Summary: Transferring values is not just about material possessions, but about the spiritual values we transmit every second of our existence. We can strip ourselves of everything, but our spiritual values cannot be taken away. When we sin, we realize how fragile we are spiritually and how much poverty we have. We need to strengthen our spirit through confession of sin and repentance. We need to put ourselves in God's hands and surrender ourselves to Him, learning and incorporating His teachings into our lives. Only then can we be transformed and be an example for others to follow. Let us put the light of Christ on high and transform lives by being a living example.

Whenever we talk about the "transfer of values", our material possessions come to mind, but this time we do not want to refer to these, but to something that touches much deeper than mere properties, something that touches the spirit of being. human.

This act of transferring values does not lead to investing in papers before a notary to express our last will, but to transform our life towards a style that impacts everyone around us, in such a way that when looking at us they can see the face of God. and feel his love through the way we express ourselves and what we express.

Every second of our existence we are transferring spiritual values that, after all, are the real properties that we have. They can strip us of everything, clothes, electrical appliances, our home can collapse, but no one can take away our spiritual values.

He who does not feed his spirit is totally naked before the world and before the Father. When Adam sinned in paradise, it was then that he realized that he was naked.

When we sin, it is when we realize how fragile we are spiritually and how much poverty we have, we are naked! As David was when the prophet Nathan made him notice his sin, from that moment David lost the peace and joy he had in Jehovah and his heart were broken and he acknowledged his sin and God forgave him, because God knows the intentions of our heart.

Anyone who wants to know what David felt at that moment, read Psalm 51, a precious psalm that each of us would need to repeat several times a day. How repentant David showed when he was naked before God! None of his riches could free him from the pain of having sinned against God, only by strengthening his spirit through the confession of his sin and repentance, God forgave him such a great offense and David is called "a man after the heart of God."

Yes, God has an infinite memory for some things, especially for positive things, negative things God is able to forget them according to our attitudes, the human being, on the contrary, has a very poor memory for good things, without However, for unpleasant and negative things we have the memory of an elephant.

I give them an example: some time ago, the eldest son of my husband and his wife, who are Christians, were upset. Faced with this situation, they simply stopped talking. When I called him to reprimand him with love for his attitude, he told me: -When you and my dad stop talking, we don't say anything, we only serve as translators.

I had to keep quiet, because he pointed out to me the terrible testimony that we had shown him as a married couple, even though he did not remember that for a long time that had not happened between his father and me because I decided in my heart that I was not going to allow us to stop talking or sleep apart, that in enough things we displease God to add others.

But we realize that each attitude of our children, not only the good ones but the bad ones as well, are part of a learning process, and we are their example to follow!

I wonder, when are we going to put our eyes on Christ? Are we always going to keep looking to the side and not up? Christians are committed to being an example of him, to show his image, this is the only way we really have to transmit values.

So what can we do?

I think the first thing we can do is put ourselves in God's hands, let's surrender ourselves to Him and that implies looking for Him day and night. Only by learning and incorporating into our lives the teachings that the Father left us in his word can we achieve it, only then we will be transformed and we can win lives for Christ, Everyone wants the best for their lives, we have the best! Let's show it to the world around us!

As the word says, a hidden light cannot shine, let us put the light of Christ on high, let everyone be dazzled with it! The only way to transform a life is to be a living example to follow.
