Summary: To fully receive God's blessings in our lives, we need to understand the nature of the promises, responsibilities, and enemies we may face. The Christian life is not easy, and there will be battles and risks that require prayer, fasting, and cleansing. We must leave things behind and fight against the devil's attempts to destroy us. However, we can be more than conquerors with God's help. We must believe in God's power and know that He will deliver us from all afflictions. We can enter the dangerous land with confidence, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.

We have to know the nature of the promises that God has for our life, and also the responsibilities as well as the enemies who want to destroy our life and prevent God's blessings for us.

Because the Christian life is not a walk in the park. There is a fight. The Bible says that the kingdom of heaven grows strong and the mighty seize it. So, you need to know the nature of that land that God puts before you. It is good land, a land that flows with milk and honey. But a land also of battles, risks and demands. It requires prayer, it requires fasting, it requires cleansing one of many things.

We must leave things behind, we will have to fight battles with enemies who will want to destroy our soul. Because the devil only knows how to kill, steal and destroy. He does not want a single life to enter and assert itself in the ways of the Lord. He is devoted to blocking every inch of ground that you want to conquer, that God has given you.

That is why it is so important that you spy on the land, that you know your responsibilities and privileges well, that you know the Word. What are my commitments? What are my rights? How do I enter into the use of my inheritance, and what God has declared about my life?

I believe that is what God wanted to achieve by sending the Hebrews to explore the earth. I wanted them to enter it, recognize it well, know its nature and be clear about what they had to do and what awaited them ahead, so that they would not be surprised by anything negative that they found on the other side.

But here comes something important, and it is the following: For us to enter into all the blessing that God wants to give us, the most important thing is that we believe God. As far as we know — yes there is going to be war, there is going to be fighting, there is going to be difficulties — but God is more powerful than all those things.

Paul in his book to the Romans says: “Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities nor powers, nor the present, nor the future, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus". There are many things in life that are going to oppose us, it is true. But Paul also says that, "before in all these things we are more than conquerors."

There is nothing wrong — on the contrary, I advise it — that you know in depth the nature of the battle that awaits you in the Christian life. Know that this world is not a bed of roses, that the Christian life is a life of difficulties, struggles and trials. But it is also important that you know that "before, in all those things" you can be more than a winner, and that everything that happens and that all the giants that come against you, all the dramas, all the difficulties for which you can go through his life — all of that is raw material for God to create himself a man, a woman filled with the Holy Spirit, prepared for every good work.

God wants to prepare men and women of a constitution that is not attributed or frozen, or die for anything in this world. Let them know that whatever the devil throws at them they can hit home run and take it off the field because they are already seasoned, they are already prepared, they are used to fighting and they know that God in all their afflictions will always bring them forward.

Together with the psalmist, the sons of God can say, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord will deliver him out of them all." Know the dangerous land that you walk, but also know that God is with you to give you all the ground that the soles of your feet tread.
