Myriam writes: "I was born and raised in the gospel. At 22 years of age I turned away from the church even though God did not keep me very far away. At 37 years of age I returned to the feet of my Master. After attending the church for more than five years I experienced an encounter with the Lord that made me born again. It was not until then that my whole life changed radically. My mother was and continues to be an intercessor for Jehovah, who has been a great example for me in intercession and how to persevere in the Lord."

When What God Asks of You Does Not Make Sense ...
The author felt a prompting from the Holy Spirit to stop wearing pants, even though it didn't make sense to her. As she began wearing skirts and embracing her femininity, she noticed changes in how people treated her and in her own attitude towards men. She realized that society's push for gender equality had drowned out her innate desire to be a delicate and pampered woman. This reminded her of Eve in the garden and the offer of "more." She encourages others to trust God even when His requests don't make sense.
Tribute to Virtuous Women
The author pays tribute to their grandmother, Emilia, who lived a life of faith and obedience to God. Despite facing trials and difficulties, including her husband leaving her for another woman, she remained faithful and forgiving. She modeled Biblical values and became an instrument for bringing future generations to God. The author praises God for the privilege of having such a powerful example of love and dedication in their grandmother. The author also blesses all the old women who have left a legacy of teachings of the love and power of God in their lives.
We Cannot Be Indifferent
The book of Obadiah talks about the condemnation of Edom for not helping Israel when they were attacked and instead staying neutral and indifferent. The author reflects on whether they are also acting indifferent in their life and realizes they need to help those in need. Being silent and not intervening is the same as participating with those who are causing harm. The need of others is an opportunity to show love and mercy.
What Gift Did You Receive?
The writer and her son prayed for a grateful heart and to see the greatness of God's power and works in their lives. After the prayer, they felt the glory of God and the writer cried tears of gratitude for her son and the gift of being chosen by God to care for him. She encourages others to value and put effort into the special gift that God has given them and to express deep gratitude.
