Summary: The speaker discusses the importance of preaching the Gospel and being a witness for Christ in a world that is lost and dying without salvation. He emphasizes that the church's mission is not just to receive miracles, but to preach the good news of salvation. He quotes several verses from the Bible, including Romans 1:16, Mark 1:17, and Colossians 3:1, and urges listeners to seek the things above and fulfill their ministry. The speaker also emphasizes the importance of the Holy Spirit in empowering believers to be witnesses and to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit. He ends with a reading from Luke 4:18-19 about the spirit of the Lord being upon us.

Speak about Jesus Christ and the love He has for us. The Lord is with you always.

The book of Romans, chapter 1 is a text that impacts me a lot because it has a necessary consequence of decision in each one and for each one of us. Romans, chapter 1, verse 16, how many like to talk about good things? How many like to give good news? How many are daily bearers of good news? The Lord's church is a church that every day must carry good news in its mouth.

And do you know what is the best news for the man, for the woman of these times? That Jesus Christ loves you. Jesus Christ loves every man and every woman. Romans chapter 1, verse 16. We are all going to read this together, but anyone who is ashamed of the Gospel should not read it or repeat it. This is for the brave. If you are ashamed of being a Christian, you cannot read this verse. So we are going to read it in the version that you have, it says like this in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit:

“…Because I am not ashamed of the Gospel because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, the Jew first and also the Greek…”

Is there anyone who was embarrassed to say this? And if we say it a little louder. This is a statement, this is like those choruses that we sing and say, Lord, I love you, but at the first test we begin to question whether God exists or not. when one speaks the word of the Lord it must become a rhema towards us, an action, a life, something that brings power through our lips.

So we are going to say it very strongly, because we are going to declare this as a principle of what I want to present to you today, it says:

“…Because I am not ashamed of the Gospel because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, the Jew first and also the Greek…”

Thank you Lord Jesus, thank you for the opportunity that you give us to be able to be in your house of prayer, and to be able to share times of praise, testimony, prayer and also your word. Lord, speak into our lives in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.

In a world where communications are the essence of good business, communications are the essence of good agreements, you without communication, without communicating anything, nobody can understand you, nobody will be able to know what you need. In a world where communicating represents a value to everything that we can call values integrated into money, a coin, a bill, or a type of business. The word of the Lord, the Kingdom of Heaven, the Gospel of Jesus Christ whatever you want to call it, I don't know what evangelical influence it will have, it also has a special mention when it comes to communicating who we are following, who we are serving, who we are loving.

These days and these weeks we have encountered a series of violent actions through the news, a man who enters a chapel of a church, of an Eastern religion, kills six people. Another enters the temple of Batman in the cinema, they killed as many people. And these days I saw an image that captivated me a lot, it hurt me a lot because it has to do with us too, a church in Nigeria, an image of people who were shot in the middle of a service, in the middle of a time, a Christian church.

And you probably imagine so many things, in so many places, and people trying to do the right things and their day comes. It is so necessary that the Lord's church today take precautions and take training in order to reach others with the message of salvation of Jesus Christ.

It is something that the Lord has bothered in my life, and in our church, we have been trying to understand the need for a few weeks now. We must create anxiety, be hungry to preach the word of the Lord, to be faithful representatives of this Almighty God.

In Second Corinthians, chapter 5 verse 20 it says that so we are ambassadors of Christ, ambassadors of God in this world. And it is as if God himself prayed through us. It's like if God is using us, he's begging this world to reconcile with me. The mission of the church is not only to receive miracles, it is not only for the Lord to fill your checkbook accounts and put thousands of dollars miraculously in you, it is not that he reunites you in the family or restores your marriage, he does does, but the mission of the Lord's church in these times is to preach the good news of salvation to a world that is being lost, to a world that is dying without God, without salvation they are going to an eternity of judgment.

Do you believe there is heaven? Excellent. Do you believe that the Lord is coming? The most prophetic say, it is already coming, it is at the gates. If I am at the gates

We have forgotten those essential structures that govern the hope of the man and the woman of the Lord and are promises of God. We are concerned 'more with how to open the vaults of the Kingdom and take out everything possible than with serving the owner of the vaults of the Kingdom, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

I have had a huge concern in the Book of Mark 1, verse 17 says:

“…Follow me and I will make you fishers of men…”

I told my church in a study that I am doing about this, I told them that in Florida a strange middle sect was created, they were pure women and they clung to that text, come after me and I will make you fishers of men. Hey, that's true, that was true. and in the end they had federal prostitution cases, but yes, it was a biblical term that they used to do things under a mystical-religious denomination. Mark chapter 16, verse 15 says:

“…Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature…”

Matthew chapter 28, verse 19:

"...Go to the nations and make disciples of all nations, whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned..."

What is the responsibility of a church today? Not just waiting for the beautiful things of the Lord, for heaven to open and pour out what he wants. The Lord is saying, I have a people with whom I work, with whom they cooperate with me. Back in the Garden of Eden, the Lord used Adam and Eve to help him in the garden, he used Noah to help him to maintain a family, he used Abraham to help him in the formation of a nation.

He is using you to cooperate in the extension of the Kingdom of God through the saving word of Jesus Christ. I don't know what position you are in, if you are complaining every day, if every day you have a new request to the Lord, since he did not answer yesterday's, I am going to try this today.

In the book of Colossians, chapter 3, verse 1 says:

"...If then you have risen with Christ, seek the things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, set your sights on the things above and not on the things of the earth..."

Where is your view? Where is your heart? Are you loving a world that is losing itself every day? Do you know that the church is called to be that beacon, that light that shines, that shines in the midst of darkness? You are called to be the salt of the earth, although some yell at us, get out of the earth.

Where are you? Where are you? Are you the person in the middle of your family who has that grace where your family wants you to be at every party, at every gathering? Or are you the one that even in your family they don't even have a photo with you? They don't want to take a picture, nor does the shadow want to see us.

I told our brothers in the church in Waltham, look, Pedro passed by and even his shadow caused... our shadow even made some sick. There are people who do not want to know anything because we have not been good representatives of the word of the Lord, of the complete life that is Jesus Christ.

Today I want to commission the book of Timothy, there is a commission from the Apostle Paul to Timothy. Timothy chapter 4.

“…I urge you before God and the Lord Jesus Christ who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and in his Kingdom, that you preach the word, that you urge in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all patience and doctrine, because times will come when they will not suffer sound doctrine, but having an itching ear, they will heap up teachers according to their own lust, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn to fables. But you be sober in everything, bear the afflictions, do the work of an evangelist and fulfill your ministry..."

You know what? I want to give you good news. If you didn't know what to do in church, here it is. If you thought that you were part of a number that had to be seated in a specific location in the church, the Lord did not call you for that. The Lord called him to be incidental, influential in society. Where are you? That is where the Lord called him.

The word of the Lord says that when we received Jesus Christ we were sealed by the Holy Spirit. And here I am not going to start speaking in tongues or anything like that, but note that this is important.

Acts chapter 1 verse 8 says:

“…But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…”

And there is something to note there. The Holy Spirit empowers us, the Holy Spirit gives us authority, gives us that anointing, that power, you know why? What does he say next:

“…and you will be my witnesses…”

So if you plan to be a witness without a little power of the spirit, don't dress because it won't go away. So first, the Holy Spirit is important in our lives because it empowers us to be witnesses. It gives power to the church according to the book of Corinthians, chapter 12, through the gifts so that the church begins to build. And it also enables us, to know what for? To be faithful representatives of the values of the Kingdom with good fruits, Galatians, chapter 5, verse 22:

“…but the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance…”

You are not preaching anything. You are preaching the most sublime message of humanity. There are still many who are there, still lamenting, they are licking their wounds. It takes years, if the Lord has already saved them, if the Lord has already died for them, if the Lord has already given a promise of healing, of freedom, so that if anyone is in Christ, Second Corinthians 5:17

"... so if anyone is in Christ a new creature is..."

And when something new is? Don't tell me you remember what it was like before. Don't tell me that you cry like you used to. When he remembers he said, oh, so good that he was having a good time. Ah, now it's new. New creature is. The old things... here they are all.

Notice our mentality talks about... when we talk about all of them, we talk about something very general, something total, but that expression all, he says, every detail of your life was new. I made it new. Every structure, every part of your emotions, every part of your spirituality, every part of your life, the day you received me, the day you said that I could be the Lord of your life and you let me into your heart, that day I made everything new.

More to all those who received him, and to those who believe in his name he gave the authority, the power, the right to be called children of God.

There was a Pentecostal choir in my country that said, this is the Christ that I preach and I never tire of preaching, he heals the sick, casts out demons, what else? Calm the rain and the storm.

That is why the Lord called us. So if you are waiting for your miracle, don't worry, the Lord did not forget your miracle, if you are waiting for the Lord to answer something, don't worry, the Lord will answer it on the day, the time, the Cairo , in Cairo, at God's time, he will answer it.

A church that preaches the word of the Lord is a church that is called to conquer and possess the land that God promised it. And you are the church of the Lord, do you have unconverted children? Do you have your husband, your wife, do you have a family, do you have friends, work colleagues, are you in an interesting position in society? The Lord put you there to be light.

There is something that Pastor Omar said and it was interesting, what the sun cannot do at night, a candle can do. A candle can do what the sun can't and you can be that candle in the darkness.

Close your eyes for a moment. Tell the Lord not to allow you to lose focus, the real course for which you were called. Close your eyes and I want to leave you with this reading, Luke, chapter 4, verses 18 and 19 talking about the spirit in our lives.

“…the spirit of the Lord is upon me….”

Put your hand on your head, right where you are, put your hand on your head, say, the spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor, he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted , to proclaim freedom to the captives and sight to the blind, to set the oppressed free and to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

The spirit of the Lord is upon you. Preach the word. Talk about Jesus Christ. Talk about love, the greatest lover your life has ever had, Jesus Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. May the Lord bless you.
