says that: "To those who love God all things work together for good." That is what we have to understand that when we are in Christ Jesus everything that is happening now is under the administration of a Heavenly Father who is leading all circumstances, all events in our life towards blessing and joy, and abundance, that life. abundant that He has for us.
It is not the devil who only wants to steal, kill and destroy in our lives who is in control of the circumstances and aspects in our life but it is Christ Jesus who has now taken the government away from the devil and He has taken control of our life. lifetime. That is why Paul says that: "He has freed us from power," that is, from the power and government of darkness, and he says that: "He has transferred us to the Kingdom of His beloved Son." A wonderful expression.
How interesting that idea that God has now transferred us to the dimension of Jesus Christ. This is also a very interesting idea and it is telling us that when we enter into a personal relationship with the Son of God as our legal seat, the city or the nation or the government to which we belong, where they are, we can say our records, things legal that have to do with our life, the page where the elements of our life are is not in the government site of hell but in the government site of God and the Kingdom of God.
It is like that our birth certificate, our marriage certificate, our passport, our driver's license, our rights as parents and all these things that make up our identity no longer reside in the cabinet, let's say of the demonic government, but where we have to going to get our documents and to process the issues in our life is to the Kingdom of God.
I can think of an idea to illustrate this and that is that when Joseph and Mary had to go for this census of which he speaks in the Gospel at the very beginning when Christ is born he says that they had to go to his place of birth, that's why Joseph and Mary go to Bethlehem where Joseph was originally from, where David was from, they belonged to the tribe of Judah. Then they would go to their birthplace where their ancestors came from.
You know that now when we have to process something judicial, governmental in our life we have to go to the place of our spiritual birth, Christ Jesus, that is where we find our identity. We have been translated into the Kingdom of Jesus Christ; It is not where Satan is, where the power of darkness is where you have your identity, your identity resides in the Kingdom of God.
Never recognize the power of the devil in your life, always confess the power of God because that is where your identity resides. The one who governs all aspects of your life is Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ. So then since your heavenly record is located in the Kingdom of God judicially, spiritually that is where you have to look for your blessing, that is where you have to look for your defense, that is where you have to look for the instructions for each day of your life, how you live your life, is in the Kingdom of God.
God has transferred you from the kingdom of darkness to the Power of God. Satan wants to destroy your life, he governs you to harm your life. God governs you to do you good. So all the things that happen in your life take place within that new spiritual realm that is called the Kingdom of God. It seems to me a great reason why you can rejoice and why all of us can have great hope in our new identity as children of God.
The Lord bless you and until our next meditation Pastor Roberto Miranda says goodbye to you.
