Summary: Job declares his faith in God despite his suffering, stating that he knows his Redeemer lives and will eventually rise. Even though his heart fails him, he remains steadfast in his belief. Those who remain faithful through trials and tribulations are the ones who experience the blessing of God. The psalmist states that those who observe a believer's perseverance through suffering will come to fear and trust in Jehovah. Waiting patiently for the Lord in the midst of trials will result in blessings.

In the midst of his great crisis and suffering, Job declares: "I know that my Redeemer lives and will finally rise from the dust. And after my skin has been shed on my flesh I will see God whom I will see for myself and my eyes will see it and no other. "

Interestingly, then he adds, "although my heart fails within me." Wow! There are times that one will be drinking the tears from the corner of the mouth and still have to declare by faith: “I know that my Redeemer lives. Lord I believe that You have good purposes for my life. I will continue to serve you, I will be faithful, and I know that this test will not last forever ”.

The people I know who are great in the Lord and powerful are people who have gone through their tribulations and losses, they have gone through many trials, but they have stood firm, they have not given up and when the gale passed they experienced the blessing of God.

I love those words of Psalm 40: "I patiently waited for Jehovah, and he stooped down to me and heard my cry, and brought me up out of the pit of despair, out of the muddy mud. He put my feet on a rock and straightened my steps. Then he set me a new song in my mouth, praise to our God. Many will see this and fear and trust in Jehovah. "

I like that final part where the psalmist says, "many will see this and fear and trust in Jehovah." Why does the psalmist say that? Because, you know what, sometimes you will be going through trials and difficulties and people will say: "Look at that evangelical. God is said to be with him, and in the Church all the time and confessing blessing. Look at him now, how he is suffering ". And they will be waiting to see what you are going to do in the middle of the test; if you are going to curse God, if you are going to leave the things of the Lord, if you are going to decay in your spirit, if you are going to become moody and bitter, or if you are going to continue serving and giving to the Lord.

And people observe that: "Many will see this." And, you know what? When they see the Lord rise up and bless your life, take you out of the trial, put aside the giants that are threatening you and enter again into God's blessing and regain your spirits then they are realized. the words of the psalmist: "they will fear and trust in Jehovah." Because we always have a cloud of witnesses around us looking at what we are going to do and how we pass the test. Remember that always. But if you wait patiently for the Lord in the midst of the trial, I assure you that the Lord will not fall short and will bless you. The tests will come, but you will soar above the tests.
