SUMMARY: True wisdom comes from God and his word is the light for our way, truth to overthrow falsehood, justice to abate inequity, and law for eternal life. The Word of God is enduring and eternal, and it invites us to know God more and more. Psalm 119 invites us to meditate on God's Word and incorporate it into our lives. Happy is the one who meditates and delights in the Word of God as a way of life and can walk confidently in his ways. The Word of God is a great instruction and should be treasured for every occasion. We should allow the word of Christ to dwell in abundance in us and teach and admonish one another with it.

True wisdom comes from God. Understanding that the ways of his word are the fruit of his omniscience, gives us security and hope. What detail escaped the one who made the universe and everything in it? By his decrees, his word declared in authority God makes things happen; by their testimonies, the truth of the gospel came to the world through the incarnate word. His Word is light for the way, truth to overthrow the farce, justice to abate inequity, judgment to walk in obedience, law of laws that leads to reason and commandment for eternal life. All the sayings of God are good, they help us for good, they prevent us from evil, they guide us to prosperity. God himself addressed Joshua with these words: “This Book of the Law will not depart from your mouth, but you will meditate on it day and night, so that you take care to do everything that is written in it. For then you will prosper your way and be successful ”(Joshua 1: 8).

The speeches of man remain as promises and die. The word of God is enduring and eternal like the life that it promises for the one who has made it his, it is the log for the journey of life, the navigation chart to cross the oceans of the world without God. All the Word is omniscience of the Eternal God, his infinite mind. For many centuries revealed to the prophets chosen to warn and guide their people, today revealed through Jesus Christ so that humanity is reconciled with its creator. The Word, the eternal Logos announcer of Good News, teacher of the unshakable Word of God proclaimed from the desert of the liberating Exodus to the adventure of our daily life with Christ.
