Miriam is very involved in the life of her church. Among other things, she teaches discipleship classes, belongs to the board of Mujeres Edificando Destinos, the women's ministry of the León de Judá Congregation, and writes devotionals for the website of this ministry.
Miriam writes: “I accepted my Lord as my personal Savior as a child, and I am still as in love with Him as the first day. I have been happily married to Angel for 27 years, and I am the mother of two children. My favorite hobby is reading and my great passion is contributing to the advancement of the gospel: letting the world know how great my God is.”
